This is what I got when I ordered a salad and baked potato. Yuk.
    Jim G.

Shockingly bad service. After a long wait for the cashier I ordered the Asian Salad with baked potato with butter. I was told the butter was where the prepared food was placed on the counter for customer pickup. Order after order was put out. My friend had almost finished his order and I asked the preparer about my order. I looked at my receipt and saw that it was rung up as a salad with potato soup, not the baked potato that I ordered. That order had sat there on the counter for some time. I asked the preparer if she could replace the soup with the baked potato that I ordered and was scolded, "We don't have baked potatoes." I did not want potato soup. After getting snapped at instead of being offered something else, I took the soup and salad to my table. The Asian salad was delicious! Too bad the portion was smaller than a mini-mouse could be satisfied with. It would take 8 of these salads to equal a real salad. I fished out the tiny potato blocks from the gooey cheesy mess and tried to eat all of them, but couldn't get through them. The tiny piece of bread was OK. I can't recall ever leaving a restaurant angry that I stopped there.

Came here to hang out with some family while Milton was come through. Been a while since I've been to Panera but as always they make good quality food. Most of the Panera restaurants got rid of the Italian sandwich, but notice this location did not. Had to order it and it did not let me down! It had great flavor and dripping with Italian dressing. The meat was cooked perfectly and went great with a pack of potato chips. Service was good too as they weren't slammed but steady. Food was made quickly and ready for me to take to the table once we all got our drink's situated. Will probably be back once another storm comes our way.

Mobile order for a smoothie.. where is the rest of it?!?

It just keeps getting worse. Again app said order was ready but when I arrived of course it wasn't, smh...

It's a chain.. but if you want a fast excellent salads of any type -Panera bread is the place to go. The Cobb salad we tried was first - no other place in the villages has a Cobb salad- well prepared with egg and a tasty dressing - second - the Greek salad (we tried this at a later time) was full of olives and the pepperacini are now sliced and spread on the salad -- much tastier! Do try the cheese steak sandwich -- not quite Philly -- but it is the best of all of the sandwich places.

Was in the Villages area and decided to get Panera. They don't seem to be as many menu options as they used to have however, there are still some pretty good choices for a quick and healthy lunch. I chose the Baja bowl without meat it was delicious and filling. My friend got the pic to Baja bowl and salad. Her Baja bowl was the same size as mine. This particular Panera was clean and well stocked with everything you would need.

Staff here is not friendly. Dining room is always dirty when I visit. Food quality has gone down over the years. I'm not a fan.

Ambience, service and food quality are all top notch, for both indoor and outdoor seating. On our recent dining experience, we were meeting up with a friend from Hawai'i who was in the area for a conference, and reserved outdoor patio seating. I ordered the Island Chicken (so flavorful and my go to), my wife tried the Tuscan Salmon (she finished her meal before me and our friend!), and our friend ordered the Bella Italian sandwich. We all loved what we ordered! Since it's been a while since we've seen our friend, we spent a lot of time catching up, or "talking story" as they say in Hawai'i. It wasn't busy so we didn't feel like we were holding up any party from getting a table. Loved that the manager even came by to check on us. A very nice dining experience! We would surely be back.

This Virginia girl (A Florida girl since the 1980's) fell in love with the eclectic decor and table settings that looked like my Momma and Grandma's heirlooms. Vintage prints and paintings. Red vintage bloomers with lace on the hook on the back of the door of the "Ladies' Retiring Room and Necessary" [my terms, to be fair...] Photographs of young belles and their children who arrived later. A decent interval later!!! NOW, the food. Hot, homemade cornbread to the table, and a peach ice tea that is like no other I have enjoyed ANYWHERE in the south. Hubby chose the Texan Chicken Fried steak, with smashed potatoes and greens, and I picked my favorite southern dish (one that I cannot make at home without ruining ~SHRIMP & GRITS!) and it was beyond description. Shrimp almost the size of quail, with perfect spices and texture. Creamy grits with cheese and a few bell peppers for a variety. I never DREAMED of using salt or pepper.....it would have been an affront the the dish itself, My husband's smile told me he loved HIS chosen dish down....that, and all but licking his plate! We have the decadent looking slices of cake her to share later with coffee, but there was no chance we would skip trying them.....but also no chance we could eat them immediately after lunch without exploding! Service was prompt without hovering, and we will be returning either for MY birthday or if we have friends come to visit. HIGHLY AND TOTALLY RECOMMEND FOR A SPECIAL MEAL. We ordered 2 voodoo Mac and cheese $25 ea and a turkey and bacon sandwich on a croissant roll $18. sweet tea in huge mason jars $4 ea and a homemade lemonade $5.50. Just know going in that the prices are a little high but well worth it as the portions are huge. I ate half of my Mac and cheese and took the rest to go... Highly recommend this place staff was welcoming and friendly and service was really good.
