Absolutely love this place, I've only been here 2x and each time they've done such a great job, the shop is cute and pink which definitely caught my attention when searching for a lash bar (they even provide pink blankets to make you feel more comfortable). Pania's Lash Bar is such a vibe! I've been getting my lashes for a while now and I can confidently say that the set done by the queen herself, Pania, may be the best I've ever had. I'm impressed with how clean and beautifully decorated the place is and how comfortable and quick it was getting a full set. Pania listened to what I wanted and gave her expertise on what would look best on my type of eyelid. I got hybrid lashes done and I love how my eyes appear more flirty/awake/open vs other places I've gone to that made my eyes look droopy on the outer corners. I really thought it was a me problem and accepted that lashes just make my eyes look smaller, but nope, Pania proved it's all technique and application. I also appreciate how she takes the time to educate new clients on how to properly care for their lashes for the best retention. I didn't catch the name of the girl at the front desk but she was such a sweetheart! New clients get a lash care kit and $10 off. You're also greeted with a variety of candies at the front :) Pania definitely knows how to run a business. So glad I found her! read more

I have been coming to Pania's Lash Bar for the past 4 years and Pania is absolutely the best! Her lashing ability is exceptional, she always comes through for me for all my lash needs. The salon is very clean, smells amazing, and has good ambiance with music always playing. Not to mention it is PINK and always cutely decorated. The customer service is amazing, everyone is professional and kind. I never have problems making appointments or rescheduling my appointments when something comes up. Pania has done my lashes for the past 4 years and has made me look and feel beautiful for all my major life events and on a regular basis. I usually get hybrid 3 week fills (except for major events or vacations then I do volume) and the retention I have with my lashes is incredible. Pania has come through for me when I've had last minute vacation trips and needed touch ups. She helped make me look amazing for my engagement shoot, wedding shower, wedding, and honeymoon. Even when I came back from my 3 week honeymoon from Europe my volume lashes were still intact with great retention. I came for the first time and was immediately impressed by the beauty of the place and the smell was really pleasant. Claudia was super nice, was attentive to my needs and made me exactly the eyelashes I wanted!!! Perfect work !!! As an avid lash extension user I've been to many lash bars and sadly, could not find a lash tech that can cater to my eye shape/lid. I would always come out unsatisfied until I've came across Pania's. This was my first visit and I've been not only impressed by how clean it was, but how exquisite the hospitality is when welcomed in. My Lash tech was Pania herself and she made me feel very comfortable and her work is amazing. I have gotten Volume lashes and they feel lightweight. She also instructs you in how to properly take care of your lashes which is very helpful to me since I was never taught how to by other techs. I would recommend on going to Panias. My partner and I scheduled a last minute appointment to get our lashes done before we celebrated LA Pride this weekend and the process to do so couldn't have been easier. I've had my lashes done serval times in the past by an artist who wasn't available this time around, so I was definitely a bit nervous trying a new place - especially with it being my partner's first time. However, we were beyond satisfied with the entire experience. The customer service was top notch the moment we went to schedule our appointments to the second we walked in the door. Wow, were we blown away with the ambiance of the place! It smelled amazing in there and felt so incredibly clean our entire visit. Front desk receptionist (I wish I knew her name) welcomed us the moment we walked in the door and took great care of us until it was time for our appointment. She gave us great input on what we both wanted, as well as the owner (I believe) who helped my partner on her lash choices. I was able to sit with my partner while she had her appointment until it was time for mine and I loved it. It was her first time so it was fun to see. Her lashes looked incredible and her tech did an amazing job. They brought the cutest little puppy in who sat in my partner's lap the entire duration of her appointment and we were both in heaven. We're dog people so having Princess attend was the cherry on top of our visit. My lash tech was Claudia! She made sure I was going to get what I had asked her for and knocked my expectations out of the park with what she had done with my Hybrid set. She was gentle with her work, precise, informative, and even made us laugh. It was so comforting - so much so that I was able to comfortably fall asleep for a short amount of time. Thank you, Claudia! All in all, we loved everything about this place and everyone in it. We'll definitely be back! If you're nervous, take a risk - we weren't disappointed and we look forward to our next visit. 5 stars! read more

WOW where to begin! This was my first lash extension experience & definitely won't be my last thanks to the amazing staff here! Diana was my lash technician for this visit & she was an absolute gem! Walking in I didn't know what to expect as this was my first time getting lash extensions done & immediately I was made to feel comfortable & welcomed. Diana guided me through what the whole process would be, look like ect. After explaining everything I wanted she worked her magic & I am more than happy with the results!! The process was comfortable & easy. As far as the lash lift? Well, they looked so bad I couldn't believe it! Lashes were pointing left and right not a perfect directed lash like you see in pictures. One lash was actually sticking right into my eyeball. I kept feeling a scratchy something so I got out my magnifying mirror and it was going under towards my eye. I had to cut it to get relief. My lashes were sparse in one eye and there wasn't really enough to perm. She should have said that I wouldn't get a good result and turn me away. So, I've paid her and the doctor and it's still not gone! Tip: when the first thing they ask you is "have you ever had a lash lift before?" Run because that says you may not know a good job from a bad one.

Wow Pania, how do you run a woman's business but talk poorly about your own employees work? She trashed Aimee's work and said she does lashes poorly and she'd fix my lashes.. Pania my lashes have never looked so awful and I've been doing lashes for years. Your techs aren't all licensed and you took my money, gave me something I didn't ask for and thought you can call me names? You forgot to hang up before your loud voice was yet again trying to tear someone down. Your behavior towards your client is disgusting. To anyone who has ever ran into problems with this business- call the board of cosmetology. I've been Pania's loyal customer for months now. I was honestly nervous to get lash extensions for the first time because a) I didn't know exactly what I wanted and b) I've heard horror stories about them. But Pania's so knowledgeable and assuring about how lashes work, how to take care of them, what kind would be best for your eye shape, etc. I started with classic because I just wanted something natural. Then I switched to hybrid because I wanted a little oomph. During this period, the lashes were shedding so much, and we both didn't understand why. It took a bit of time for us to figure it out, and Pania was so patient! Everyone has different lashes and amount of lashes, and sadly I'm not blessed with many and my lashes are thin. So now I've been getting volume, and they've been well-maintained. I'm happy my first and only lash extensions are getting done by Pania. Otherwise, I don't know who else to turn to. LOL read more

Pania is the BEST lash technician in the Valley! About a year ago, I first experimented with eyelash extensions and I've been coming ever since! Well...I didn't think that spending some time in a salon was my idea of a good time, but I have seen the light! My friend went here for a pamper day, and I tagged along just for fun! Pania has been doing my eyelashes for over a year now! I do not trust anyone else with my lashes but her, she knows exactly what I like. I go in for my refill every two weeks to keep my lashes full and fluffy and I haven't missed an appointment since. She is fantastic and knows her business well. The ladies are super amazing and friendly and have always been very accommodating, they make feel so comfortable and at home, I have never had a problem. I will be moving to Anaheim soon, but will continue to come see Pania because I cannot go a day without my lashes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here, Pania and the other lovely ladies are AMAZING. My lashes are uncomfortable every time and I finally went somewhere else. The techs here don't remove the old lashes so they can fill them faster, which causes the lash to spin and boy do they hurt. 5 stars and I'm not sure why, the lash next to me said her client was late "oh well she'll get less lashes" A lot of my lashes weren't isolated. Waste of money. Not sure who you're speaking to but this should show you how this woman conducts business. DO YOUR LASHES HURT? It's this place the cheap plastic lashes and the thick non Isolated fans and improper lash mapping. It's not because you have eyelash extensions on. Run far away from this place.
