I was informed because I didn't call them when the technician the reason I was overcharged and they would have the technician back out to me however that was not told to me when I'm originally made the call I was told to pay the technician with a card and it would be cheaper paying with cash than if I pay with cash. no one ever once said that I needed to pay the personal over the phone or call when a technician arrived. Technician was great. He came in and told me the problems very professional the company not so much.

I had a keyboard repair needed so I brought it here. Jared was super helpful in looking at the…read moreissue and telling me the process for repairs and how it would have to be sent out to their technician. He then called me not even an hour later and said he had fixed the problem himself which saved me $60+. I also lost the power cord to the keyboard and Jared took lots of time to try to find a similar one. He ended up not being able to find one just because the brand of my keyboard isn't well known. They also have lessons for different instruments which I might look into here soon!

Our house is full of music, they learn new pieces each week and work on recital pieces for months. The approach to learning at Musicologie is developmentally appropriate and very engaging. Lessons are half an hour each, which makes it affordable and easy to fit into busy schedules.
