This place was so good just look at my empty plates man it was good

Very good food for reasonable price! I sorry but before I knew it this is what was left on my food for a picture lol.

Clean Place.
R B.

My first time here was over 3Years ago. I've been coming here since. The place is always cleaned and filled with super polite staff. The food is made fresh to order. The waitress explains in detail the items on the menu and the background tradition of the meal or item. The welcoming atmosphere is nice after a long day of hard work. The food is extremely pleasant to eat and full of flavor. This place is a goldmine for the HD. I prefer coming here over the major name brand corporations in the area. The best part is knowing the food is made of fresh quality ingredients!!! Highly Recommend to anyone look for something authentic to its core.

Good food, nice vibe, good prices! Food was super fresh, and their Vietnamese coffee was amazing! Waitress was nice, and attentive. Give this place a shot!

Food was amazing and the service so,so. Only one server and they were really busy, so I don't blame her. I strongly recommend this place if you love traditional Dim Sum. This place is a MUST. I could eat this every day.

Sichuan Spicy Wonton and Shredded Cucumber. Tasty!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. I'm definitely glad that I finally did! I gave the shredded cucumber and the Sichuan spicy wonton a try. The sauces were so tasty. Really good! Next time I visit, I'm gonna give the beef chow fun a shot. They also offer BBQ pork buns. My server, Angelica, provided great customer service! I eat out quite a bit and it's great to have something different to to eat, considering the limited selection up in the High Desert. I will definitely come back!

Food was fresh and flavorful, and everything came out fast. Customer service was helpful and friendly, and the whole spot feels solid and dependable. Definitely worth going back.

We drove down from Kernville county starved from camping . As soon as we had reception while I drove, my Daughter Yelp location to eat. She found young dim sum in the high desert. I don't know if it's because we were starving and haven't eaten all morning. we were surprised how taste their dim sum were . We shared a bowl of wonton soup. We thought the broth was clear and delicious . Their haw gaw and shu mai were smaller scale than other dim sum locations we've been to. The flavor alone was a tad bland , when dipped in the soy sauce , vinegar , chili oil concoction I made the flavors was enhanced . Custard bun, beef chow fun & chicken feet were good too . Chow fun had great flavor and smoky aroma. We all agree we didn't care for the fried chives dumpling. The dough was thick and salty. Overall, glad there are options besides fast food in the high Desert. service was great, friendly and attentive with water refill & dining area was clean.

Generic dim sum compared to better options down the pass though wanted to try it out since I was driving to Vegas. It was also very overpriced for the portions and quality. Service was friendly, the location was small and not much to be impressed by.

Food was average but wasn't expecting much. Was driving through Victorville so stopped for food. Food took very long to come out. Restaurant wasn't that clean either.

Great service, very friendly and helpful. The establishment is clean as far as I can see, small but comfortable. The food was great. I recommend you give them a try sometime.

Soup dumplings

The food is quite good and desperately needed in the HD. While the menu is limited, they cover all the basics. The soup dumplings were excellent, as were the spicy wontons . The service was excellent and quick. The prices were consistent with San Gabriel Dim Sum spots. They have a future regular, in me

Felt like having some dim sum while in Victorville. By no means is this city known for their Chinese food, so I honestly had very low expectations about this place. Especially as we were walking up to it, and it's located right in the middle of a strip mall right next to Petco and Vons. Inside is so so. Not too many tables to sit at. All very crammed and close to each other. They weren't busy when we arrived, but they did have a constant flow of people picking up to go orders. Their dim sum menu is very limited. Maybe 30 dishes or so. They did get the food out quickly though. And to my surprise it was actually pretty good!! Not having tried any other Dim Sum places in the high dessert, I would have to say there's is the best one I've tried so far. And pricing is affordable. Waitress working here are super nice and friendly without being weirdly over bubbly and or obnoxious. We ordered the following: 1. Cucumber salad- fresh, simple, nicely made. Nice vinaigrette sauce. 2. Vegetable egg roll- nice crunch on the outside. Good amount of vegetables on the inside. 3. Dumplings- nice crust. Good amountnof meet inside. Great flavors. 4. Beef roll up pancake- good amount of protein. Sauce was good. Very flavorful. 5. Beef noodle- great portion size. Lots of beef. Soft and chewy. Noodles were a little oily. But cooked well. 6. Shrimp dumpling- light. Not oily. Bite size goodness. 7. Shumai- this was really good as well. Lots of meat inside. Flavors were awesome. Reminds me of other dim sum places I've been too. Overall a great dim sum place in the desert. Tastes just like some of the dim sum places I've tried in more densely populated Asian places. Refreshing to see good quality at a reasonable price!

Delicious hot green tea

Young Dim Sum is simple not much decor. The place is small, only a handful of tables. From what I saw, they do a lot of to go business. The place was clean. Service was amazing! The food was excellent! The cucumber was such a surprise. It's a must try. I really can't say anything bad about this place. Everything we ate was delicious. Even the green tea was really good. Can't wait to eat here again!

Idk what the name is, but it's imitation crab, huge shrimp, Napa cabbage, some kind of cream (guessing mayo/sour) and LOADS of cheese. You may be skeptical. I was too. But when I tried it, HOLY MOTHER! I was craving it, and was in the area. I had my mom call, since I'd never been and didn't know the name. Christina was super sweet, and packed it for me not going home straightaway (ice). I'll be honest, I have tried some other buffet items. Mother brought me a plate. It was ok. Nothing I'd crave in particular, based on items not picked out by myself. But the casserole makes you wanna slap ya momma!!! I will say the place is VERY clean, bathrooms too. Ma also swears by their macaroons, and buys containers of those. Hesperia is one of those places that's just there, I don't know anyone who's deliberately gone, and that's not disrespect, just my perspective. The restaurant is 3 miles from 15, so you would be deliberately going there. If you're in the area, or passing through, call and see if they have it. It's my understanding it's not an every day item. Also they had buffet food out today, and I thought restaurants were just doing take out/delivery/drive thru. But what do I know? I'm just gonna stick to my casserole that I put in the oven and add extra cheese too, cause that's how I roll. I'll post a pic soon.

Big Sky was my **go-to Chinese food spot in Riverside** for years. **Then tonight happened.** I placed a DoorDash pickup order at their new location -- sweet and sour pork, beef chow fun, beef porridge, pork and shrimp siu mai, and white rice. They even threw in extra rice, and I was genuinely excited to dig in. That excitement ended the moment I looked down at my bowl and found a **MAGGOT sitting on top of my rice.** I called the restaurant immediately and calmly explained what happened. They told me to contact DoorDash since that's how I ordered. Fine. I reported it through DoorDash's platform and waited. Then I got a call back from DoorDash -- not to help me, but to relay a message: **Big Sky had contacted them specifically to refuse my refund.** Let that sink in. A customer found a maggot in their food, couldn't eat a single bite of a $54.19 order, and the restaurant's response was to **actively call DoorDash to make sure I didn't get my money back.** I understand that occasionally bugs happen in food service. It's gross, but I was fully prepared to move on had they simply taken responsibility. Instead, they chose to fight a $54 refund over a maggot. That tells you everything you need to know about how this restaurant values its customers. **Eat here at your own risk -- and if something's wrong, you're on your own.**

I grew up eating Hong Kong style dim sum so I am very picky with my dim sum. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who sat us at a table. There are about 10 tables inside to sit and eat there. You can also order for pickup. The restroom and restaurant is kept very clean. You order by scanning the QR code. They do have a good selection to choose from. We got the usual items like shumai (pork dumplings), har gar (shrimp dumplings), pork spareribs, chicken sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves, bbq pork buns, egg tarts, and I had to try the beef stew rice noodle soup. The server was very attentive to us while she took care of 4 other tables on her own. You do have to pay at store and not on the app when you're ready to checkout. The food came out fast and it tasted fresh. Portion size of the items are great. The bbq pork bun dough was a bit mushy to me. I like when the bun is fluffy and soft. The egg tart was perfect and not overcooked. The shumai and har gar was delicious and huge. The chicken sticky rice was very yummy . The spareribs were a bit fatty but had great flavor. The beef stew rice noodle soup was not my favorite. The beef stew was tender but it lacked flavor and the soup needed more flavor.
