We normally have a great experience here. Not today. We walked in and it was a bit chaotic so I decided to use the app and place my order. I completed my order and was given a pickup time for 12:16. It was 12:01 when I ordered. We sat inside to wait. When the app notified me my order was ready I went to the rapid pickup wall and my order was not there. I asked the cashier he went to check the back and got a manager. The manager took over and went looking even asked me to check the board for my name. I let her know my order was ready at 12:16 and it was now 12:28. She said oh no, as another customer stated he just saw someone walk out with bags off the rapid wall, but he was "minding his business", ignorant to say the least. He should have definitely said something. The manager then proceeded to remake the order, hurriedly, although I appreciate her fast acting I don't like that my order was thrown together. This was an inconvenience but could be avoided if the rapid area was monitored. Shame on whoever walked out with other peoples orders. Although the restaurant was packed the ambiance was chill and clean.

First off the customer service at this location was outstanding and the new menu has many new items will make eating at Panera so much more enjoyable. Several new salads are great and prices are reasonable. Service on the drive thru could be faster.

Just left this establishment, which I will not return to. I rarely leave reviews and don't care to leave negative ones. After expressing my concern about the oatmeal and its preparation, chunks that had been broken and placed in the cup and dryness of it, which is the second time in a week. The manager "Tim" as he wanted me to know, defended it and made excuses opposed to attempting to rectify it. Let's say as a manager "Tim" is beyond unprofessional making himself a spectacle shouting "My name is Tim" while holding up to bottles of tea. I'd say avoid the new and shining building based on the service, quality and horrible management, he was a poor representation of the brand.

It's been YEARS since I've had Panera Bread. This was my first visit to this location and the menu had a lot more items than I remember from 10+ years ago. What we had: PEPPERONI FLATBREAD PIZZA - Bland. Oregano, basil and a crispier crust would've set this off. MACARONI AND CHEESE - Decent in a pinch. GODDESS COBB CHICKEN SALAD - Yummy. SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH - Not horrible, but I was hoping for much more flavor. POTATO CHIPS - I'm usually not a fan of kettle chips, but these were tolerable. OATMEAL RAISIN WITH BERRIES COOKIE - Delicious. My favorite part of the meal. CHARGED LEMONADE (2) - We tried all the flavors. Fruity and refreshing. The meal wasn't cheap. Notes: RESTROOM - Gross PARKING - Lot SERVICE - Polite OPTIONS - Plentiful PRICE - Pricey __ I eat. @f.hux I thrift. @DCthriftish

One of my good followers asked me to check out Panera Bread's new chicken sandwich. I obliged. I hadn't been to this spot in YEARS, so going back was definitely my pleasure. I also wanted to see what that Mac n cheese was hittin on...Let's GO!! . Where I am: @panerabread . Location Reviewed: 2930 Festival Way, Waldorf M.D. . Menu Includes: Artisan Bread's, Breakfast Sandwiches, Soufflés, Parfaits, Fruit Cups, Oatmeal, Coffee, Hot Tea, Hot Chocolate, Pastries, Soups, Bagels, Cream Cheese, Cupcakes, Brownies, Pizza, Salads, Bread Bowls, Craft, & Canned Beverages. . Items Reviewed: Their Signature Take Chicken Sandwich (seared chicken breast with parmesan crisp, emerald greens, & garlic aioli on a brioche bun $9.79 with chips). DECENT. It was good, but lacked flavor, even with the crisp, & aioli. Their Signature Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich (with Buffalo sauce, spicy dill pickle chips, emerald greens on a brioche bun $9.79 with a fruit cup). DELICIOUS!! This sandwich was much better spicy. And their spicy isn't hot. The fruit cup was DELICIOUS as well!! Their Toasted Steak & White Cheddar (grass fed beef with aged white cheddar, pickled red onions, & horseradish sauce on ciabatta $9.79 with the cucumber, tomato salad-DELICIOUS ). LIKE THAT!! Flavorful, & meaty with some kick, and the ciabatta was perfectly toasted!! Their Small Mac n Cheese Bowl (with a French baguette $5.29). DECENT. It didn't taste fresh. Their Frozen Strawberry lemonade ($3.09). LIKE THAT!! Refreshing, flavorful, & tasty!! Their Frozen Caramel Cold Brew ($4.49). STAMP-according to my son (but he's right, I've had it before)!! . This should be a better pricing on the two for two deals. Doesn't really explain it on the menu not happy with that.

The pho is absolutely delicious rich, flavorful broth, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked noodles. You can really taste the care that goes into it. It's comforting, filling, and hits the spot every time. And let's talk about the bubble tea So good! The flavors are on point, not overly sweet, and the boba is always fresh and chewy. It's the perfect pairing with a warm bowl of pho. If you're in Waldorf and craving great pho and bubble tea with a clean restaurant, Coco Bay Tea is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back for sure!

While waiting for my order, I noticed the staff (who seemed pretty young, not saying that negatively, just observationally) loudly talking about not getting tips. Loud enough for the whole place to hear. That was my first sign that the atmosphere might be off. When my order was ready, they didn't call out the item or confirm anything, they just said my name, tossed the tied-up bag on the counter, and walked away. I watched them call other orders properly with names and items, so the contrast stood out. Regardless of how good food may be, customer experience matters. I didn't ask for a manager because I've worked in management before, and I know staff behavior often reflects internal leadership and environment. Still, it's something worth noting: even for quick-service or takeout spots, courtesy and professionalism go a long way. This interaction felt dismissive and honestly off-putting. I'm not writing this to be harsh, just to be honest. This is why I prefer to tip in casHopefully it's something the team can improve on, because small interactions shape the whole experience.

We originally came to use the 2 for 12 culinary classics special but ended up adding proteins, drinks, and garlic bread so with everything (two bowls with protein, two drinks, cheesy garlic bread), the total was a little over $30. I could've done without the protein in my bowl. In my opinion Noodles and Company is one of those places that tastes better with all the "fixins", so if you can add anything to elevate your bowl I highly suggest it. However, the proteins are pretty basic and don't seem to add much pizzazz to the dishes. My partner complained that the noodles were heavy and greasy, but mine were . Not your traditional pad Thai but pretty decent for a chain. I asked for no cilantro (yuck). The cheesy bread barely had any cheese on it, was a bit dry, and I didn't care for the flavor of it, so I probably won't order that again. Service was good and our food came out in about 10 minutes. There are plenty of booth seating and tables inside to sit and eat as well. Great for quick comfort food but don't expect anything too fancy.

I liked the simplicity of the chicken noodle soup. It was well seasoned and tasted good. I was less impressed with the pad Thai with chicken for protein. It had an odd flavor that I cannot place, but it must have been what they marinaded it with...I don't like the flavor. While the spicy Korean steak noodles had a similar flavor, the tenderness of the steak and the spicy complement helped to distract from whatever they put on the noodles that dampens the dishes. However, I'm glad I grabbed the rice krispy treat for a snack - it was yum!

The tables are spacious enough to comfortably fit large groups (I've seen families of 8!), and there's plenty of room to spread out and enjoy everything. Ordering is super convenient with the self-serve tablet, making it easy to keep the food coming. One of the best parts is the variety--you can choose from hotpot, or go all in with hotpot, sushi, and BBQ. I've tried all three, and they do not disappoint! The selection feels endless, which makes every visit exciting. I especially love that you get to cook your own food, even the BBQ. That's a big plus since many Korean BBQ spots cook it for you. It makes the experience more interactive and fun. The soup bases are flavorful and really elevate the whole meal. And now they've started serving alcoholic beverages too, which is a great addition! However the service is absolutely terrible and only declining. Pace yourself when you're drinking whatever drink you ordered because the chance of you catching your waiter to get another one will be almost non existent. Mostly teenagers are employed here which is good for the work experience but they are too busy on their cell phones to check on their tables. Even when the restaurant is empty you will still not receive service. You will watch your waiter pacing back and forth on their phone longer than you will spend drinking your water/soda. I used to come here once a week but the service has deterred me so much that at most I come once a month and each time I come it's getting worse and worse. I've had to pull the manager up on shift one time to ask for a simple refill because my waiter was too busy on the phone. I'm usually a great tipper, 25% or more, here I simply give 18% because most visits I sit for 30+ minutes with nothing to drink and zero way besides walking up to the waiter to get their attention since their phones are so close to their face it's touching their noses. I won't even come for dinner anymore because the price is not worth their service.
