The lash technician Shayla, is very friendly and professional. The lashes last about a month on me, even though I wear a lot of eye makeup and use oil based makeup remover. I personally like the natural looking lashes but they have a lot of different options. They are located in a small shopping center and it may look kind of sketchy from the outside, but the inside is nice and clean. I found this gem right down the street from my house and I am so so so happy I did! I used to just use strip lashes every day and I swear actually having lash extensions has changed my every day routine. I absolutely love the girls here they are so nice, quick and most of all gentle. Let me start off by saying how bombarded I felt days prior and the minutes leading up to the appointment. She called twice, left an email and texted me multiple times to make sure I was coming. ONCE IS ENOUGH. And I confirmed each..... time..... even the ten minutes leading to the appointment, which is unnecessary because I was clearly driving. SECOND, she didn't speak any English so I showed her a picture of what I wanted (natural and short) and she repeated it back to me as of she understood. Well she didn't, she gave me looooong and whispy. Not very full either. I was very disappointed in how long and unnatural they looked AND THIRD.... it's been 3 days and ALLLLLLL of my lashes have fallen out.... didn't get them wet for over 24 hours, they recommend not getting them wet for 12, so I went over and above the recommendation. I washed them properly, no oil make up remover. I used miceller water. Didn't even wear makeup or mascara ONCE. I'm VERY disappointed and pissed off that I spent the extra $20 for mink eye lashes and it's only been 3 f***** days! read more

I was indecisive during my first appointment but Trinh was very patient and listened to what I wanted and recommended the best fit for me. If i could give no stars i would. Let me start off by saying i myself am a certified Eyelash tech. The ONLY reason i was forced to try someone for a fill was because my lovely lash gal was out on vacation for a few weeks. I got desperate and tried this place.... not only did the technicial not speak a word of english but she burped twice over me as she was doing my lashes. Just disgusting but thats not the worst part, my lashes were so bad. Im going to post a photo of what they looked like once my lash girl took them off. The lashes HURT ME AND ITCHED alot. What that means is, she applied WAY too much glue and glued some of them on my lash line. Which is so unprofessional and extremely unhealthy for your lashes and eyes. I suffered!!!! We had to do four lash removals in one sitting because there was SO much glue they wouldnt all come off! Thats just sad. Never again and i dont reccomend anyone else going to them. I came here despite the mostly negative reviews and I am happy with my lashes. Shayla was nice and the application process went smoothly and did not seem longer than normal. I got the synthetic lashes in mid length even though they recommended the mink and a shorter length. As you can see in the before photo, I have naturally non-existent lashes, so I really wanted super long lashes. But I was told that my real lashes wouldn't hold the super long length. But I still love them and they are significantly longer than my natural lashes. Next time I will get the mink as they are softer and are supposed to last longer. But I only got these for an event I'm going to and don't need them to last for an extended duration. I do recommend this place and will go back next time. read more
