The boneless chicken was premade but then reheated as is typical in most asian restaurants. You have to order sauce on the side, at an additional cost, and it was a fairly small serving. But instead of providing any official receipt or confirmation, she simply wrote my name on a piece of paper and told me I "should" see the refund by the end of the week. That left me feeling uneasy--no proof, no assurance, just "trust us." I moved into my apartment this semester and was excited to use the coupon they gave out to try Wings Over for the first time. I had high hopes, but instead I left extremely disappointed in the customer service and overall management of the situation. Unfortunately, this first impression was so poor that it's likely the last time I'll order from here.
