Customer service was great but what happened to the quality of the food. My bagel looked like a clump of dough.

    Horrible French Onion Soup

Stopped here for lunch on the way to Branson. Had the French Onion Soup. Dreadful. Had overly salty onion soup with croutons dropped on the top and then a handful of white cheese sprinkled over the top.

Thank you for the avocado I paid extra for WTH

I paid extra for Avocado and this is how they made the sandwich. It looked like it was made by a five year old. Your service needs improvement.

    Avocado toast?

I come to this location often mainly for the free drinks. I am low income so I rarely get to buy food outside of home. well today I had $5 to get a breakfast and I wanted to try Panera. Avocado garden toast was $4.57 so I chose that. but when I opened it that is what I found. no avocado on on tiny piece just a tomato slice. put in an over sized box to make it feel like I got a value. such a rip off and I am very disappointed in my local Panera. some of u r my friend too. but whom ever did this should b ashamed and u r purely lazy and don't care about ur job or customers. ok rant over

After the wok era things got westernized and next came the pan era.

Not to be mistaken with Panorama, which is the view in my bedroom when I remove my underwear. This is the part of the world which gave the gift of Panera to the rest of us. Not much of a gift. Bland food lands drinks free water and free WiFi. That's about it. I'm not sure why people like the salads from here. I've had good salads and these are not them. The only reason they don't receive one star is because they didn't mind me hanging out for a while after I ate, and it's a fairly comfortable place to hang out in.

Great coffee at a reasonable price. Efficient quick service at the drive through

Great coffee at a reasonable price. Drive through is quick and efficient. Service has been friendly each time we have been through. Specially coffees and teas are very good. Update we choose Panera for coffee service over Starbucks to support a Missouri company. However this week two of no vanilla syrup for your coffee service. If you are going to have a coffee service how do you not have to me of the most popular flavors? Staff when asked about the issue could care less. You're standards and service are seriously slipping

As you can see it says No bacon

I once loved this place and now I hate it. I went through the drive thru to place my order which was not really a long line but the wait was extremely long today for whatever reason. As I'm placing my order I am being THOROUGH as I possibly can because under NO CIRCUMSTANCES am I able to eat pork which is why I SPECIFICALLY asked for a Roasted turkey avocado sandwich with NO BACON. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally to get to the window to get my order checked the bag everything "appeared" to be good okay great let's go. I get home and surprise surprise there is bacon on my sandwich I checked the receipt she got it correct on the receipt & WRONG AS HELL IN REAL LIFE!!!!!! My honey and I drive back because again I can't have pork nor can I just pick it off because it already touched everything else. When we get back my sweetheart goes inside for me because I am ill. He comes back with a thrown together sandwich which I am ashamed to even post that picture I get back home bite into the new sandwich and there's a freaking shell piece to a WHOLE ASS AVOCADO It's so sad because whoever made my sandwich yesterday made it perfect I don't even remember which bread it was but it tasted like Hawaiian bread (which I guess they normally don't use and couldn't figure out which bread it was to use today and couldn't use their pea brains to find similarities!!!!! Okay I'm truly ranting now but WHAT THE EFFING EFF WORD!!) A WHOLE ASS AVOCADO SHELL IN A SANDWICH I WOULDN'T ACCIDENTALLY FEED THAT TO A BIRD!!!!!!!!!!!! As always you should thoroughly check your order even if they do repeat it back to you before you pay at the window(yes I'm being sassy when I say that) but man I just got out of the hospital I'm extremely tired I'm thinking I was thorough was enough but I guess I have to be detailed with asking them not to put A HARD ASS AVOCADO SHELL that I could've freaking choked on. I want to give it zero stars but I can't. Do better, that is all.

We like Panera as a chain, but the one in St Robert always seems to be out of what we want to order.

I really enjoy going to Panera for Greek salad, but this location had very small portion sizes.

Before I could even get my glasses out of the case, our waitress--who also doubled as the bartender--was standing by, ready to take the order. Lucky for her, we already knew what we wanted. Drinks landed fast, followed by salads with the right dressing (a small victory in this world), and the steaks showed up before I'd even made a dent in the seat cushion. Mine came out just right--good sear, the right touch of smoke--and that baked potato was the soft, fluffy sort that needs nothing but a little butter and guilt. Our server managed that perfect balance: always nearby when we needed something, never hovering like a drone at dinner. All told, Colton's makes it easy to sit back, enjoy a properly cooked steak, and feel like you're being taken care of by folks who actually enjoy what they do. I'll be back.

The chips and artichoke dip which was not good at all to say the least and the chips tasted stale. But the mozzarella sticks were good. For our main course we got the sirloin and shrimp on a bed of rice with a side of cheesy mashed potatoes and macaroni & cheese. The steak was cooked very good. Exactly how my wife had asked for it. The shrimp wasn't all that but what do you expect for a landlocked state. Both sides lacked any real flavor, but the Mac&Cheese was "terrible" and my wife could only stand 2 bites before not touching it again. We also got the smoked sirloin with added mushrooms/onions with a side of mushrooms and green beans. The steak wasn't bad but the mushrooms/onions that I had added were less than desirable. The side of mushrooms was very good and the green beans weren't bad but probably wouldn't order them again. Overall great staff but only 4/10 food items that hit our table were any good. That being the 1 of the steaks, side of mushrooms, mozzarella sticks and ofc the rolls with butter/honey. I've been here overall 3 times throughout the past few years hoping it's gotten better, but it's still the same.

Being born and raised in Los Angeles, I was expecting to never find a place with tacos as good as out west - especially in rural Missouri. I joked as we passed Tacos and Wings on our way into Post and said "I bet that's simple but good." Ironically the clerk at the hotel recommended this exact place. It's a fun kind of vibe. Has old arcade games all around and good country music on the screens. Service is very good. Everyone is super friendly. Now for the food: Flavorful and different. This isn't really a Mexican place. They have crafted creative flavors in the form of tacos. I had the Crispy Chicken Bacon Avocado Taco where every bite had bacon in it. The chicken was nicely flavored and the avocado was fresh sliced and balanced the overall combination of flavors. I also couldn't resist the Bayou Gator Taco. It definitely brought back memories of all of my visits to Gatorland in Orlando. It not only had crunchy gator bites in it but also had shrimp and I was very impressed that they had properly deveined the shrimp. A little too much mayo for me, but overall good. The chips were seasoned with a little kick of maybe cayenne pepper and I loved the salsa bar. Definitely try the pineapple salsa. It was spicy like a salsa verde with just a touch of sweetness from the pineapple. I also liked the tomatillo salsa. The strawberry chipotle wings were recommended. Definitely a unique flavor. I'm a hot and spicy girl so I think I would have liked them a little better if they would have had a little more kick of heat. Excellent value. Couldn't believe how much food we got (4 tacos, 10 wings, queso, chips, and 2 drinks) for $40 including tip! Keep it simple and affordable and go to Tacos and Wings.
