First off the customer service at this location was outstanding and the new menu has many new items will make eating at Panera so much more enjoyable. Several new salads are great and prices are reasonable. Service on the drive thru could be faster.

Just left this establishment, which I will not return to. I rarely leave reviews and don't care to leave negative ones. After expressing my concern about the oatmeal and its preparation, chunks that had been broken and placed in the cup and dryness of it, which is the second time in a week. The manager "Tim" as he wanted me to know, defended it and made excuses opposed to attempting to rectify it. Let's say as a manager "Tim" is beyond unprofessional making himself a spectacle shouting "My name is Tim" while holding up to bottles of tea. I'd say avoid the new and shining building based on the service, quality and horrible management, he was a poor representation of the brand.

It's been YEARS since I've had Panera Bread. This was my first visit to this location and the menu had a lot more items than I remember from 10+ years ago. What we had: PEPPERONI FLATBREAD PIZZA - Bland. Oregano, basil and a crispier crust would've set this off. MACARONI AND CHEESE - Decent in a pinch. GODDESS COBB CHICKEN SALAD - Yummy. SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH - Not horrible, but I was hoping for much more flavor. POTATO CHIPS - I'm usually not a fan of kettle chips, but these were tolerable. OATMEAL RAISIN WITH BERRIES COOKIE - Delicious. My favorite part of the meal. CHARGED LEMONADE (2) - We tried all the flavors. Fruity and refreshing. The meal wasn't cheap. Notes: RESTROOM - Gross PARKING - Lot SERVICE - Polite OPTIONS - Plentiful PRICE - Pricey __ I eat. @f.hux I thrift. @DCthriftish

One of my good followers asked me to check out Panera Bread's new chicken sandwich. I obliged. I hadn't been to this spot in YEARS, so going back was definitely my pleasure. I also wanted to see what that Mac n cheese was hittin on...Let's GO!! . Where I am: @panerabread . Location Reviewed: 2930 Festival Way, Waldorf M.D. . Menu Includes: Artisan Bread's, Breakfast Sandwiches, Soufflés, Parfaits, Fruit Cups, Oatmeal, Coffee, Hot Tea, Hot Chocolate, Pastries, Soups, Bagels, Cream Cheese, Cupcakes, Brownies, Pizza, Salads, Bread Bowls, Craft, & Canned Beverages. . Items Reviewed: Their Signature Take Chicken Sandwich (seared chicken breast with parmesan crisp, emerald greens, & garlic aioli on a brioche bun $9.79 with chips). DECENT. It was good, but lacked flavor, even with the crisp, & aioli. Their Signature Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich (with Buffalo sauce, spicy dill pickle chips, emerald greens on a brioche bun $9.79 with a fruit cup). DELICIOUS!! This sandwich was much better spicy. And their spicy isn't hot. The fruit cup was DELICIOUS as well!! Their Toasted Steak & White Cheddar (grass fed beef with aged white cheddar, pickled red onions, & horseradish sauce on ciabatta $9.79 with the cucumber, tomato salad-DELICIOUS ). LIKE THAT!! Flavorful, & meaty with some kick, and the ciabatta was perfectly toasted!! Their Small Mac n Cheese Bowl (with a French baguette $5.29). DECENT. It didn't taste fresh. Their Frozen Strawberry lemonade ($3.09). LIKE THAT!! Refreshing, flavorful, & tasty!! Their Frozen Caramel Cold Brew ($4.49). STAMP-according to my son (but he's right, I've had it before)!! . Customer Service: Excellent . Online Navigation: Easy . Parking: Plentiful . This should be a better pricing on the two for two deals. Doesn't really explain it on the menu not happy with that.

Everything was tasty, I'd get the same meal today. The tenders were hot, fresh, and well seasoned - though they were a bit on the smaller side compared to other chicken spots. Even before the fast food chicken wars that have exploded lately because of the epic surplus of similar fast food restaurants that have popped up around the burbs, I have always loved Zaxby's. I remember first discovering them on a road trip with a high school friend of mine, and I always look forward to the rare occasion that I would have them. Later on, it became annual when I knew I'll be within 10 minutes of them from Smash Con and could enjoy them. A few weekends ago, I went with a couple of friends and we all shared a tinder combo. Now, compared to other tenders in the area, theirs are relatively tiny. But the taste is unmatched. And that coleslaw and the fries that come with it... Whew! They're so flavorful! Now, the toast is fine, not as great as other places, but they make up for that with everything else. Many people have also complained about the service, but it was very fast for us. I'm looking forward to a Zaxby's opening closer to home, because that is one place I will have more often as my guilty pleasure meal. And they have a banana pudding milkshake that I'm excited about!

Arrived early and waited a few minutes. My order was called. Here's what I ordered: -two Char burgers (one lettuce wrapped): these were not good. Smothered in so much mayo it was dripping i -meal deal (half patty melt, chicken bites, side, etc. I'll spare you the details, but I asked for an extra ranch after looking in my bag, and realizing I didn't even get the three I was supposed to get. I had two in the bag and I asked for two more, but informed her that I was missing one. My bag was on the counter and she yanked it towards her and started moving all of my food around as if I had hidden the ranch. Being that distrustful of a customer over a $.65 container of ranch is insane. Typically, most locations will give you one of the small ones for free, anyway. But also, chill when you haven't even provided what you were supposed to. Finally got the ranch and the burgers were so covered in mayo that it was leaking out of the bun. Imagine large drops of mayo and mayo alone falling out of your burger as you attempt to take a bite. I ended up wiping it with a napkin. Second visit: I came back with char tickets to pay for a portion of my order. These tickets are usually sent by customer service if you have a bad experience. Anyway, the cashier was very, very nice this time around. However, he was very confused when I was placing my order. Previously, you could use char tickets and app offers. I guess this has recently changed? Anyway, there's all this confusion at the register. The employee is super nice the whole time but it was frustrating. Anyway, finally get my food and it's better than last time but the street corn tots were gross lol and my chicken bites tasted like they'd been fried then reheated.

I'll start by saying the staff were great--very friendly, helpful, and patient with recommendations. The place was also clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. As for the food, it reminded me of typical stadium or ballpark-style meals. The chicken bites were pretty good, but the burger itself felt very basic, almost like something from Burger King, and the bun didn't taste fresh--more like it had been sitting out for a while. The fries were bland at first and definitely needed salt, but once seasoned they were decent. On the other hand, the strawberry lemonade was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal. I would still come back to try something different--specifically their salads, because they looked pretty good based on the menu photos.

We originally came to use the 2 for 12 culinary classics special but ended up adding proteins, drinks, and garlic bread so with everything (two bowls with protein, two drinks, cheesy garlic bread), the total was a little over $30. I could've done without the protein in my bowl. In my opinion Noodles and Company is one of those places that tastes better with all the "fixins", so if you can add anything to elevate your bowl I highly suggest it. However, the proteins are pretty basic and don't seem to add much pizzazz to the dishes. My partner complained that the noodles were heavy and greasy, but mine were . Not your traditional pad Thai but pretty decent for a chain. I asked for no cilantro (yuck). The cheesy bread barely had any cheese on it, was a bit dry, and I didn't care for the flavor of it, so I probably won't order that again. Service was good and our food came out in about 10 minutes. I liked the simplicity of the chicken noodle soup. It was well seasoned and tasted good. I was less impressed with the pad Thai with chicken for protein. It had an odd flavor that I cannot place, but it must have been what they marinaded it with...I don't like the flavor. While the spicy Korean steak noodles had a similar flavor, the tenderness of the steak and the spicy complement helped to distract from whatever they put on the noodles that dampens the dishes. However, I'm glad I grabbed the rice krispy treat for a snack - it was yum!
