What a surprise in finding this restaurant in our hotel and perhaps a hidden gem in Denver. This restaurant is part of the breakfast option for staying at the hotel and what an incredible find. Best omelette at any hotel in recent memory. Food was fantastic, bottomless coffee and a good selection on breakfast. I thought the English muffin was delightfully toasted. My wife enjoyed her breakfast too. Service was a little slow, I think to the lack of servers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautifully decorated the restaurant was pleasant and enjoyable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would visit again to explore other treats and offerings.

Stopped in just before their break between lunch and dinner, so I caught the tail end of the lunch menu (which is a bit limited). The service was still very friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated--especially given the timing. I tried the salmon, and while it was cooked well, the sauce leaned a little too sweet for my taste. Overall, a good experience, and I'd come back earlier next time to try more of the menu.

I was in Denver for business and Panzano was right on the corner, near my hotel. I had been there before but it's been more than 12 years ago! I wanted something nearby and quick and This was perfect. My server was amazing and it's such a cute spot. The food was delicious but I have to admit I wasn't a fan of the Foccacia...it wasn't very fresh and pricey (no complimentary bread service). I was bummed that their Caesar Salad isn't grilled any longer (it was to die for), so didn't order a salad. It's a convenient location if you're in the Downtown Denver area!

We walked here from our hotel, and we're glad we did! We met some friends to total 5, each ordering something different. Everyone was pleased with their meal and the coffee. I really enjoyed the panzano Benedict w polenta cakes. What's fun change from an English muffin! The service was quality and the over all value was solid. I'd go back.

My friend and I were staying at the Kimpton and enjoyed our last dinner at Panzano. Our waiter was exceptional and I wish we knew his name, but he had the best energy and provided amazing service. I had the Spadone cocktail which was awesome and not too tequila forward. Our appetizer was the chestnut crostini, which was good but we weren't a fan of the whipped cheese thru used. Our entrees were stellar; the halibut and the chicken pasta. We loved them and would highly recommend. Their tiramisu was delicious and a very large portion. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This restaurant is super cozy and I love the open kitchen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

What a treat. I mean if you have the luxury of visiting this place, I would highly recommend it. We were celebrating a special occasion and went for the chef's course. They serve multiple plates paired with a beverage. We also ordered a few extra dishes on top of the chef's course because we wanted them. Props to the chefs that delivered and the server who worked very hard to make sure we got the drink and plate served around the same time. My favorite dish from the chef's menu is easily the watermelon salad. My entire group was skeptical at first, but WOW. It worked. I mean the puree with the fresh watermelon and the garnish just clicked. Simply a genius work of art. All the other dishes were delicious and simply top notch as well. You can tell the noodles were freshly made. The wine pairings for each of the dishes were very intentional and delicious. I can't stop praising the chefs enough, so I'm going to end my review here. Again, this place is worth a shot.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We were walking by this place and it was so busy with a number of large parties and when we checked the menu, everything looked really good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were able to walk in and get a table for two, and I have to say that the food was terrific. We ordered the Arrabiata, one of the salads, and the broccolini. Everything was terrific. The Arrabiata was full of flavor, very fresh, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The salad that we ordered, had an apple caper vinaigrette and candy pecans and was refreshing. Finally, the broccolini had a lot of garlic and a little bit of nuts sprinkled in which really Made it even more delicious. I should add that the service was terrific. The waiter came and refilled our water numerous times and was very attentive. Everything about this place was great and we would come back again in a heartbeat. .

I took my daughter to Panzano for brunch before attending a matinee performance at the Buell Theater. This restaurant is located in the Monaco Hotel just a few blocks from the theater complex. They advertise a pre fixe menu before nighttime performances and no specials before the matinee so we had to order from the breakfast menu. The restaurant called me before we went to tell me there was no brunch available today - another reason to order breakfast! The menu is quite limited so my daughter ordered a chicken hash skillet which was highly recommended by our server. I ordered their version of eggs Benedict which was served over rounds of polenta with prosciutto, greens and Calabrian chili Hollandaise sauce - very yummy. We ordered mimosas to drink. They had run out of pineapple juice so we drank OJ which was delicious. Our server was great and took great care of us. I've gone to Panzano several times over the years. I will continue going in the future. I'd like to try their theater menu

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a North Italian restaurant that offers a cozy yet casual atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had a delicious Burrata and some great Bolognese spaghetti and some creamy Vongole sauce. A little bit too creamy for my taste. But all pasta dishes are finished in the oven. The service was friendly and focused.

Honestly the food here just doesn't taste super good but just OK ish, the service is also slow.

I was in town for a conference and was looking for a great Italian restaurant. I came across Panzano based on some prior reviews and decided to give them a try. I was at the bar overlooking the kitchen and it was great to see them at work. Chefs compliments was a sample of one of their appetizers - delicious! I also had a half order of Brussels sprouts which were amazing! For my entree, I went with the bolognese - as you may know this can be hit or miss at Italian restaurants - this one was sizable and absolutely delicious! The fresh pasta was great too. My server was attentive and very friendly - exceptional service. I was also able to chat with the chef and staff and they were friendly and fun to talk to. Bottom line it was a great experience and I will certainly be back when I'm in Denver. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I highly recommend Panzano if you are looking for some great Italian food and a comfortable and classy setting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I dined at the bar Thursday evening availing myself of their happy hour. They have a quality selection of beers on tap. I enjoyed their pepperoni and sausage pizza and finished with a pretty tasty tiramisu. Service was attentive and friendly from the bar staff. Butterscotch pudding

This restaurant came recommended, and in general it didn't disappoint for dinner (will comment on breakfast separately). We started with the fritto misto and focaccia. The bread was simple but so rich and tasty. The accompanying tapenade was balanced and flavorful. When a restaurant can make a simple dish and execute it well, I have more faith in the quality of ingredients they use. The fritto misto included a substantial serving, which was a pleasant surprise. That being said, the description notes that it includes shrimp (in addition to calamari, olives, zucchini, and peppers), but there were only two shrimp in our dish. Again - a flavorful and well-balanced dish. The breading was light, and overall, we didn't find it to be too greasy. The pollo alla milanese sold out the evening we dined, which speaks to its popularity. Breaded and fried chicken (e.g., chicken parmesan, etc.) is not really my thing, but I gave this dish a try. Overall, it was nice. I enjoyed the pasta more than the chicken. Finally, the butterscotch pudding was spot on. It was a large enough serving to split for individuals who like a little something sweet at the end of the meal without going overboard. The four star rating reflects service that I felt was a bit abrasive at times and at other times was a bit inattentive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was fine overall - the decor is dated, but it still feels like a nice space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Tbh reserving felt…read moresuper stressful but I guess that kind of the culture nowadays with the rules, credit card down, and showing up on time with a 10min leeway. However, we ended up showing up an hour before our reservation hoping to just get seated and we got in right away. Cassey was our incredible waiter and he made the night very memorable. After learning it was our first time there, he very patiently walked us through the menu and how the restaurant generally worked with serving sizes. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The ambience was great and cozy. We sat on the patio and it was mildly windy but it still felt nice being kept away in a corner of downtown. Starting with the appetizers, you HAVE TO get the burrata with some bread. It's the perfect flavor combination with the texture of the bread crumbs. Absolutely delicious. The salad was also a really great refreshing balance with the heavier burrata and bread. It's such a simple salad with the most amazing flavors of pickled shallots, buttermilk dressing, and Parmesan. They truly have some of the best cheeses ever. For the mains, I got the lobster tagliatelle and my partner got the lamb rigatoni. We also got smashed potatoes to share with cheese. Everything was impeccable. I was hesitant to get the lobster dish because it's such a low chance that a lobster dish is actually going to taste as good because it's a very difficult dish to perfect but I can confidently say it's probably one of the best ones I've had. The tomato base sauce with celery and chile with the lobster is the perfect combination. I do have to say a DISCLAIMER if you're not good with spicy food it's not for you. It has a pretty strong kick throughout the eating process so do not get it if you can't handle spice. Other than that, it's one of the most flavorful seafood pasta dishes I've ever had. I tried my partners lamb rigatoni and they truly perfected the rendering of it in the sauce and it's such a perfect overall dish with a good serving for rigatoni in general. If you're extra hungry, I would get the cheesy potatoes, they are perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and warm on the inside with the perfect amount of cheese and salt flakes. To close the night, we, of course, got the tiramisu which was very well made. Now, I have been to Paris and actually had it with the best cream on earth so it won't top that. However, it is a close second and probably the best I've had in America. I highly highly highly recommend you try it out. The service is impeccable and Cassey was the best company to have around to talk about celebrations, house of dragon, and having a good night. Thanks for making my birthday a great experience!

We were seated at the front by the window, which was nice. It did get a little hot in the restaurant as more people arrived, since it has been unusually warm in Denver this season. We split six plates and were stuffed by the time the celebratory dessert arrived. We started with the burrata, which paired well with apple butter and pickled apples. My favorite of the Spuntini dishes was the Granchio--jumbo lump crab served over a crispy potato cake with butternut squash and a perfect 63 ° egg. We split two Primi dishes: their special of the day pasta, and the Cappellini Aglio e Olio. The Cappellini was amazing--a perfect blend of Indian spices, breadcrumbs, and another 63 ° egg. Yum.
