A worker came up to us to say we were being too loud but did it in the rudest way possible. "I shouldn't be able to hear you from the back" and didn't even look at us or try to talk to us. It's been awhile since I posted a review about this location. I love their chicken and wild rice soup but last time it was really watery and when I spoke to the manager he said he has had several people say something he things they changed it. Well I forgot about it and ordered it for lunch today and I was so happy it was just like it used to be. Delicious again. The only negative is I feel like you get the same amount as is in the cup of it when you order the bowl of it for dine in. That being said it was the perfect size I was full and couldn't have eaten another bite. My sister got the salad she always gets and loved it. It was huge she couldn't finish it. (I should add we are both big eaters so for us to not finish or to be full it has to be hearty). Service was friendly as I always experience there. Oh I would really like them to give you your cup before the food is ready so I could get my ice tea and have a seat and only have to carry my food to the table. read more

Every time I give this location a chance I'm disappointed. I was craving chicken salad and used to really like it from Panera so decided to get a half sandwich half soup. The soup was ok, they can't really mess that up since I'm pretty sure they receive it premade, but the sandwich was almost no chicken salad as you can see from my picture, but also it was disgusting. It was sour and horrible, I threw it all away. The chicken also had a weird texture. We got this delivered so I couldn't have asked for them to make something different. read more

Let me tell you guys the story, To start we walked in holding a pizza we had bought from the Pizza Hut Nextdoor. We walked in glanced at the and then sat down to search on our phones what to order as we passed by the drink fountains we noticed cups that have always been there and we thought was if they might have been for samples or complementary even as we were filling up an employee was there at the drink counter and said nothing. So we thought what we were doing was ok. Well, we were very wrong I happen to know someone who used to work there and after the incident he informed us that those are Usally for employees only. We didn't know this and had no way to find this out. All it took was a simple "sorry those are for employees only" and we would have moved on with our day and eventually order food. But no, I'm not going to blame the worker at the drink counter for this because it's truly not her fault and a simple mistake or misunderstanding but that bitch manager "Kaylee" or "Haylee" came up to us as we were looking on our phones for something to order and said of "if you guys are just gonna steal drinks from us you can leave" and then something like "you can only be here if your gonna buy something if not you can leave" I was taken aback by her aggressive behavior and attitude I even responded "ok then can I go buy something" in a nice and soft tone. She clearly took advantage of my kindness and responded "No eating here is a privilege and you lost it" I'm sorry, I didn't know eating was a privilege not a right. I have spent more than 200$ at Panera in the past year and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and kind workers who have been seen visibly uncomfortable by this managers presence her attitude and disrespect need to come to a stop before she ruins this Panera bread location if there is anyone in a higher up position than her I hope you find this interview and fire her or give her a consequence for her heinous behavior towards customers and puts one of the nicer and kinder workers in her position as the manager to restore the comfortable atmosphere that was once there. she even made a scene for the entire Panera bread to see and made the atmosphere change and everyone seemed to be uncomfortable with her actions towards minors and paying customers we decided to leave due to the embarrassment we felt and how uncomfortable. I've also heard from people who have worked there in the past that they left because of here and how rude she was to the people in lower positions than her. I wish she would have let me buy something cause I would have spent 60$ just to prove a point but clearly she doesn't want the business and has had a terrible life and is taking out on her workers and customers. She needs to be fired from this location and I should have called the police or cooperate and to be honest, I still might if there is not a change here I have never experienced this level of disrespect in my life and she clearly didn't expect us to write this review because her tone was not only rude and disrespectful she talked to us as if we were babies! It's dirty and borderline gross (see the iced tea photo), their tablet ordering system that they want you to use (because no one staffs the register) is usually down to one tablet and is PAINFULLY slow, times out often, and rarely works. Panera has just taken one step after another down hill. I have been frequently visiting this location for many years, the food quality has always been good where the service has always been subpar. With the use of the mobile order, it seems that all the employees just don't care what's going as most are talking to each other, on their phones, or visiting with other customers that are most likely friends. The food quality I feel is almost at the level of a school cafeteria, the sandwich just felt slapped together, and the pastries were all hard. With the location being close to schools, a lot of kids just go in there and get cups for water and just takeing up space or were working at the counter on their laptops without really ordering or eating anything which makes for a very loud environment. The food is always been high-priced but for $20 I would hope for more than just a poorly put together sandwich. read more

Love this Panera Bread! I visited for lunch and always get the same thing...You Pick Two with a cup of tomato bisque and the chipotle chicken sammie...and a chocolate chip cookie. The lady who served me today was Lacie and she was so kind and fast. When I arrived at the restaurant to order, no one was at the register and Lacie saw us waiting so she quickly grabbed our order and everything was perfect. The employees that I get to interact with via the drive thru are typically friendly and try to be quick. They almost always will ask for my Panera Card number prior to getting to the window. They almost always have my food, or at least most of my food, ready to hand to me when I get to the window. Is Panera Bread what it used to be? Not by a long shot. This is a busy restaurant with a few tables outside and lots of inside seating. The staff fluctuates from good to not so good. The restaurant stays very clean and the line for ordering varies on speed. I love their pastries and think that their bagels are just ok. It is so convenient having a drive thru window. I pass by the closest Panera restaurant just for this option. On my last visit I ordered my favorite Greek salad and a Mac & Cheese. The salad was cold and had everything on it that I like. Their mac & cheese was kind of loose and bordered on mac & cheese soup. It was not appealing served this way and had to be tossed. read more

Very poor service multiple times they have left items out of my order. They offer a free pastry but I would much rather have my order correct. Just recently I had a very disappointing visit it was on Easter and they closed at 6pm. I got in line for drive thru well before 6pm and made it to the order screen at 5:55pm and was told they were closed but they accepted the order of the car in front of me. Also while I was in line 2 associates came out and put cones at the entrance of the drive thru so no one else would enter the drive thru lane. I like that you can order on the app and do curbside pick up. They were fast and the food was fresh. We came inside to eat this time. I like that you can order all your food and drinks on a touch screen. We got all the way to the end and tried to do Apple Pay but it only takes credit card. What? You can use technology to do the order but can't do Apple or Google Pay? That's sad. The other confusing part is that you type in all the drink orders and customize the coffees but then you get some from the back and some yourself from the machines. We ordered three coffees but one was decaf and they didn't have any out front. We didn't realize (or pay attention) that you have to get your own coffee until after we received our food and smoothie. We had to tell the person at the counter and wait for it to be brewed. The fact that you can get your own coffee, tea, soft drinks, and all of the things that go in those is odd. It seems like most places are getting that for you so you are big touching all the things and spreading things. If it wasn't for the awesome curbside pick up, I would have given it 4 stars but the awesomeness of curbside pick up. read more

They charged us more and didn't apologize and the person at the drive through was arguing with us and kept saying 'what' then he called the manager who realized that they charge more. The sandwiches held three crouton size portions of chicken on what was mostly a bread sandwich. The chicken Caesar actually had to be shaken to find, once again, 3-4 minuscule pieces of dried out meat. A $40 dinner for bread and lettuce is outrageous,! Will not be returning! read more
