Check your take-home order before you leave. I ordered a salad with extra olives and added avocado at an additional cost. They forgot both the avocado and olives. They apologized and gave me the missing items in a separate container but the salad only had 4 ingredients when they handed it to me... they should be able to catch that something was missing so I don't have to inspect their work when I pick up my food. I will say the service was definitely good every staff member we encountered was friendly along with one lady who was going around giving around giving free samples off there bakery goods. I food arrived and was very meh. The grilled cheese had nice soft moist bread which is always a must for grilled cheese the cheese of the other hand tasted very off. The tomato soup was also about the same story with just very bland flavors. It was also sort off expensive with todays prices with around 35 dollars for one grilled cheese, one tomato soup and one pepperoni mozzarella melt. Last time I gave this place a 4 stars because they lacked of most of drink menu. This time, I gave it a 3 stars because they disappointed me with their blueberry muffins... However, last Saturday (10/26/15), I took my family here for a brunch meal. Overall meals were great. The price was reasonable and all the foods were well cooked. The only down part on this visit was their muffins, we got 3 muffins for the table and they were all smaller than usual. I don't know why... and that affected the taste too. It was my first time at this location and I was pretty disappointed. The bread on my sandwich was burnt and the inside ingredients were cold. The cheese wasn't melted at all. A lot of people are giving some pretty bitchy negative reviews on this place, so I thought I'd give a gracious and realistic review. I have never spoken with any of the employees personally, but I come here every morning for coffee and sometimes in the evenings to sit and work on my computer and have some dinner. They're always very warm and welcoming, and have my orders out on time and accurately. They are regularly understaffed I no the evenings, but still manage to pull through in despite of that. If you want better service, come in the morning/afternoon hours. People complaining about not liking a menu item or being pissed about ingredients not being in stock, is not the store locations fault, you're living in a pandemic world, you should know by now that it has effected businesses all over the country. This Panera Bread is solid. Because they share the same complex as a Starbucks, they do not have lattes, but they do have coffee and I had some. We stopped this time for some scones and coffee, which worked out well. In previous visits we have had some of their breakfast sandwiches and enjoyed them. The free wifi is also a draw. read more

Today, was visiting this location, I ordered a "pick 2" and got half turkey avocado BLT and cup of soup to go. Unfortunately, I opened up my lunch to discover my half sandwich was thrown together - clump of Turkey on one end, a huge blob of mayo on the other and the avocado coming out the other end. It was like they'd thrown it together and tossed it in the bag with no effort to be careful. The soup also had large clumps in it like it needed to be properly stirred. This place needs an entire new staff. They are all so incredibly rude including management. I walked in with a friend and we were told that they had so many online orders that we wouldn't even receive our food for 25-30 minutes. We were starving so we said that was fine and thought it would probably take less than that because we were ordering the two easiest things on the whole menu. Mac and cheese and chicken noodle soup. while I'm literally placing my order, the manager walks away in the middle of my sentence to go deal with another customer. That was red flag number one. We then began waiting 30 mins, then 45 mins, then ended up waiting over an hour to receive our lukewarm food. We set a stopwatch on our phone and our wait ended at 1 hour and 12 minutes. you can clearly hear the employees laughing, swearing, and inappropriate conversations from wherever you're seated in the restaurant. It makes me think if they actually stopped and worked for five minutes that our wait might've been cut in half. That was red flag number two. A couple hours after we ate there, I began feeling incredibly sick and so did my friend. A sharp stabbing pain in my stomach started happening and stayed for two whole days. The next morning I woke up vomiting and couldn't even go to work. The only reason I'm even writing this is because it's happened twice now and I don't want this to happen to anybody else and something needs to change. Managers, please start making sure that the teenagers working here are doing their jobs properly and not being unsafe with everyone's food. Every single person who waited in your restaurant that day deserves an apology. Your IN STORE CUSTOMERS SHOULD ALWAYS COME FIRST!!! I work in food service also and I would NEVER have my customers waiting over an hour just so i could finish my stupid DoorDash/Online orders. You might as well just close up inside and only be a delivery service store. Absolutely unacceptable and so disrespectful to everyone who spent their money at your store that day. I placed a mobile curbside pickup order for a grilled cheese sandwich with a side and drink. I got an alert before I arrived that my order was ready, so I wasn't expecting to have to wait very long once I arrived since all they had to do was bring it out to me. I arrived at the time I requested my order to be ready, told them through the app I was there, and waited several minutes but no one brought out my order. I finally called the store and someone brought it out a couple minutes later. When they brought me my order, my "grilled" cheese sandwich was not grilled. It was as if they put some velveeta cheese in between some thick pieces of bread, microwaved it, then cut it in half. The flavor was okay, but it was by no means grilled. I heard that Panera has actually come up with a gluten-free menu and I got excited. Really? A BREAD place is going to get us celiacs and is going to take care of us? Alrighty then! We went to check it out last night. When I asked for a gluten-free menu, the staffer had to dig it out of a notebook and then she hemmed and hawed, saying that the store handles a lot of bread and they do their best to be careful but I have to judge the risk for myself. Are you ready? The gluten-free menu has about 10 salads, about 10 salad dressings, and two soups. That's it. No breadlike substance anywhere. No pasta. The heartiest thing there is vegetarian black-bean soup. When pressed for something a bit more like what they usually offer, she offered to put sandwich fillings on a plate for me. Yeah, because that's fun and normal! If I want to pay $7+ for that, why not just go the grocery store's deli where $7 would get me twice or even three times as much food? We said we were looking for something heartier, and that when I heard that they had a gluten-free menu, I thought they would offer more than one item that contained adequate protein. She then told me that I was "being too picky, and [you] should make the best of it". Um, NO. Not when Chipotle and the Mongolian Grill are both next door to you, and the Big Fish Grill is on the other side of the small parking lot. I hereby pronounce Panera Bread's gluten-free menu a FAIL. Went for lunch for the first time and it'll probably be the last. Ordered the Turkey Panini with cheddar and bacon. The bread was greasy, the bacon and cheddar were overly salty and the turkey was the deli thin sliced variety. If you tasted it without knowing what it was, you would never guess it was turkey but just some mystery meat. Other than that, service was fast, friendly and efficient.
