Ham and cheese bread and the sonho

This place is so good. We tried the mini pao de quiejo were so good and the ham and cheese was divine. The staff was friendly and the bakery was nice and clean!

This spot claims to be the real deal when it comes to Brazilian bakeries, but there were a few letdowns. We came in to get the full experience. We were really looking forward to trying the pão de queijo hot and fresh, but it turned out to be cold. I had the X-Bacon; it was alright, but it tasted like it had been made ahead of time instead of when I ordered it. The Coxinha didn't seem fresh and was a bit underdone. This place could be awesome if they tweaked how they make their food.

Place was neat and big enough for big groups. We did take out and didn't stay long but the place is welcoming. We ordered pastries and breads - wishing the pao de queijo was warm. The milk fan is too soft, it still taste fine but I have high hopes for it. Then we ordered the custard bun - the good one so far from the order we had. I also saw that they just pick up bread using their hand instead of the thongs. Maybe something to look out for too.

Incredibly yummy - the baked goods are served to you warm at a good price and there is plenty of seating with AC. Each item was so flavorful and some are so buttery and flaky we had to get seconds. We also got acai smoothies served in the more traditional Brazilian style that were creamy and refreshing. The lady at the counter was polite and happy to take our orders.

This is a Brazilian bakery. I was around the area and yelped a nearby bakery and this bakery popped up. It is located in a shopping plaza. Came around pass 5pm and it was empty and the selections were not as much. I chose based on yelp pictures and what looked delicious or interesting. The swirl dessert rolls with guava and caramel interestingly was delicious on the display shelves. They only had 1 left of the guava roll. I chose that along with 2 orders of the caramel roll, sugar flan and a bun with custard inside. The Brazilian flan was interesting. The grated coconut was on the base of the flan. It's not the best flan I have had. Would i order it again - possibly not. The custard bun bread was ok. It's pretty much bread sliced in half filled with custard. Again its ok I wouldn't order it again. The guava roll was delicious but to me its a simple sheet cake with guava paste and rolled. For the price I expected a thicker portion of the cake. The caramel roll same expectations as the guava roll cake. The only difference is the layers of this caramel version was thicker and less caramel filled than guava. Each of the desserts were kinda pricey costing $2 plus per piece. The service from the employees were nice and the bakery offers spanish soups and acai bowls which I heard is popular. They also offer coffee service. It was an experience trying out Brazilian baked goods. I pretty much prefer asian baked goods cause of quality and costs per piece.

They have a lot of options for Brazilian snacks/food/dessert. Açaí bowl is a nice portion, but be careful with the sweet toppings, this açaí is VERY sweet. Cheese rolls are ok.

Pao Gostoso has some of the most delicious food in Orlando. Their service is outstanding, and has a nice and welcoming ambiance. Lets start with the food. Super good, its a bakery so you bet it has bread thats stuffed with things. And if you come here, the drink Guarana is a MUST try! The service is great, its about a 5 minute wait for your food if you don't order lots. Ambiance was nice inside and outside. Overall, very pleasing spot to come to, will try again when I come to Orlando!

Affordable, kind, and DELICIOUS!!!! I will be back. The guava biscuits are FABULOUS. The cafe is nestled just out of the way of I drive where you forget it's crazy just on the other side making it a perfect place. Everyone was so nice and extra helpful. I am so happy and my taste buds are too!

    Esfiha aberta

the esfiha is raw, the milk with hot coffee looks like water, it is served in a plastic cup. terrible

This has been my go-to Asian bakery ever since Saigon Market closed down and they have not disappointed. My favorites include the pork floss bun, sponge cakes, and hot dog buns! Personally, I would skip the trendy croissant cubes because they're not as good as they look. It's usually more bread than filling and I've had the same experience with other places too. When it comes to service, I've always had good experiences at Bakery 1908 and I really like how they have a self-ordering kiosk for dishes and drinks if you'd rather skip ordering at the counter. I think the cakes are a little bit more expensive than the buns because of extra craftsmanship but it's completely worth it. For me, the biggest downside to Bakery 1908 is the location. Mills has always been a busy area and it can be hard to leave the parking lot. But otherwise it's completely worth the visit and a lot more accessible than other restaurants there. I love coming back to Bakery 1908 and always try something new every single time I go.

Either way, visiting this location really is the hack that you think it is. Since it is in the East End Market, you can simply waltz in with little to no line and order your delicious Gideon's treats. It is important to note that unfortunately they don't offer the cold brew here, however, as they don't have the facilities to make it like they do at Disney Springs. But, the cookies are just as delicious and they do always sell their limited edition cookies here in addition to their classics. It is also worth shopping around the market as well since there are many indulgences here ranging from sushi to cocktails to fun trinkets. It is best to visit at an off time though as parking can be a challenge.

I didn't realize that before ordering, so that definitely explains part of why this wasn't for me. Red velvet is usually my birthday cake, so I've tried it from quite a few places over the years. I personally prefer a softer, fluffy cake with a noticeable cocoa flavor and a tangy cream cheese frosting. Gideon's version was very different from that. The color was much more intensely red than I personally like, and I felt like I could taste the coloring. The texture of my slice also felt more wet/dense than moist and fluffy. There was plenty of frosting, but the cream cheese flavor was much more subtle than I prefer. I know this cake has a lot of fans, so I think this really comes down to style and personal preference.
