Carne was one of the best dining experiences I have had! I booked a big table for my bachelorette party and they were so accommodating. We easily got seated and their menu had something for everyone. The cocktails were so good and they had good wine and beer options. Our waitress was super sweet and helped us through the menu. Their happy hour is solid with 20% off beer, wine, and cocktails! I had their lamb chops and it was the best cut of meat we had that night. I would definitely have those again. Sharing a bunch of apps and sides and getting your own order of meat/main is a great way to taste their whole menu and get super full. I loved this spot so much!!

Carne is one of our favorite steakhouses. It's such a cool vibe for all ages. We took my parents out on a double date and booked a 5:15pm reservation the day of so it would be a little more quiet for them to hear us. We were greeted warmly and seated right away. We love the decor, lighting and the wall of wine that you can choose from. There were many tables already seated so the energy was upbeat. The upstairs seating is perfect for private parties and even has its own small bar. Happy hour was a nice treat. I love that they offer a house red wine chilled. It was a barolo that was so delicious that we had a couple glasses. Our server was perfect. He kept our waters filled and checked in with us regularly without interrupting our conversation. Food and wine came quickly. Steak tartare / beef tiradito. This one is addictive! Fresh, citrus and perfect with a little salty chip crunch. This is one of my new favorites. Pork wings with Korean BBQ sauce. My dad's favorite appy. So tender and light sauce flavor. Octopussy. Beautiful presentation and yummy. Beef bourguignon braised short rib. OMG. This is a must order. The meat just melts with the perfectly seasoned sauce. No bones, so it's easy to just scoop up tender succulent savory spoonfuls. Magical! Green chili cheesy potatoes. The perfect side for the beef short rib. So good and satisfying. NY Strip. Mom's go-to steak cooked well done. I prefer my steaks medium rare so she doesn't worry about sharing! She enjoyed it. Whole Colorado striped bass. A server offered to debone it for us so we took him up on it, but recognized it still has lots of bones. I really liked the fish seasoning and it was tender and moist. The horseradish sauce was a nice surprise and complemented well. Yummy successful meal overall and my 80yo parents are excited to return! I missed the burrata, Caesar salad, and tomahawk steak that I've really enjoyed on previous visits, but I was very happy to try more of the menu. I wish I could eat here every day! Kudos to the amazing Chef Dana Rodriguez and the entire team. The GM Eric is always welcoming and friendly and runs a smooth professional operation. You just know you're in good hands. We recommend Carne to all our friends and family. Carne is a RiNo treasure!

Loved the vibe as soon as we walked in. The restaurant is beautiful, dim lighting and unique decor. The food was good but I personally wouldn't say it's out of this world. Our server was great, super attentive and eager to make recommendations. The only thing I didn't like was the cutting boards that they serve the meat on - they all were cracked (as many wooden cutting boards tend to do after much use and washing) and caused a big mess on the table. I like the idea, but really is messy.

Delicious!! I'm usually hesitant to visit a steakhouse (I cook a pretty good steak), but this is worth a stop in. We had the lamb, mac and cheese, bread service, and brownie for dessert. All amazing, but the lamb and brownie I would HIGHLY recommend. It wasn't overly sweet and the ice cream pairing - best ice cream ever! They have ample seating downstairs (usually reservation only), with limited upstairs and bar seating. As a party of 2 we were successful getting a walk in, but I'd recommend a reservation if you can plan in advance.

We loved Carne. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very friendly. Very clean. It has a trendy vibe but one that will last. We had the Laloca which is a spicy margarita... we had had many spicy margs around Denver that did not have even a hint of spice, but this one was wonderful. The bread service was a great pairing. The bread was delicious with a great crusty crunch and soft inside. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Very nice atmosphere (10/10). Great service (10/10). Amazing cocktails (10/10). Delicious steak and octopus (10/10). Flavorful sauces (9/10). Good bread (6/10). The "Aint no Sunshine" cocktail and the "carne Old Fashioned" cocktail were the highlight of the night. The steak was cooked perfectly. The octopus was so soft and well seasoned. The horseradish sauce, butter sauce, house steak sauce were all very very good. Personally, would have preferred a chunky oily chimichurri to a pureed one, and would have liked to see a spicy option for the sauces like a peri peri. The bread was a little dense for a baguette but still good.

Let me start this review with the bartenders being very friendly. Tiffany was very helpful in making selections and a great conversationalist which was greatly appreciated. I gave the rating of a two (2) due to the steaks being grossly overcooked. The mushroom dip was delicious and the veal was okay. And I have no clue what the hostess had against us but we came in and did not have a reservation but the restaurant was empty. She made it seem to be a big issue and offered us a table that we would have to finish our meal within an hour because everything was booked. We asked to sit at the bar and she seemed hesitant but she eventually agreed. The problem here is that two (2) hours later the restaurant was not even half full and everyone she sent to the bar to sit, let's say looked nothing like her. As excited as I was to go there I cannot see returning.

The Vibe is strong here. Trendy decor and plating and the table side martini service is a great idea. Service was friendly and efficient, never had to wait around for a drink or the check. Fun happy hour burger for $17, great deal fosho. The hanger steak was the star of the show, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned. No need for the sauce but I'm chimichirri fan and they do it well. Love the blended route they chose. Great place to start a night out in Rino!

Tried Carne for Restaurant Week and had a lovely, tasty, four-course meal. Our server was attentive and steered us in the right direction with his recommendations. The Caesar Salad was a refreshing start and paired well with my Le Freak Stiffie Cocktail, made with reposado tequila, mezcal, Aperol, and lime. The Brazilian Pichana was cooked to a perfect medium rare with an amazing green chimichurri sauce. The green chile potatoes were decadent and delicious. The meal was topped off with shared bites of both desserts--the lighter orange panna cotta and the rich chocolate brownie with Salted Dog chocolate ice cream. With plenty of seating inside on two levels as well as on the patio, don't miss out on the tableside martinis. A golden bar cart is wheeled to your table with all the fixings for a vodka or gin martini, including dropper bottles of housemade vermouth, olive mixer, dill, and distilled water.

I stumbled into Carne for their new summer menu and left already planning my next visit. As Chef Dana puts it, Carne is like opening the doors to her kitchen--a global steakhouse that doesn't feel stuffy at all. Whether you're there for a big celebration or a spontaneous Tuesday dinner, it just works. What we tried: - Salmon Crudo Roulade: bright, fresh, and beautifully plated - Burrata: creamy, rich, paired with heirloom tomatoes and avocado mousse - Roasted Seasonal Veggies: lowkey one of my favorites--SO flavorful - Green Chile Queso (HH): hot, cheesy, and served with fresh tortillas - Argentinian Bife de Chorizo: seasoned perfectly with romesco on the side - Australian Wagyu (special): tender, juicy, absolutely worth it - Plus a seasonal risotto with mascarpone mint purée that was such a good surprise The bife de chorizo was probably the bite that sealed the deal for me. Bold flavors, great texture, and paired so well with everything else. And the burrata? Burrata never misses. Friendly service, killer flavors, and a cool space that doesn't try too hard--Carne is a gem. Highly recommend!

4 -- Solid Restaurant Week experience with a few small misses Visited Carne Rino for Denver Restaurant Week. Overall it was a strong meal with great pasta and a quality steak, though a few execution details kept it just short of a 5-star experience. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and the service started out attentive and polished. As the dining room filled up, the pacing slowed a bit and the flow of the meal became slightly uneven. Beef Tartare The beef itself seemed fresh, but the dish lacked seasoning and brightness. The menu listed it as being served with a "tostada," though it came with tortilla chips that felt closer to a store-bought variety. There was also a green sauce underneath that tasted very similar to deli-style guacamole, which made the dish feel less refined than expected. Vodka Pasta One of the highlights of the meal. The pasta was cooked properly al dente, and the vodka sauce was flavorful with a light, pleasant spice. The Parmesan on top added a nice balance of saltiness and creaminess. Picanha Steak The steak itself was a beautiful medium rare and clearly a good quality cut. It was finished with salt after cooking, which added a nice pop of flavor. The only downside was that it arrived slightly cold. The chimichurri had good flavor but leaned very heavily on cumin. Brownie Dessert Chocolate ice cream with chocolate sauce over a brownie. The ice cream was good, but the brownie underneath was quite dry and the amount of chocolate sauce overwhelmed the dessert. Service & Drinks Service was attentive early on, but once the restaurant got busy the pacing slowed and the courses took longer to arrive. One thing to note: the bar charges extra for a dirty martini and an additional charge for olives, which wasn't mentioned when ordering. Overall: Great pasta, a quality steak, and a fun atmosphere. With a little more consistency in execution, this could easily be a top-tier experience. 4 overall.

Caesar salad

Amazing! My boyfriend and I used our Resy credit here this week and had a great time. Very gluten free friendly as well! We shared several apps, each had a drink, steaks for main, and the blueberry cheesecake our server was also incredibly helpful and kind. The space was also really cute!!

The quaint atmosphere and casual vibe is no reflection of their top-notch food and wine selection (reminiscent of a higher end establishment). Everything from the food to the service was amazing and also very unique!

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

Lincolns absolutely delivers on the speakeasy vibe - from trying to find the door, to figuring out how to actually get inside (LOL), to settling in with drinks once you're finally through. It makes the whole experience feel interactive and memorable. **Tip: it actually isn't too hard to find. I won't completely spoil it for people who want the fun of the hunt, but I'll leave a few hints at the bottom. The drink special that night - their version of an Old Fashioned - was excellent and absolutely worth ordering. The other cocktails are liquor + mixer with the soda or bar gun. We tried a local gin (can't remember the name) & soda and a Four Roses Bourbon & Pepsi. There was a odd flavor that came with that round and tasted watered down. Stick with the special. So good! I'd go back all day for the special alone. The staff was a little bit of an outlier compared to the rest of the experience. Everyone was nice, but they didn't seem especially engaged, and the attire didn't really match the speakeasy atmosphere. That said, the space itself is large and immersive enough that once we had our drinks, we just leaned into the whole experience and had a great time. HINTS: 1. Go to the address listed... duh. 2. Something is COOKING through the glass. 3. Find the stairs down. 4. If you hear music and see some impressive doors, figure out how to LIFT the handle to get inside.

Atmosphere: The theme here is so cool! It's all about Abraham Lincoln but with a modern, artistic twist. There's really neat artwork everywhere showing different looks of Lincoln. It feels like a true old timey speakeasy. It gets very busy after 8 PM, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, but the energy inside is awesome. Price: This is the most budget-friendly spot I've found in the area. Almost everything is $5! It is CASH ONLY, but don't worry if you forget. They have an ATM inside for you to use. Drink: I ordered the Continental, which is their take on an Old Fashioned with a black cherry. It was delicious and definitely didn't taste like a cheap drink despite the price point. Service: Despite how packed it was, the service was incredibly fast. We got our drinks in maybe 2-3 minutes tops. The staff is efficient and friendly. Overall Experience: Whether you're visiting and staying near Union Station or just looking for a fun local getaway, I highly recommend this place. We walked from our hotel, but if you drive, be prepared to look for street parking or a garage. It's fun, cheap, and has great theme nights. I'll definitely be back!
