Aside from waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive thru for our order, I was shocked when inside my dressing for my BBQ salad I found a strawberry. I would've overlooked that but then came a walnut and being that I'm allergic that was something I could not overlook. Shame on you Panera, how is someone filling these soufflé cups with dressing and just overlooks the fact a chunk of strawberry and a walnut were in there. Would not recommend. I love this Panera location! Service is friendly and on point from the front of house to the back of house when you pick up your food. Staff is great and helpful. Food is always solid and if I get a sandwich, I usually ask for it to be toasted. Im super into their brown rice teriyaki chicken warm bowls, roasted Turkey BLT sandwiches and Greek goddess salads. The elote soup has also been super good. It's a regular spot for us for work lunches. I would recommend! read more

Enjoyed a Sunday morning Frozen Carmel coffee in this warm bright and friend Panera. We had excellent service by a super helpful African American Young Woman whom I didn't get her name. She was the bomb!!! The coffee I ordered was absolutely yummy and stayed frozen till the end. Deep rich coffee, true whipped cream and delicious caramel within and atop the cream! I loved it. Here's my story about this Panera! I have been coming to this Panera Bread location for a long time and had one experience ever where they took awhile with getting my pickup order ready. I figured they were probably understaffed and overworked and didn't want to go there as often just because I didn't want to depend on waiting a long time for my food (which I'm sure half the time isn't their fault with the volume of customers they're accommodating!). I took a year long break from coming to this location until very recently (today) and noticed just how much the vibe of this location had changed. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind, prompt, and accommodating the staff was. I have also noticed how many more tables are available since I last visited. There is someone in charge of making sure pickup and delivery orders are accounted for while they're hot and it's very impressive how much nearly every employee I interacted with either asked if I was helped or was able to anticipate what I was asking for (not that that's a requirement but it was something worth mentioning). Overall I hope this location stays for awhile and that the community continues to support them. The management feels so much more attentive and the store itself is an underrated study spot. read more

Texture, freshness, combination of flavors - A-1. Very generous portion of chicken -- with poppyseed dressing on the side - so light and flavorful. And salad number two - Greek salad with chicken -- same excellence -- so fresh and full of flavor and perfect, generous portions of chicken and the Mediterranean ingredients- including a light and delicious olive oil/herb dressing. You can pick a side of bread, chips or fresh apple. I got the fresh apple - and again, the perfect apple - looked and tasted like it was freshly picked from the tree - sweet and crisp. The Queen always laugh because i thought they just serve bread & bread bowls of chili but aye dont judge me I told her order what she feel i should try. Long story short when we pulled up to the window , they forgot our order handing us a chipotle bacon pizza. Total misunderstanding but we wasnt mad. They refunded us & got the order made , with a compliment of 2 cookies , 2 chips & 2 drinks. We had to keep the pizza due to it being handed to us but everything was free at charge. Not too happy with the staff or cleanliness of this restaurant today. My salad was missing croutons, so I asked for some. They were out but gave me a bowl of Parmesan crisp's instead. Screwed up order, again...They did not give me the whole baguette with the order and had to walk back and ask for it (was told I didnt order one) I showed them the receipt TAPED TO THE BAG THEY JUST HANDED ME and then they gave me my bread... We ordered a thai chicken salad and it came with no chicken. Ordered a chicken Cesar salad and it also came with no chicken. (Did not notice this was missing at time and didnt feel like another 30-40 min round trip). They also ran out of pastries I ordered so they substituted 2 cookie. This was convenient for them since they made extra $ on their mistake, cookies 2.49 and pastries $3.99, it's only $3 but why the hell should they make extra money on their multiple screwups. I also requested curbside due to covid, but after 10 minutes of waiting (after I received confirmation of order ready and "checking in") I had to go inside and stand there being ignored for another 5 min or so. Ok, as far as Panera locations go, at first glance, this one is better than most. Good qualities: clean, rarely overcrowded, excellent WiFi, and pretty good bagels (if they get your order right). Poor Qualities: order accuracy, raw eggs. I'm was originally rating this location four stars as I think national chain stores are often underrated and on the surface this location seemed to have been judged too harshly. After my experience today, I realized that their current rating is well deserved. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a brioche bun and a large coffee. When I received the sandwich I brought it back to the counter and politely informed the counter person that the egg was missing from the sandwich. She apologized and said it would be corrected. Within a few minutes the sandwich returned with a scrambled egg on it and again I politely informed the counter person that the sandwich is suppose to have an over-easy egg on it. She looked puzzled but said it would once again be corrected. I returned to my seat. After five minutes passed I got up and returned to the counter (keep in mind that this is an early Sunday morning and there were only 2-3 customers in this location). The counter person was speaking socially with another Panera team member and once I managed to get her attention I asked, "my sandwich?" She replied, "what? They didn't bring it out to you?" I said, "no" and she said she would take care of it. A few minutes later a sandwich with an apparent fried egg on it appeared and I said thank you and set my sights on eating. Now, two things happened when I bit into the sandwich. One, I realized they recycled the original sandwich I had returned to them 10 minutes prior - as the bun, sausage, and cheese were now cold - and two, the somewhat over easy appearing egg was actually quite raw as the plate filled with oozing raw egg. Needless to say I returned the plate back to the kitchen and I informed them (less politely I admit) that it was not necessary to make a fourth attempt on the sandwich. I returned to my seat and was determined to do two things. One, write a stinging Yelp review and, two, if I was going to vomit for consuming a raw egg... I love the options that Panera has and how you can order online and grab it to go. This one also has a drive through which is nice. My review is about the rapid pick up. When I'm running behind I will order online and grab food before I head into work. Every single time my order is wrong. I'll take the time to check it myself before I leave and every time it's messed up. I'm vegetarian and today I ordered a veggie breakfast sandwich. I don't know what this location is doing different, but I worked at Panera (different location) for over a year, and I never had pastries this fresh. The textures, the flavors, the deliciousness!! I tried the blueberry scone, orange scone, blueberry muffin, cranberry orange muffin, pumpkin muffin, cherry cheese brittany, and a plain bagel. FRESH. So fresh. I had to pause in between bites and double check they were from Panera. I've never had such a fresh scone or muffin before. I highly recommend the orange scone. The blueberry and pumpkin muffins are pretty good too and the cherry cheese brittany is very similar to kouign amann. But when I say fresh, I mean it. read more
