A breakfast sandwich of croissant sausage and supposedly folded egg was ordered. It was like a mini croissant. It was very, very small and all smashed the bagel sausage and egg croissant almost no egg on it. It's supposed to be a folded egg not an egg when you pick it up or it falls off the sandwich it's so thin that it just falls apart. There was no sauce/dressing (garlic aioli/green goddess) they were so dry and tasteless. My boyfriend and I visit Panera often, but it's always hard to find a clean table. Almost all of them are always dirty. Last visit I ordered a BLT and they forgot the lettuce... they also forgot my bagel. I had to go to the counter twice and it took around five minutes because I had to wait in line twice. Horrible.. On 12/26 I placed an order in drive thru with one car in front of me and waited over 20 minutes for my order which was only a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. I asked to speak with the manager for an explanation and some type of compensation for my wait. She told me with an attitude there were people in front of me(1car) and that I could have came inside, which I would have if I could go around the 1 car in front of me. Panera sure has changed since I last visited My husband and I decided to get one of the fabulous looking chicken sandwiches we saw on a television ad, that showed fried dill pickles falling out the sides. I have been to many Panera Bread around the country. I always enjoy the consistency of service and food quality. This location is not up to par. On a consistent basis, my orders are not correct. I usually go with carry out because of time constants. My order is not correct in one way or mother. For instance : I ordered a cinnamon scone and got a blueberry muffin. I could go on, but you get the idea. Too bad for this location. 11/14/2018 4:35pm. Got my order wrong again. But they made it right. 12/14/2019 They got my order correct today. I am going to add a star. They do need to update the internet connection here. I had to log on to Moe's . Panera was loading very slow. I don't know what happened to this Panera but they do not have enough staff. You wait forever for food, no one working at the front doing orders, no coffee, no milk for coffee, out of brioche already at 1020 in the morning, cut breakfast service online at 1022 (which we had to do because no one at the front counter) which should not be until 1030. Food is usually good l, same as always but probably should just stay home and make your own coffee and food. Received our food 40 minutes after ordering. read more

Has always been my go-to for the chipotle chicken avocado wrap, but this morning I was given one that was ice cold on the inside. I absolutely LOVE this Panera Bread! I drive 45 mins to eat here. I've also place many mobile orders and everything has always been perfect. I wasn't able to pick up my order of bagels and I called to notify them to please put them aside and I would grab them the next day. Hesitant the next day when I went in, I mentioned to the lady at the pick up counter that I had an order from yesterday and she quickly got my order and they had even placed the bagels in freezer bags to keep them fresh overnight!! We stop by here often. Lately, it's slipped in quality. On a recent visit, our order was lost. I paid, was given a buzzer thingy, and we waited. And waited. So, after 20 minutes, a reasonable amount of time considering other guests who arrived after us got their food, I asked the server about our order. I heard the kitchen staff saying they couldn't find our order. Then, after another 10 minutes, I asked for the manager. I hate to be "that guy," but 30 minutes without getting your order at a quick serve eatery is way too long. It took the manager about 5 minutes to come out from his office. When he did, it was clear he was about to go home. His jacket was half on, he had his travel mug, and really didn't want to deal with me. He asked what we ordered, I told him, and then he said they had lost the order and they'd bring it out shortly. He offered an apology, but that was it. Again, I hate to be that guy, but after telling a paying customer after a long wait that you've lost his order, you expect to get an offer, either a refund, an upgrade, or something to try to make it up. But no. Then, when the server finally brought us our order, it was wrong. She was great. She fixed fast. And she asked if the manager had taken care of us. I said no. So she did. She came back to our table with a box of pastries and an apology. Was it a busy time at Panera? A little, but no one else was forgotten or had an extremely long wait. Bottom line, they screwed up with no good explanation and the manager wanted to go home. read more

The coffee and specialty drinks are decent but this is one of the worst Panera locations I have ever visited. Went in for my morning cup of coffee the last three days and witnessed staff just sitting around unable to fill simple orders. A coffee order took 20mins even though I was second in line to someone simply ordering breakfast for two people. Not to mention --- this place is filthy. The sauces and soups are in plastic containers behind the counter and just left out for customers to see. Each container looked grimy as though it had not been cleaned in several months. Staff does not use gloves properly when handling food either. The food that was on the counter waiting for customers to pick up looked gross. Bottom line -- don't go here! read more

You can never go wrong with this Panera, to me it's my kitchen from home without the extra labor of making the food. There is a following of loyal diners that come daily, solidifying that the food, service as and atmosphere are that reliably good. Several months ago a new drink bar was added: blood orange lemonade, agave lemonade, iced black tea, prickly pear hibiscus fresca, plum ginger hibiscus, passion papaya green tea, of course there are the usual fountain drinks too. Theres also cappuccinos, smoothies, latte, coffee juice and spritzers. Pretty good selection if you want to indulge or just need a change from the usual. Then breakfast, lunch, dinner, theres something for everyone. My favorite thing about Panera, they want food as it should be. The goal is to be transparent, adding healthier options with foods that are nutrient rich, safer ingredients, better standards for animal welfare. You know employees have a good thing if time and time again its still the same people working there. A friendly face greeting you over time, who knows you and makes you feel at home at your go to place to eat : ) read more

Stay far away from this place. I will never eat there ever ever ever again. Our meal was $30. The two cups of soup were so small. I've seen shot glasses that contained more liquid.
