The summer rolls were rolled fresh and the rice paper on them was super chewy with amazing quality shrimp. The pho was phonomenal (pun intended). I wasn't expecting much but the toppings were all super authentic (all the best pho dac biet toppings) and I ordered extra tendon with mine. The broth was super light and fragrant and instead of giving you a full toppings plate, they ask which toppings you'd like which I prefer better anyways because I always feel bad not using the jalapeños it usually comes with.
