Today, April 18, 2025, is Good Friday, the last Friday in Lent. So, meatless Friday. I did not know what I was going to order when I walked in. I did see French Onion soup. My first thought was soup and salad. I spotted a tuna fish and egg sandwich on the menu. The sandwich was located under the "Build Your Own Sandwich" section. I didn't read the fine print, but I just wanted a tuna and egg sandwich on toasted rye bread, along with a bowl of French Onion soup. I have had better French Onion soup, and I have also had worse. It was good, just not excellent. The tuna and egg sandwich was excellent. The tuna did not overpower the sandwich, nor did the egg. It was perfect. Of course, Mrs. K. had her soft-serve ice cream, or two. I did get a bit maudlin with Easter, I started to think about my mom. I know she would have put an onion on that sandwich. :) read more

Stopped here cuz it was on the way to the beach. That's about all it has going for it. Several items forgotten off the sandwich, standard items that come on the sandwich by default. Bread was kind of stale. Cold cuts generic. They don't have capicola for an Italian sub. Wouldn't go back. There's too many great sandwich places around. read more

Jason's Deli is a great place to go for sandwiches. The last state we lived in, didn't have a Jason's Deli, but we enjoyed them in both Arizona and Texas. So we're long time fans of Jason's Deli, the food is consistently delicious from one state to the next. It was great finding a Jason's Deli here in Naples! On a recent lunch, I ordered my favorite grilled cheese with tomato soup. It's absolutely amazing, the sandwich is grilled to perfection with gooey cheese and wonderfully flavorful tomato soup. You can order your sandwich with a variety of bread, which is always freshly made. Sandwiches come with a variety of meats, cheeses, breads and spreads like stone ground mustard, pesto aioli and jalapeño ranch. Hubs loves the Muffaletta sandwich on grilled crusty bread, which is his all time favorite. On our last visit, he tried the salmon sandwich with blue corn tortilla chips. Both sandwiches were delicious and Jason's soups are the best. The salad bar is well stocked and they have a good variety of specialty salads and wraps, along with some yummy desserts. Let's not forget the complimentary ice cream. Naples is expensive but my grilled cheese and soup came in at around nine dollars. It's an incredible value when you add in the quality. Jason's has been in business for a long time, with food like this, it's easy to see why. The restaurant is clean and the service is excellent. The prices are so reasonable, the above along with 2 desserts and a pound of chicken salad to go was just over $50.00, that's unheard of these days. It happened again had to have my chicken muffaleta! My husband and I made the 1.5 hr drive up from Miami to Naples for the chicken muffaleta. Picture didn't make it as I ate the sandwich right away. The team was very understanding and happy to adjust the sandwich with chicken breast strips instead of the deli meat. So, glad we found this Jason's Deli. We went as far as to get a manager's special to go with a french onion soup (my favorite). A great lunch for the next day. The restaurant was clean and the salad bar was well stocked. I really liked Jason's Deli when they were in this area. We were in Naples and decided to eat here. It was good, not great. I don't think that the management was ready for the soccer tournament and the line to order was very slow. They only had one register open for awhile. They finally opened a second one later on. The sandwiches are good and everyone loves the free ice cream. The salad bar is decent. Jason's Deli is always going to deliver good food at reasonable prices. read more

You would expect more for a vegetative to eat here other than salad. Wish they had sandwiches that were not meat Maybe plant based meat? They are careful about controlling the virus which is nice. However the food quality is just ok From the potato salad to tuna sandwich it was just ok Only came back because I had a special $5 off for my birthday. However, just gotta remember it's not worth the trip for me. Lots of soups but can't find much choices that are vegetarian and gluten free Prices are still kinda high. Salad bar is limited only to one visit and they give you gloves to use. Menu font is so small and hard to read on the wall as well as the sheet they give you to read. I'm probably one of the few who had never been to a Jason's Deli before and I am highly disappointed in myself for not going sooner. Panera doesn't even hold a candle to this amazing chain!! I had Panera recently and the broccoli cheddar tasted like watered down broccoli slush, but this broccoli cheddar soup was phenomenal: so creamy, cheesy and steaming hot. The BLT and Santa Fe sandwiches were just what we needed with fresh ingredients. The salad bar looked great and we will definitely have to come back for that. The best part is we have one close to our home so we found our new "healthy" fast food spot! The staff was very nice and did not rush us into ordering and made recommendations on what were the most popular! The ambiance is just okay, more like a big cafeteria but when the food is so good, it doesn't matter! Pop over to foxtail coffee for all of your coffee needs before or after, as they share a space. Stopped here as a lunch/mid trip stop on my way to Miami recently. The location is convenient from I75 and that made getting in and out easy. They have the usual Jason's deli fare and the free soft serve is a nice touch. The location does look a bit dated, and could use a refresh with it being as busy as it is. read more

On 12/29/25 I paid for a salad at the Jason's Deli location in Naples Florida. I also left them my change from my order in the tip box which was over $3.00. After I paid i asked the girl who I paid with if I could have a little larger plastic container so I could put extra food in it. She went over to ask 2 other employees then came back and told me that it would cost me $3.50 for the plastic container that I needed to put the extra food that I already paid for! I could not believe that they would charge me for a plastic container after I just made a purchase and left them over a $3.00 tip!! I did buy the plastic container gave the girl $5.00 and she said I could put my change in tbe tip box if I want to!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? The right thing to do was not to charge me for a small plastic container since I just made a purchase with them. That would create customer loyalty but I guess Jason's Deli is just out to make money any way they can. Will not be returning and will post this on all social media sites! read more

Ordinarily, lunch at the Santa Barbara store in Cape Coral FL is a pleasant affair. Today, it took more than 30 minutes for a simple order - cup of soup, bowl of same soup, plus a quarter muffalata. I ended up waiting near the end of the food prep line waiting for my order. My sandwich sat there the whole time, waiting for the soup. When the soup arrived, the preparer mumbled they had to wait for the shrimp. Bottom line: sandwich was cold and soggy, not warm and crispy; and shrimp (in gumbo) was inedible, like rubber. I dare anyone to find a way to advise corporate or this store of its shortcomings without going on a public site. So here it is. I can choose where to eat. I won't go back. It's a shame, because the local owner is very supportive of charities. But at the end of the day, their charity isn't making their food right. I'm out. read more

Have not been here in years. Now I remember why. The staff was very friendly but the place is just gross. Tables and floors were all dirty. Even the menus had stuff on them. Gross! My husband had a turkey sandwich and really enjoyed it. My daughter had the kid's Alfredo which was a great portion for the price. I had the taco salad which had the big blue tortilla chips all the way at the bottom which made it very awkward to eat. Also, since the chips were at the bottom they got soggy and gross quickly. They were also very hard to eat because they were the big triangle shape. Usually when I order this type of salad in other restaurants they have the thin tortilla strips that go on the top of the salad. They should seriously rethink the tortilla chips. One other positive note is their free ice cream cones. Not sure if we will be back. read more

Finally found a deli I love! It's hard to find a delicious restaurant in Naples! Now I found mine, and it might be yours as well! I ordered for takeout a delicious and ample-sized portioned Greek salad. This large salad consisted of fresh romaine lettuce, cucumber, cranberries, walnuts, and feta cheese. The best part was their freshly grilled chicken slices to feed two people. I look forward to going back for their corned beef on rye! Friendly and helpful service gives this deli a 5-star rating! Cafeteria style deli, but the food is anything but cafeteria food! Our friend was familiar with the place, so gave us a heads up. The sandwiches are very generous. I had a Ruben and my hubby had a salmon sandwich. Both were delicious. Mine was very generous and I couldn't finish it, but Rubens just need to be eaten when they're hot & juicy, in my opinion. So no take home box. Our companion opted for the salad bar and it looked delicious. All items looked very crisp & fresh, and there were a number of tasty additions, such as olives and fresh fruit. I have come to this location many times over the years. It is a large store, plenty of seats with super friendly staff. If you are familiar with Jason's in other areas you know that the menu is extensive to please any discriminating diner. What I love the most about this place is that everything is fresh and you can make it however you please. They even brag about how their food is better, like nitrite-free ham, no trans fats or corn syrupy foods either. I am also glad that they use my favorite brand of GF bread. They always ask if you are ordering it because you prefer it or have an allergy to make sure to cut down any cross contamination. Food runners also bring your grub right to the table with a smile and make sure you have all you need. Thanks a lot, Jason's. You are always worth the trip. read more

A bit disappointed, ordered from here since we were trying the new coffee shop next door. Placed an online order for my son to pick up and bring it home. I wanted to try something new, so I ordered The Carmela, ended up getting a grilled cheese with meat. No relish or Mayo as described on their menu, literally bread, cheese and meat. It was ok, but frustrating none the less. Oh and if you don't like mustard based potato salad, I'd skip it. All you can taste is mustard, but I wanted to give it a try. Jasons Deli has some pretty good sandwiches and a lot of menu options including a huge salad bar. My daughter and I like coming here as she likes the Mac and Cheese and of course the free ice cream. We got a bag full of "a lot of sandwhiches" and two bags of chips. Clearly they made the order wrong in our favor right? Nope, after checking the menu now, that's just how they do it. (1) 9" Muffaletta is about the size of a basketball. They cut it in fourths, and give you them all individually wrapped. Each quarter is super filling, custom made, and really tasty. This is one of my favorite lunch locations. There's usually a minimal wait time but the clerks are quick at taking orders. There's indoor and outdoor dining. There's also a salad bar area and dessert area just in case you werent interested in ordering anything off the menu. This place is definitely kid friendly as well. And the customer service is pretty great in this location. Best time to come is after 2pm. That's when it usually slows down. read more

Been here 4 times, the first three times were great I ordered a turkey, cheese, and avocado sandwich which came with chips and free ice cream. Was very impressed so I came back 3 more times. The fourth time I came however I was disappointed in my sandwich. They forgot not only the cheese but they served it with rotten avocado with some of the peel still on it which I didn't realize until my stomach became aggravated. We didn't get to stop then, so I made a point of it while on a recent work trip to Naples. I came during peak lunch hours, and the place was busy. But even with the crowds, service was speedy and friendly, and my food was at my table before I even noticed. I opted for the soup and sandwich deal, with the seafood gumbo and the 1/2 reuben.
