The manager was working the register and was either, tired, stressed or annoyed. There were a line 3 people ahead of us to pick up to go orders. I don't think she looked up at as once while taking our order. She just short of threw the pager across the counter. My salad had a hard withered piece of avocado on my salad. When I went to the pick up counter the employee proceeded to offer me three different pieces of avocado each worse than the one before. When I declined, her response was "it's close to the end of the shift when we throw them out." Clearly if they already look terrible, they shouldn't be on the line to begin with.

i panera!!!! i love their bread bowls and they are so yummy but why are they out of stock half of the time!!! the wait usually isnt too long for your food to be ready. but i love panera so ill forgive them for barely ever having bread bowls

I enjoy the food at Panera so I stopped for lunch. I got the pick 2 with 1/2 Asian crunch salad. The salad was very good, the chicken tasted like it was marinated before it was cooked and it was very tender and moist. Loved the chopped greens and edamame. My only complaint was I forgot to order dressing on the side like I usually do, and of course it was way too much for me. The tomatoe soup was flavorful and seasoned nicely. I got a baguette, but it wasn't the crispy crust delicious baguette they usually serve?? The crust was soft, it was not like a fresh loaf. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal

Avo toast on right is literally twice the size of the one on the left. Inconsistency at its finest!!

I really love Panera for the most part. What I don't love is their consistent inconsistencies. (excuse the pun) the photo below represents two orders of the exact same item. Their avocado mash toast with arugula, tomato, and feta. They were both ordered at the same time exactly the same way and one is half the size of the other. Look at the photo. The avocado toast on the right it's literally choice. The size is the one on the left. So does that mean my friend and I have to fight over who gets the larger one? Ridiculous inconsistencies.... When I asked the kitchen one was bigger than the other they stated "we made the first one too big so we made the second one smaller." What the actual heck.... I am a sips club member for the past six years and it really makes me question why I keep renewing. My renewal is up in a couple weeks and I may just pass this time.

Believe it or not Panera Bread served me this today...for a 1/2 roast turkey avocado BLT. When I questioned the kitchen I was told that was the norm. I have never had the same sandwich look like this previously. We spent $40 on lunch for two of us and I get a 1/2 sandwich that looks like this? I couldn't even hold it in my hand. Panera should be ashamed to serve this!!

I'm sure many people have been to n love this place . When you're looking for a quick lunch n a place to relax inside or outside this is a great place! Good quality food n always a great place to enjoy with the grandkids or just to plug in n work quietly. I absolutely love the chicken noodle soup and you have the choice of a good crusty bread, an apple or a bag of chips with your order. One of my favorites is a half turkey, bacon n avocado sandwich with a cup of chicken noodle soup. The turkey is fresh tasting n not like a lunchmeat turkey. Also, It's something I wouldn't bother making at home because you need all those ingredients. There's something about their chicken noodle soup that gives it a really good homemade taste. I like the thicker cut of noodles they use n the broth is salted just right . Of course Panera has a many soups like the broccoli cheddar n I love the tortillas soup too, It has a really good flavor w the just right kick of heat. Don't forget to check out the desserts or take home really good breads or cookies! My favorite dessert is an orange scone with a cup of their coffee. The orange frosting on the scone tastes like the homemade cookies I had as a kid! This is a restaurant I wouldn't want to do without. They do a great job!

Every time I order coffee from any of these Syracuse locations they mess it up. No matter what kind of coffee. Very disappointing...

Great, fast service here. I ordered here using one of the kiosks and my food came out quickly and the order was accurate.

Soup was lukewarm, grilled cheese and tomato was downright nasty. Plus it's hard to find a clean table here.

I buy the same sub - the club sub - from the same Jersey Mike's on West Genesee in Camillus,…read morerepeatedly. Turkey, ham, provolone, bacon. Tonight they got it really wrong. Fortunately, it doesn't happen often at Jersey Mike's - however that's not what this review is about. This review is about the person who took my call. After they looked up my order, I told them what was missing from my sub, which was shocking as it was missing mostly everything except an everything. There was no lettuce except for a few stray shreds. It had no onion when I asked for extra onion. It had no pickles on my sandwich which I also ordered. And it had NO BACON which is part of the sub. One side of the sandwich had half a piece of ham and the other had a slice of turkey and no cheese. Basically half the sandwich was empty and the other half was missing most items. But a bad sandwich is not a tragedy. I called and attempted to tell the employee on the phone what was missing from my sandwich and she kept talking over me. I couldn't understand what she was saying because there was a lot of background noise - so I started repeating what was missing again and she told me loudly "I don't need to hear all of that!" - which was really rude - and then she said "we have 15 people working today because of our month of giving and I have no idea who made your sandwich. (I didn't ask who made my sub) I'll give you a refund" which was fine - until I heard her say to someone else: "this woman is yelling at me." At first I thought she can't be referring to me because I had not raised my voice. I had not yelled. As a matter of fact, I was very understanding that with all the extra people working for their charity promotion, it is easy to make a mistake. I can imagine what happened: somebody started making a sandwich - got distracted, and somebody else just wrapped it up and put it with our order. But what I overheard her say disturbed me, so I asked her: "did you just say I was yelling at you?" She replied "No- no. I said you were just 'asking' me." That's not what I heard, though. I heard her distinctly say I was yelling at her. Her conduct really left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended. I think it's a great thing that Jersey Mike's has an entire month in March donating to charity, but don't take out your chaos on your customers. Being rude to customers is not the way to keep them. This particular Jersey Mike's location should use a new slogan: Jersey Mike's - Good sandwiches. Bad attitude. The fact is, for the first time I just noticed that their health score is extremely concerning. I know on a math test 96 out of 100 is great but if you click on the Health score and you see why four points were deducted - you might not want to eat there. Doubt I will.

The person taking the orders tends not to take the time to listen so you end up repeating yourself. They are so conditioned to make thing 'mikes way' when make a change they seem to get confused. You have to watch them carefully so not to end up with a sandwich soaked in oil and vinegar. They pile on a lot of lettuce to make the sub look larger then what it really is. Order a sub with no veggies and see how little meat there is placed on the sandwich. It's just a fancy subway, that's expensive and not a 'goto' for subs. The menu would get old fast.

The onion rings were pretty good, too. I gotta say for a place that kinda screams "overpriced", it really isn't. Came to almost exactly 50 dollars for two burgers with fries, order of onion rings, and a soft drink. Honestly? In this economy? Pretty fair for the size and quality. 6 dollars for a shake kinda surprised me too, albeit I didn't order one. Server was nice. Place was probably overstaffed, but pretty great experience overall. Very pleasantly surprised. Check it out.

The calm ambiance and muted, cinnamon-brown walls of the space's predecessor, Cafe at 407, which closed at the end of 2023, have been replaced with TVs in the dining area and bar, a wall-length mural and a little nook with a neon sign that reads "Say Cheese!" and Polaroids of satisfied customers pinned to the wall. The menu taps into childhood fast food nostalgia, with burgers, fries, onion rings and milkshakes -- plus beer, wine, cocktails and boozy sodas. With five burgers, two chicken sandwiches, two salads, a few shareable starters, Fly Bird chicken tenders, a Chicago-style glizzy and a fried fish sandwich served only on Fridays, the menu isn't long, but offers enough variation to appeal to most diners. The wife and I stopped in on a Saturday right at opening time. We were sat and given menus immediately. We decided to share a burger and fries and an order of tenders. We ordered the blue suede shoes - a burger topped with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, carmelized onions, pickles and house remoulade and an order of hot stuff buffalo tenders. Our food was brought relatively quickly and we enjoyed everything. Fries were fresh, crispy and seasoned, burger was cooker perfectly, the tenders were fresh, crispy, saucy and had just the slightest kick of heat to them. Our server was very friendly and helpful, prices were comparable to similar restaurants, and we has plenty of food to bring home. We'd definitely go again.

I read up on the menu and discovered they offered lamb chops which is one of my absolute favourites. A taste of home for me! Friendly and efficient staff welcomed us and showed us to our table. So far so good. Very nice young woman looked after us. My wife ordered the rigatoni and I had the chops. She loved her rigatoni so much she's finishing it off 2 days later and still loving it. Sadly my dish was a bit of a disappointment. My two large chops were extremely fatty. It's the kind you simply can't cut through on a slippery plate. Trying to separate what little meat there was from the fat was impossible so I had to give up and bring it home to a cutting board and an extremely sharp knife. I haven't tried to eat it yet but it looks as fatty as the first. Both had been totally covered by a condiment that I think should have been served in a separate container to allow the diner to regulate the amount desired. The base was a pilf which made trying to cut the chops even more difficult because every time the meat or the knife slipped, the table was showered with grains....all a bit slapstick....! As I previously said, my wife loved her meal and the previous visit was epic so I hate to criticise but I'm just trying to be honest and fair. I think $45 for a couple of very fatty chops with not much meat and smothered in a vinaigrette you might not like is a bit cheeky... In different circumstances I would have sent it back. Oh well, you live and learn...
