Horrible establishment. The new manager is so mean and I even was informed that the employees don't get their online tips!!! A teen employee there told me she was working alone for 4 hours and that that wasn't uncommon, which is entirely unsafe. But that's not all, there was an older lady working there who was yelling at her coworkers, and when she turned to me, she acted all nice like she hadn't just been screaming at this teenage girl. Horrible service, prices, and food. Do not visit and support this establishment that just needs to be shut down. read more

You can't go wrong with this Quiznos location. I usually order a Traditional, Italian or a Turkey, Ranch & Swiss. The toppings are always fresh and the prices fair. They don't skimp on meat like Subway. They have a sandwich of the day for an 8" for $6.50 which is a good deal. Oftentimes, I just get a 4" because it's the perfect serving for a light meal. Came here with family for lunch, both of us had the Peri-Peri chicken sandwich. Even though the Peri-Peri chicken promotion had technically ended, they were still willing to make it for us! I've always loved Quiznos but my last few trips to one of their establishments haven't been great. Whoever is running this Quiznos in Duval is doing a wonderful job. Excellent service. My kids love the tots as a side. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. The restaurant is quite clean as well.

It's quite nice to be able to enjoy indoor dining again, today I got a whole wheat turkey sandwich with bacon horseradish Mayo lots of veggies with a with a red wine vinegrett if you're looking for a legit sandwich I highly recommend Quiznos whenever I'm in the area I try to stop by and I always see lots of other great offerings on the menu believe it or not including Lobster as an option for sandwiches on promo posters and the menu excetera obviously in my current posts I'm pretty Qoute boring joke: lol, with just classics ham and bacon turkey and bacon excetera however there are lots and lots of creative options and combinations in my opinion much better than many other sandwich places in the area! read more

Been coming to this location for over 10 years - at least every other week,- always was great. Stopped by for a meal 2 weeks ago - which was, surprisingly, underwhelming and was visibly changed to cost cutting measures (less meat, really really thinly sliced cheese slices, etc )- just missing the way it was - so much so I didn't even finish my sandwich. Also, employees were new, and certainly lacked the welcoming friendliness that made this location so great to go to. Come to find out, the original owner has sold this to someone else. So, no surprise there that things were so very different and disappointing. Let's just say, we do not plan on returning. read more

I can't remember the last time I'd had a Quizno sandwich. I used to love them. But now they're hard to find in my area. Hubby & I were out on a boat mission in Duvall and were hungry for lunch. I knew there would be ample parking for the truck & boat trailer in the Safeway parking lot while we grabbed our sandwiches. Got a delicious Mesquite BBQ Chicken sandwich & Turkey Ranch sandwich. We recently moved to the area from Connecticut and were happy to find a Quiznos here. All that were near us before had closed. The sandwiches were as good as always and the staff was very friendly. I was so impressed by the staff at this Quiznos last night. After accidentally shutting the car door on my sweet daughter's hand, I promised her we would go all around town to try to find her a breakfast sandwich (one of her favorite foods). I had no idea where to find one at that hour. We were greeted instantly upon walking in, and a man who I assume was the manager or owner asked how he could help us this evening. "This young lady and I are looking for a breakfast sandwich, do you by chance make those at this time?" (It was 6 pm.) He responded that while they usually stop serving those earlier in the day, he was happy to get out the ingredients to put one together for her, even though it may take a few extra minutes. He and the other staff member continually interacted with us the entire visit, and made my daughter feel very important and grown up about her sandwich choices (she is 3). What the owner could not have known, was that I'm a single mom, who really just needed to be acknowledged and seen and be well taken care of while eating out. I definitely felt that way, during our entire visit. read more

I will go out of my way to come here since most other Quiznos in the area have closed. They are friendly and the sandwiches always taste fresh. I was in yesterday and while my experience was great, I observed a less than stellar customer interaction. A lady asked if the associate would mind changing her gloves before putting the toppings on her sandwich because the employee had just picked up a rag and wiped the counter down. The employee got a bit snotty and told her that their towels were sterilized so it was fine. The lady pointed out, quite nicely, that they may be, but once used to wipe something down, they are no longer sterile. The employee took off her gloves and just walked away to help another customer. The cashier stepped in, gloved up and finished helping the customer. I was surprised because the service is usually so friendly. I'll keep coming back because I like the place, but it will make me keep a closer eye on the way they the food. read more
