On 10/24/25 I ordered a sandwich to be delivered. I placed the order at 2pm with a delivery window of 3:45-4:00pm through the Jimmy John's app. At 4pm, I get a notification from Uber Eats saying my driver was on the way to the store and would be delivering my food by 4:19pm. I work from home and my lunch break is only 3:45-4:15pm, so a 4:19 delivery would be too late. I called the store and was told they had to delegate the order to a third party because the delivery driver wasn't in. I asked why that meant my order was going to be late as they could've delegated the order earlier. I was told they didn't have any control over the third party delivery. I told the store the order needed to be cancelled because it would arrive too late and asked what could be done about the inconvenience. I was told the order could be cancelled but nothing could be done for the inconvenience. I said ok and completed the call. I then called the corporate customer service and explained what happened and was told that I would get contacted within 24 hours by the franchise owner. I asked if the owner could follow up by email as I can't take calls while at work. No response. I called the corporate customer service back the following Tuesday and was told I should've gotten a contact and that they would follow up in 24 hours and if not to call back. The next day, Wednesday, still no contact so I followed back up with corporate. I was told that the store responded to them and said I have been contacted and told I have a credit at the store under my name and I needed to call the store to see what that credit was. I then called the store and spoke with a manager who told me that the order was refunded but there was no credit under my name. I called the corporate customer service back and told them that no credit existed and the owner had lied to them not only about contacting me but also about having issued a credit. I was told that, again, I would be contacted by the franchise owner within 24 hours and to follow back up if I wasn't. At this point I have called every week day and still gotten no contact or follow up about how this would be prevented in the future. To be clear, I am not asking nor have I asked for anything more than contact. This is not my first issue with deliveries from this store and I am just trying to find out that it's being fixed. I'm not asking and have not asked for anything free, just to have a simple dialogue. My attempts have been met with nothing but lies and silence. This whole situation could have been handled a number of different ways that would have resulted in a more positive experience, but instead it has been handled with misdirection, lies, and a total like of communication. My only hope is that this review serves as a warning to other customers to avoid this location and that it lets the owners know that this level of service is not acceptable and will not go unanswered. read more

Fast, cold, and tasty subs from Jimmy John's never disappoint. I'm not hard to please when it comes to subs, so as long as the service is good, it'll be an automatic 5 stars. I ordered the Beach Club without cheese, added ham, and grabbed an oatmeal raisin cookie. I was the only customer in the store, so my sub was made very quickly. It definitely hit the spot. I've been getting Jimmy John's since 2014 when I was introduced to it when I was working back in Plain City. They always delivered to us and were super nice every time. My favorites are the beach club and Italian club subs. My husband got me hooked to the beach club since he says that Jimmy John's bread is way better than Jersey Mike's bread. He also likes that they add the avocado spread to that sub because it makes the flavor of the sub stand out. I would agree with him on that opinion, as it does bring out the sub taste. I usually get the subs on wheat bread because I like to cut the calories, I've even eaten it with the lettuce wrap but didn't prefer that too much as it was messy. Never go wrong either way on the breads. I like how quick Jimmy John's is compared to other sub shops. I can get in and out without the huge wait. Always a convenient choice coming here. read more

This Jimmy John's location helped us host an appreciation event in the area. We placed a large order of 3 party boxes, hoping to have it delivered to Bridge Park. When the Jimmy John's delivery person became unavailable, the manager called us 2 days in advance to let us know, so we were able to make other arrangements to get the subs. They timed up the order perfectly and included plenty of packets of mustard and mayo to go along with the sandwiches. It is so nice to have a reliable place to go for large food orders. Honestly I'm not impressed. I came here because I really like Jimmy John's sandwiches. I think they're way better than Subway. So I tend to get Jimmy John's about once a month for lunch. Today I came in on a rainy day parking was fine it was easy to find a spot. There was no line even though it was 12 PM on a Tuesday. My order was quickly taken and they did not try to upsell me or anything like that. I ordered a number four with cheese. It was freaky fast. However I was disappointed at the fact that there was literally almost no meat. What is the purpose of taking out the top part of the bread if you're only going to put three slices of meat in it? Sandwich when I been so much better if I had more meat and cheese. I paid seven dollars for the sandwich and I literally feel like it should've been three dollars. The store was clean and the service was quick. There were no smiles anything to make me feel customer service-y but it was decent. I'd go back but request more meat. I'm scared to find out how much it might be, though. read more

I love hearing Jimmy Johns I'm so fast delivery commercials. When in fact when you're 1.2 miles away it has now been 43 minutes!!!! Since we've placed our order. This place is excellent. I'm always getting food from JJ's. The people are always nice. The food is always delicious. It's all very speedy. I sometimes don't have time to waste picking toppings, so being able to tell them "gargantuan to go" and have a sandwich in my hand less then 60 seconds later, is plum fantastic! Stopped in just before noon a few Friday's ago. Order a roast beef. They have the worst roast beef you can imagine. Sat down and my cashier took advantage of a lull in customers and grabbed a big dirty, disgusting hand duster thing and proceeded to walk around the table, dusting the crap stuck up on the wall. Ordered a sandwich from this location and yes it was delivered freaky fast however the delivery guy was FREAKY RUDE! We operate a small business that does a lot of retail work and I was cashing out a customer when the freaky delivery guy rudely interrupted my conversation to let m know he was here. I simply said to him please hold on and I would be with him in a couple minutes. He proceeded to say that he had an order and he needed a signature. I did not acknowledge the guy due to me wrapping up with my customer. At that point (Less than 1 minute later) he just left the package and left with no signature. This place has really gone downhill. I used to order here quite often and it was great, but the past 3 times have been awful. The past 3 times it has taken them longer than 30 minutes for delivery (how is that freaky fast?) and they have forgotten parts of our order. The first time they were so late that they couldn't go back to the store to get our forgotten item (because the store had closed, even though I ordered 40 minutes before closing), so they just gave us cash back. The second time they forgot yet another drink and went back to retrieve it. Store was clean and the staff were immediately welcoming. What I liked best was their helping me find something I would like off their menu despite the extra time it took me to decide. When I got home I realized they made my order wrong but when I called to tell them about it they immediately made the correction and offered to deliver a new one. I was super impressed with how fast they arrived. I would definitely recommend this place as they really care to make sure their customers are fully satisfied, not to mention the food is EXCELLENT. Well, I used to really like Jimmy Johns but no longer. Since moving to my new house I found that the two stores located both north and south of me are exactly 1.8 miles from me either way.
