I knew this place from Sacramento and I now live above it. The food here is delicious, I love how healthy it is. To be honest I usually go for the healthy stuff here so I don't know a lot about everything but the happy hippie and the vegan salad are absolute gold when you're looking to get your nutrients or just to eat something light to balance out a big meal or if you're vegan. A lil bit of spice, a bit of sour sweet from the vinaigrette and peaches, all brought together by the creamy goat cheese in a crunchy package. The best way I can describe this place is its like what I wanted Panera Bread to be. The bad. Don't come if you are in a rush. This place is busy and seems to be understaffed. There was only one person in the back and one person out front and there were still alot of orders coming through. Admittedly I did come in an hour before closing but still I ended up waiting 30 min for a salad and it wasn't just me. A delivery guy was waiting 20 min and another group of people ended up converting their orders to go because they couldn't wait any longer. I ended up following suite and getting my salad to go as well. It just seems half an hour waiting at what is in essence a healthy fast food restaurant is a little much. Room for improvement: staff still needs training, seemed confused while bringing out food (my salad was waiting on the counter and there multiple people unsure what to do with it) and didn't correctly tell me that the onions were NOT pickled in the salad.
