Quality just isn't the same. Lacking flavor. Rice was undercooked and got mostly noodles (hardly any flavor) and hardly any chicken. Chicken was also dry and hard to chew. Very disappointed. I won't be coming back anymore. Just not worth it. I miss Orange County.

The food was average, meat was chewy, and the restaurant was not clean. We were not familiar with the area and didn't know where to eat so we stopped here. They do give you a lot of food for the price if that's what you want. The place is very empty inside. They had a B grade on the day we visited. They were not busy and still didn't bother cleaning. I would not come back.

Half and half, jalapeño Chicken and BBQ pork

Lots of food, but it still doesn't make up for the poor quality. The "JALAPEÑO CHICKEN" was very old, overcooked, and the chicken meat was extremely tough. The BBQ was okay, at least it was fresh. The best option is still PANDA EXPRESS up here in the high desert.

Combo A BBQ Pork and steamed rice.

I just wanted a simple one item combo of BBQ Pork and steamed rice. The BBQ Pork here is good tasting but slightly on the sweeter side. The steamed rice is very fragrant and goes well with the pork. Service is polite and efficient. The serving and dining areas of the restaurant are clean and well lit. I will probably make another trip to try the other items when my appetite returns.

I think i found the best Chinese spot in town. The kung pao Chicken was so delicious and the rice was just perfect.

We visited late in the evening and the food was good but I wonder if it was during the busy times if the food would be even fresher. The noodles are good, not too greasy like some chow mein noodles can be and they have good flavor. The rice was traditional and had peas and carrots. The spicy orange chicken was preferred over the traditional but it wasn't really spicy. My kids enjoyed it. The beef and broccoli was packed with flavor. The mushroom chicken (asked for extra mushrooms) was packed into a container that was about to burst, probably my personal favorite. The teriyaki chicken was moist but would have been better if cooked either way a little sauce. We took the sauce side home to try. My daughter and husband rave about the pork spare ribs but I'm not a fan of pork. Overall the food was a great deal and was packed into containers. We took ours to go but the dining area is large and had plenty of seating.

I am not sure if this is a Chinese food standard or not, but man, this place serves up large portions. This plate was big enough for two! Though I was offered the option to get a soy sauce packet and hot sauce, I opted not to as I wanted to try the meal without the extra sodium. I wasn't disappointed. Now, I have been here a few times: once when they opened, twice by myself, and again with my boyfriend. My boyfriend eats Chinese food from a local chain restaurant often, so his opinion of the food was that it lacked flavor but could not argue about the portions. There is enough for two meals. I, on the other hand, grew up with Chinese food and prefer the local mom-and-pop shop to any chain restaurant and therefore find the flavors at Pan Pan sufficient. The noodles are thicker (they do serve a thinner, white noodle, as an alternative), the teriyaki chicken had enough flavor (I opted for no sauce, but if you are not paying attention, they might forget to give it to you so be sure to ask), and I devoured the Coconut shrimp before completing my review. That's right, I reviewed as I ate. The thick noodles might not be everyone's flavor, but they are fulfilling, so for added flavor, add the soy sauce and hot sauce. The lady behind the counter was surprised I rejected the hor sauce, and I admitted that I could cry when it comes to heat, but I highly doubt the hot sauce packets have that kind of heat. The teriyaki chicken had a sweet flavor to it already, fried and ready to eat. Again, it's my preference to eat it without teriyaki sauce, and I still like it. The coconut shrimp was good! Highly recommend. There was an equal amount of breading and shrimp, unlike some places where there was small shrimp and thick breading. This place served a good portion. I tasted the coconut, I tasted the shrimp, and I tasted the mayo sauce that was slathered all over it. Acceptable. Customer service was good, and though there might be a language barrier, don't be a jerk. They will try to work with you. Overall, it was a good experience, and I plan on returning.

Sweet And Sour Tofu is excellent. It's fried to a crispy crust and has a lightly sweet sauce.

Sweet And Sour Tofu is excellent. It's fried to a crispy crust and has a lightly sweet sauce with just a few pieces of bell pepper and onion. Big portion.

The food is nothing to be excited about, but this is a fast food joint in Victorville. The portion is nice and big. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't taste bad, just typical Chinese fast food. Fountain drinks refillable is a huge plus! The service was decent, no smiling faces, also not rude. They get the job done. The interior is clean and open. Very good natural light too.

Great food and atmosphere! The workers there are so nice and friendly. The lady at the counter filled up my plate full to the top and the lid nearly didn't close!! Food is fresh and tastes homemade, not highly processed like Panda Express. Prices are fair and cheaper than other American Chinese joints in the area. Nice to have supported this family business. Definitely will be back!

Today I ordered the Eggplant in Garlic Sauce with tofu lunch special. It came with an egg flower soup, egg roll, crab Rangoon, and choice of steamed or fried rice. The eggplant and tofu were cut in small pieces but the dish tasted good overall. The garlic sauce was savory. I also wanted to order their Shredded Pork with Rice Noodle dish off of their Korean menu. I had it before but, due to a miscommunication with the waitress, I ended up with Japchae instead. The Japchae was actually excellent, well made with a noticeable amount of wok caramelization flavor. The sweet potato glass noodles had a firm, chewy texture and provided a nice contrast with the tender pieces of pork and stir fried vegetables. I will probably order Japchae again even though I don't think this is a regular menu item. It is highly recommended. Service is polite and efficient. The dining room is comfortable for a single diner.

We got the stir-fried beef noodles, egg rolls, pot stickers, and the fried buns with condensed milk, and every dish was on point. The stir-fried beef noodles were the star -- super tender beef, perfectly cooked noodles, and great wok flavor. The egg rolls were crispy and filled just right, and the pot stickers were juicy with that perfect sear on the bottom. The fried buns were surprisingly good too -- warm, fluffy, and even better dipped in the condensed milk. The restaurant is clean, service was quick, and the food looks as good as it tastes (photo attached!). Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to. Beef potstickers: Appealing looking but awkward to eat and seemed prepared from frozen. The meat was a little roll floating in the middle of the thick wonton wrapper. Pan fried on one side, a bit rubbery. Shredded Cucumber salad with garlic flavor was good with decent fresh cucumber. Scallion pancakes. Greasy. Unable to detect any scallion or onion flavor so I opened it. Tiny specs of what had to be those dried chives or green onion flakes. Scant amount. This is a simple, cheap fix for a usually delightful side order: Just chop up some fresh green onions and throw them in there. Easier on the oil & these would've been pretty good. Wouldn't order this unless they revamp this simple app. Distracting banging around of pots and pants in background. I guess it was pot washing time. The wontons were small but the filling tasted good. The proteins in the soup consisted of chicken and shrimp. There was plenty of meat for sure. The veggies were broccoli, celery, carrots, baby corn, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. The light broth had a good flavor as well. When I got this home, I found the container was 32 ounces filled to the brim. I added an avocado and lime juice to brighten the flavors but it was fine as is. It was one of the best valued wonton soups at under $10, considering the generous amount of ingredients in the soup. Highly recommended. I also ordered a Three Entree Combo meal. I had Orange Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, and BBQ Pork with sides of steamed rice and chow mein. The batter on the Orange Chicken was thick but it had a crispy crunch. Mushroom Chicken had mostly meat with just a few pieces of mushrooms and zucchini. BBQ Pork was seasoned well and tender with a few pieces of thick pork fat. These provided a textural contrast but are easily removed if desired. Not too sweet as well which is a plus. The ordered Veggie Egg Rolls were good with a ginger flavored filling. Overall, this combo was a satisfying meal with plenty of leftovers for later. Overall, a good experience with the food here.
