Well I could pretty much just copy and paste Carly's review but she probably wouldn't appreciate it ; ) I too was a Panera noob when I walked through the doors. I was immediately impressed by how large and clean it was. I thought for just a second it might be a sit down type of place but I eventually wandered over to the order area. I went with the Pick 2 option, opting for the Sierra Turkey and the half Caesar salad. The sandwich was the better part of the meal but the salad wasn't bad either. There was a decent amount of turkey on the sandwich and it had a really good flavor. The salad was a little light on dressing but had some really tasty croutons and was overall not bad. For about $7 it was a pretty good meal. Oh, it also comes with a side order: bag of chips, roll, or apple. I'll definitely be back sometime to try some of their other tasty looking sandwiches. read more

I love Panera Bread for food and cozy environment. However if you intend to go online for some browsing or doing some work this place has one of the worst "free WiFi". Connection is very slow ( less than 1mbs) and it also limit your time during peak hours. Go to Starbucks to get connected . read more

Love Panera, it's our go to place for food when we are traveling, so we were thrilled there was one less than half a mile from our house when we moved. The food is as good as anywhere else and the people are really nice. But, holy cow, the place is a mess. We have been here 3 times and the tables always need to be wiped, the floors are full of crumbs, and the bathrooms...never mind....but no paper products? It's obvious the crew is working hard, the shift leaders need to pay attention to more than just the food prep! read more

It may just be me, but this Panera seemed to have fewer menu offerings than most. That said, there were still plenty of options. I was impressed by the customer service here. I've recently had to adopt a new gluten free diet so I asked what was in their turkey chili and I honestly inspected the kid behind the counter to say something like, "I dunno...turkey, beans, and stuff." Instead, he started to list items and then said "actually let me check I have a binder with all our ingredient & nutrition info." He then asked if there was something specific I needed to avoid and after I explained what, he patiently scanned the information and double checked before confirming the item was safe for me to eat. Shortly after we sat down, the same employee hand delivered our food (our pager never even rang). It was all correctly prepared and yummy. Horrible service. Ordered one salad and a lemonade to go and it took 45 mins, and the salads are already pre-made! Are you kidding me?? No one even said sorry about the wait or offered me a refund. They also double charged the ladies behind me! I called the location twice for a refund and nobody picked up, ended up calling corporate and they also did not say sorry they just offered me a panera gift car, like I would continue giving them service after that?? I finally got them to give me a refund and they said it would take 30 days to refund me and complained about how its hard to give a refund. I'm sorry but thats your job?! This place is close to my house, so I stop in from time to time for bagels. The bagels themselves are ok, but they are frequently out of most of the different varieties, even early in the morning. I just got turkey sandwiches purchased 7 mins before closing. Opened the sandwich to find not one but at least 3 dead fleas/fruitflies in it. This was deliberate. This is what Panera staff in Woodinville did because they refused to take my order when I was there just before closing. I know who made my sandwhich and I'm going back tomorrow. Every time I order food here the order is wrong. They are always out of their most popular breads which seems odd for a place that sells bread. Last order we ordered a full size sandwich, and a bowl of soup, and got a half sandwich and a cup of soup. Seems poorly managed and the staff is not great. read more

This location was close to work. So I go there about twice a week for a quick soup and salad. Sometimes I order their catering service for office meetings. Quality is fresh. But taste? It's a matter of opinion. You can't go too wrong for salad. And sandwiches for box Lunches. They deliver...Convenience. Nice to have them nearby. read more

Met a friend for a bite to eat here recently. It was very busy which is always a good sign but one thing about all the Panera Bread locations is I am one of those people who loves butter to go with my toasted bagels. They have good bagels and a good variety but they give you frozen butter to try to spread on your bagel. So this visit I asked if they had any soft butter before I ordered and she assured me they did. So I got my bagel and then she handed me a few rock hard butter pats that put out the equivalent of a dime. I learned my lesson and will stick with other items next visit. read more

This Panera functions well, just know that between the hours of 11-2 this place is a zoo and it might take a while to get your order. Juice, coffee, and extras are always filled. Panera is very yummy but they need to fix their app and stop advertising deliveries. Rapid pickup is not waiting for 45 minutes. Over the weekend I requested rapid pickup and when I went to get it, there were a ton of people that were waiting forever for their food. No explanation or communication, no credits or coupons. Their app simply should say how long the wait will be.. also stop advertising delivery when you can't handle deliveries. Super frustrating and I hope these issues get fixed because I love panera. Service was absolutely excellent!! I have to start off with that. I was greeted right away. An additional cashier actually came up when I joined the line to help me so I didn't have to wait. I appreciated her going the extra mile! All servers were polite, checked in, cleared quickly so guests weren't having to look at others dirty tables. Wonderful environment. The service was so good I couldn't give them less than 3 stars. But I have to say. Because of the food. If it was just based on that I'd give it a 1! -I had chicken noodle soup. I was craving a bowl on this chilly day. I got a bowl, I hoped to get a hearty yummy soup and what I got was a bowl full of broth with some noodles, veggies and chicken in it. It was so under seasoned, and the lack of substance in it was disappointing. I was definitely bummed out that I spent almost 6 bucks on a bowl of soup that had less substance than a 2.50 can of progresso. And the progresso tastes a hundred times better. Overall great experience. I will definitely be back to try something else. Service was too great to not come back. read more

I ordered the Mac and Cheese, a usual favorite of mine at Panera. This is not my usual location, but i figured that it would be the same quality no matter what and wow was i wrong. When the mac and cheese came to my table, you could literally see the edges of the tub it was sitting in for hours. It was cold, clumpy, and dry. You couldn't even separate the noodles cause they were that cold. I sent it back to them for a new bowl, but it's safe to say they just microwaved it. Even with the "new" bowl of mac and cheese it was inedible. An unfortunate waste of 9$ and I will not be visiting this Panera location anymore. read more

Pastries are good, very nice selection of sandwiches, salads and soups. And the prices are reasonable to boot in addition to free WiFi. Great place to work with better food than Starbucks. My first time ever to a panera bread, I was a little dissapointed. I ordered the Turkey Smokehouse Panini. Not taking into account the price the sandwich was decent. Third time eating inside and there is trash and food on the floor. In addition, the tables were all dirty. One of the family members I was with found some sanitizing wipes opposite the craft beverages sign. We wiped off everything including the seats and there was so much dirt Makes me wonder how often the tables get wiped off....then I started wondering how sanitary the kitchen is....where is Dave Ramsey??? It was my very first time ever eating Panera Bread. The food was good don't get me wrong but as soon as we found a place to sit, we noticed how dirty the restaurant was. Every table was dirty, the filters for the vents on the ceiling haven't been switched out in a while and there were oil smudges on the dividers. And to top it off, one of the workers went into the bathroom to clean with her apron on and after she continued to serve food. Sorry, but that's very unsanitary to do. I love coming here when I'm too lazy to make dinner. This particular panera is always clean and the employees are always very friendly. Plus free wi-fi is always a plus! My favorite thing (and this is about all panera's in general) is their website! You can customize your meal and see the corresponding nutritional info for you preferences... leaving the guess work out of it! So if you are trying to watch calories, I recommend checking the website before you order so you know exactly what you are getting! :D read more

This is literally my go to spot for lunch. Always super yummy, healthy, and filling! I use the panera app ALWAYS so I can easily order from my phone, and then go in a pick it up. I get to skip the entire line! It is awesome! Also with the app and signing up for rewards you can get freebies every once in awhile. I go here at least 2 times a week. read more

I was given a gift card for Panera Bread and finally decided to use it for sandwiches for my BF and myself. Long line, slow service to start so we browsed the menu while we waited. We ended up getting the steak panini and the turkey avocado sandwich. We found a (dirty) table and while we waited we saw a lot of bowls being delivered. That should have been a clue for us because our sandwiches were disappointing. The bread on the turkey sandwich was cut so thin that it couldn't hold the condiments and wet items at all. There was very little steak on the panini. Flavors were okay, but $9 a sandwich simply places expectations higher than what we received. IF we come back we will try soup or just have something sweet with a cup of tea. Oh, well. read more

Let's start with the server who was excellent and can only work within the constraints of the overall structure. Didn't mind waiting in line & it moves quickly. At the counter found no smiles or welcomes and many grumpy people. Ordering seemed like we were an annoyance. Asked a few questions and the tone of voice, lack of smile and disdainful facial expressions don't set good vibe to eat. Three stars at best and today was not best. When I was sick I ordered chicken noodle soup from this location, what I got was all broth, no chicken or noodles!! Where is the quality control? It's very upsetting when you're sick and feeling weak/miserable and you go to all the trouble of venturing outside for some food and you pay hard earned money only to get ripped off like that.
