Yes I finally canceled we now have T-Mobile home 5G. I am paying a fraction of the price that I was paying Razzolink for much faster and better service. With our premium $100/mo 5MPS service (as opposed to 50MPS service in our last home for $70) see the attached picture running at 0.65M. I should be thankful we are not totally down... which we've been most of last week and the weekend. But 0.65MPS is not fast enough to keep up with a webpage, so (as typical) I have to use my cellphone hotspot. Even more maddening, it occasionally works, sort of as a tease. And then there is Razzolink's faux sense of innocence and ignorance. What, we have problems? NOOOOO, really? (As if this were not their 100th call.) I wish I'd found all these buyer-beware reviews earlier, as Razzolink had me thinking it was just me... which I think is the intent with this gambit. But perhaps the biggest sin of Razzolink is that with their false claims of service they discourage competitors. Can we all quit at once? Can we get together and fund a competent rural ISP provider? When I complain and want a refund for non-service with Mike in Razzolink sales, he says it will cost me $250 to get out... after all this non-service and abuse. There's a reason Razzolink has one of the lowest Yelp scores in the industry. I sure wish I'd read up beforehand.

I have worked with, and gotten to know, the owners of SVI over this past year very well as they worked to expand their network and provide faster speeds to their customers, and their focus always is on providing their customers with the best experience and best customer service which I admire. Even though as a sales rep who covers a lot of territory, I have worked closely with the team at SVI, and have been in their offices, and have seen how their entire staff is very friendly and responsive. I have also heard their staff answer customer service calls and their customer care is empathetic and professional. I do Yelp reviews mostly on restaurants. I have been a Yelp reviewer for many years now. When I am passionate about someplace I have been...good or bad...I want to share my experience. I come onto Yelp to look for recommendations myself, and feel I should do the same. In my experience, most people that complain (most...not all) might have had one bad meal, or looking for something to be comped if they complain, come onto Yelp and give a bad review hoping to get something for free. RARELY do you see happy customers come onto Yelp to take the time to share positive experiences, so yes...most technology companies will get the complainers coming onto Yelp to...complain. When was the last time YOU came onto Yelp to just talk about how good your TV or internet service was? So lets be real...most of the "other than 5 star" reviews here are mostly likely disgruntled customers who are looking for something free or had one bad experience. I personally would much rather give my business to a local business that cares about it's clients, than another big-box cable company where I am just another number. I am very particular about who I recommend, but I believe South Valley Internet is focused on providing the best customer experience, and the fastest internet speed for its customers, and is determined to provide the best customer satisfaction and loyal customers as possible. We were told by the lady walking around with her iPad that it was only a 15 minute wait. And. Welp it's 11:05 I'm sitting in my car writing this review with my still broken phone. While it's understandable to have technical issues with an eSIM ITS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO leave customers standing around an additional 45 minutes later with ZERO explanations. Verizon Customer Service is the worse, if you have a billing problem of being charged for equipment you don't have for almost 2 Years and you can't even get someone to get back to you. I've called Customer Service numerous times have gotten ticket numbers that they'll be working on this and then when you call back, they don't even show the ticket and they want you to start all over again? Then they call up and say "sorry but we had a little hiccup on the back end". That turned out to be a cowardly way of saying they had LOST ALL OF OUR EMAIL. Yes, you heard that right - every single one - 14 years worth!. Got.net support manager said they would give me 3 months free. I said you need to do better than that. Panicked, because he was the one that screwed it up, promised he was going to come to my office and give me a $100.00 bill. Of course he did not follow-through, just like every other unkept promise he made over the last, pathetic year of service. Note: I would have given 0 stars if I could.

I had been given the run-around by Cruzio, my former local hosting company when critical problems with email delivery began to occur for my business. The staff here at Got Net went above and beyond to implement solutions to all our email and web-hosting problems. My former website-hosting company had thrown me under the bus, but the guys here at Got Net took the time to decipher and fix issues that were critical to my businesses' customer communications.
