This place will never not be 5 stars! Always 5 stars food, service, and overall quality! A quick in and out! I adore all locations. So thankful to see this branch grow! Best Colombian bakery in Central Florida!

The chocolate cake is bad. It's hard and old. And they didn't make my coffee like I ordered it. Bad service.

Food/drink 5/5 Service 5/5…read moreAmbiance 5/5 Saiko is easy to miss since it's in a big plaza and there's only a small sign outside the store. Their Instagram page says they're a hidden matcha bar inside a racquet sports center and it's exactly that! We got the mango sticky matcha and pistachio matcha and they were both tasty! They were creamy and not bitter. I was concerned they were making the matcha with an espresso machine, but I saw the baristas whisking the matcha in a bowl which creates a different flavor profile! They serve coffee there as well, hence the espresso machine. Service was great, the staff was friendly and made recommendations. I would definitely go back to try their other matchas, they had unique options I haven't seen elsewhere like gojii strawberry and lychee lavender. There's a few sitting areas to lounge/work and you can also watch the pickleballers play!

Its such a unique touch and they execute it really well. The quality of the matcha is excellent, with a smooth and well balanced flavor. It can get busy and the hours are somewhat limited, but the atmosphere makes it worth the visit. There's comfortable seating, the staff is always kind and the location is connected to a racquet spots center. You can play pickleball, ping pong, or badminton, or just hangout with your friends in the seating area and enjoy your drinks. Definitely a spot I keep coming back to!

However, I am glad to see there are now cafes in the USA where you can get the coffee beans and ground coffee. We visited the shop during Black Friday and saw the sale for huila coffee buy one and get one 40% off. So we bought two for a little under 25 dollars total. It was crowded and there was a line, so we did have to wait for them to grind the coffee beans. The dining area was quite crowded, but a very nice gentleman gave us a bigger table for us to sit while he moved his seat to smaller table in the back. It took us 10 to 15 minutes to get the coffee. We definitely love the coffee as it smooth and delicious. It smells very good when the coffee maker starts pouring, and so refreshing when drinking it. I am so happy that we bought it to enjoy. So why the 3 star review then? It was because of the dining area! I understand it can get pretty cramped and crowded, but it was pretty dirty. I did see some trash in the floor, and it kinda rubbed me in the wrong way. While it was not terrible, it was indeed noticeable. This cafe should be higher quality than Starbucks, and not a Burger King. Thus, cleanliness should have a higher focus. I am glad we just bought ground coffee to go and not eat inside. While we love the coffee, the cafe needs to be limpia (clean), without any basura (trash) in the floor. Moving forward, we will buy it on Amazon when they have sales, or in another shop. Overall: C+

They are definitely at their best when they're fresh and straight out of the fryer, warm, light, fluffy, and coated with just the right amount of sweetness. It's the kind of dessert that's hard to stop eating once you start. The café itself is small and has a cozy atmosphere, making it a nice spot to grab a quick treat or coffee. Just keep in mind that seating is limited, so it may not be the best place if you're looking to hang out for an extended period. The only area that could use some improvement is the customer service. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they also weren't particularly warm or welcoming. A little more enthusiasm and friendliness would make the experience match how great the desserts are. Overall, the quality of the beignets easily earns this place five stars. I'll definitely be back, and my biggest recommendation is to enjoy them while they're fresh, they're absolutely worth it.

This bakery is a work of art that you have to taste for yourself…read more I'm mad at myself for not having gone to Picasso Moments earlier. Their baked goods are so good and unique. I've literally never seen an asian bakery offer some of the items they have. Beyond that, they also have a full service menu of dim sum items and soups. The service is so insanely good that I felt influenced to buy more. They literally got me. They're located at 8231 S John Young Pkwy on the far end of Orlando. They've been featured on a couple of food bloggers pages and social media. So I got a lot of things. I mean it's a bakery. I am never ever going to walk out with just one item. If you see that happening, it's not me. My favorite item that I got was their snow bread. They have rotating seasonal flavors. I was able to try their pistachio one, but the classic truly is their best seller for a reason. Their snow bread is a well baked piece of bread that is filled with a cream cheese mixture and then covered in powdered sugar. It doesn't sound that complicated and I'm not sure if they've unlocked some secret recipe or ratio, but it's literally so freaking good. Snow bread is a 10/10 for me. Beyond that, I also tried their walnut toffee mochi cookie. This was good, but I wish there was more toffee in it. This was a 8/10 for me. I also go their banana bread, which is shaped like a banana and filled with a banana custard. This was a 8/10 for me. The last item I want to write about is their bread pudding. This item is behind the counter and refrigerated. It was good, but I think I wish it was served with a toffee or salted caramel instead of chocolate syrup. This was a 8/10 for me. I think I spent about $30 total and it was worth it. I would go back and willingly spend that much over and over again. I think more people need to go and try them. It's a bit of a drive but worth it. The space inside is very cute and gives me the feeling of Kiki's Delivery Service. 10/10 overall rating and I will be back.

We would highly recommend PMB for a different bakery experience. 5 stars!
