You need to have two lines one for pick up/delivery drivers and one for customers who are ordering in. It is unfair to your customers who order online and the DoorDash delivery drivers to make them wait in the line behind everyone who is ordering in house. It also is nonsensical. The order I was there to pick up was sitting behind the counter ready to be delivered. Had I not interrupted, and had the store employee treat me in an angry way, the food would have say for another 15 minutes getting cold while I waited patiently behind the customers who are ordering in house. Do better! Following this advice will help you restaurant run smoother and have less unhappy customers with cold food and happier delivery drivers who are already doing one of the top 3 most dangerous jobs due to the amount of time we spend on the road & the increased possibility of auto accidents. read more

This place hit the spot! Was visiting and lookin for pizza. Tried here and it was delicious. We had a supreme pizza and a pepperoni with extra sauce. The pizza was just so good, the crust, the extra sauce, the toppings...all spot on. Papa Gino's is a local New England pizza chain- it's why they have specials when the Patriots/Bruins/Celtics or Red Sox win. They have a winning pizza. It's not one of the greatest pizzas, but it's good for what it is. They prove you can put broccoli on a pizza without ruining it. Their Super Veggie has broccoli, bell peppers, tomatoes, red onions- a victorious combination. The vegetables stay crunchy&fresh, even when they're popped into a super hot oven. Their classic three cheese pizza is delicious. Papa Gino's probably won't leave New England for the rest of the US. However, they do provide excellent, delicious savory fare for watching football games. The service is friendly, prices are great (Yankee thrift), the food is top notch. Papa Gino's is one of those places where an independent pizza joint that's far removed from your national or even regional chains can do you some good. I was here with a friend of mine looking for a place to get in our carbs the night before the 2013 Cape Cod marathon on 10/26/2013. I wouldn't say that this place is great, but it fits the bill, as pizza is always a welcome choice for anything related to carbs and Italian for sure. We were searching for a sit down real Italian restaurant in Falmouth, but we were coming in from Boston and needed quick service and found Papa Gino's nearby our hotel - The Admiralty Inn & Suites. Papa Gino's is located on Teaticket Hwy in Falmouth, MA. It's about 1.5 miles from the Falmouth town center on Main Street. We stepped in here around 7:30pm and the place was practically empty. There were about 6-7 people working there, which is kind of a lot on a Saturday night. The parking here was good, as they are in a strip mall with loads of parking spaces. The restaurant is clean and we got a booth at the far end. The wait for our order was 20 minutes, so we ended up getting booze from the nearby liquor store across the street while we waited. The counter service was fast, casual, and just order what you want and you get it kind of deal. Nothing to think about. We ordered an XL pizza with bacon and sausage on it. Forgot what it's called, but I remember having a mouth full of bacon in every bite. Not sure how that would go while running a marathon, but I found out the next day. Lol With that in mind, the experience was interesting after that. We were informed that they screwed up with our order - only making a large pizza, so they made another large pizza for us. Thought that was a good deal. A lucky deal, in fact. Could use more carbs anyway. I also ordered a side order of French fries to seal the deal. The pizza was definitely delicious and hot. I enjoyed this pizza very much and boxed up 1/2 of a large for later. I think my friend also enjoyed the bacon bliss as well. Overall, the experience here was average, although the order mistake was a good oops. The prices here were pretty average for what you would find elsewhere and comparable to the national brands as well. A good $20 would get you an XL specialty pizza on Papa Gino's menu without spending more than what you want. The fries were good and decent. Can't complain about that, although how can you mess up on French fries? Lol since we were dining in, they brought our order to our table, which was great. Thankful that they do that, but carrying it to the table would've been okay as well. I would recommend this place for your pizza cravings. Just got an order from there. Ordered and paid for extra Alfredo sauce on my pasta. Got hardly any on it. Called to tell them in the hopes of getting a new one, nope! Guy who answered was rude and said what do you want me to do? He said ill refund your card and hung up. Great customer service papa ginos, no other options were given. I am a local and you won't be getting my business again! Learn better etiquette and customer service and try training your crew a little more on these two things as well! What a joke! I really enjoy the food from Papa Ginos in Falmouth, MA but I was disappointed this past week when I ordered an Large Fenway Pizza on my way to work via my iPhone app. Sadly I was contacted by the shift leader and told they had discontinued it. They offered to make me a pizza with similar toppings, just not with the special grilled sausage but tried to charge me $19.99 which I refused seeing as the Fenway pizza was 15.99. A few years back while spending the summer on Cape, Papa Gino's in Falmouth was one of our go-to lunch spots. What drew us to this restaurant was the decent food, great prices and polite staff. Today we popped in and we were surprised by the changes here. The restaurant itself has been renovated since we last visited which was a pleasant surprise because the one dining area was outdated. The prices here have increased but the sizes and quality have stayed the same. The staff was still polite and they made an effort to make us feel welcome. It was also nice to see that they now serve beer and wine. Overall, things are fairly the same as they were before with only a few good and not so good changes. We enjoyed our lunch here and we will continue to make this one of our lunch destinations! read more

Ordered slices on the app indicated that it would be ready at 605. I arrived at 610 and it was told it's just coming out. I watched as the person continued to box pizza after pizza while my order was never attended to. I asked the girl where is my order? And she replies what did u order when my slip was right by the empty box. Then she throws to already cooked slices into the pizza oven and walks away. An older blonde woman tosses my empty box aside.. saying what is this? This woman contains to box pizzas as I continue to wait. NOT ONE PERSON asks me what I'm waiting on! Do not order here on grub hub! Ordered at 7:30pm was told the order would be here by 8:15, then was changed to 8:50, then was changed to 9:30! I'd give it 10 stars if I could for the pizza. Lately at other PG's I was not especially pleased at the small slices that just was not good. I always loved papa Gino's and everyone I've talked to over the years háve said the same thing but it went downhill. I was just hungry for a slice of pizza and hesitatingly I went here because I wanted something quick and did not want to wait. Was I pleasantly surprised!!! The lovely manager (not sure if she was manager or not) was so nice just taking my one slice order and I thought I died and went to heaven as the slice alone looked scrumptious...large and the perfect cheese and tomato amount. I think that slice was the best I ever had. I thought it might be a fluke till I got the hungry horrors and went back a week later. It was the same! I, myself, hope that manager never leaves because he or she really knows what they are doing. I have not tried any other foods as I like pizza but what I saw while I waited looked like deliciously made food. I had order Buffalo chicken tenders 6/28/2020 Along with other things the Buffalo chicken did not come when I called they said I was last in line and they would deliver it.. I proceeded to wait 3 hours and yet nothing got delivered. I called the next morning and I had them notate the system for when I made my next order I would be able to get it. That order took place on 7/1/2020and again no Buffalo chicken tenders. When I call back to let them know that the proper amount of food did not arrive I was told that they would credit me or I could wait until they took care of all their other deliveries 1st. At their experience what I did a couple nights previous I said no I should be ahead of the other people I called before them my food should arrive before they get their food that was your mistake it should be fixed. The worker on the phone proceeded to call me ignorant and told me they're working their asses off and hung up on me. I call back no more than one minute later and spoke to a different person and when I asked for the person's name of whom I just spoke to they refused to give it to me called me crazy and hung up on me. I do not believe this is a professional way to run a company I finally got through an hour later and the worker I spoke with was crying to me about how understaffed they are And that was his excuse for me being treated the way I was still no offer to bring me out my food no apology. Last I checked it is not my fault when a company is short staffed nor should I be made you feel guilty because of that they had no problem taking my money and not giving me what I ordered. Absolutely garbage. I used to love Papa Ginos as a kid and decided to give it a try after 5 years or so since I last had it. The pizza I ordered was disgusting and after one bite from me and my father we settled to just throwing the whole large pizza in the trash, not much of a waste considering even starving children in Africa wouldn't want this trashy pizza. I also ordered cheese bread sticks and a chicken ceaser pocket. I live a total of 7, thats right just 7 minutes away, and when I got home they were already stone cold. The pocket itself was so tightly packed into the small wrapper that when I opened all of it contents immediately spewed out before the first bite. If I could leave zero stars I would. Was there to pick up pizzas for super bowl Sunday. It was disgusting, dirty and the workers that night didn't wear gloves at all. I watched them put bare hands into the the bags of toppings and putting them on pizzas. I watched a "team leader" touching everything and then adjusting a pizza in a box again bare handed. I expressed to the manager how unsanitary this was and she replied " well if it comes from that side (pointing to the people preparing the pizzas) it's ok because they go through the oven". Lady NO ITS NOT OK it doesn't get that hot. Then what about the team leader touching his keys , money and his hair from THIS side? well Supreme Pizza is my all time favorite and I bought that for me but my guest wanted this . Well I did buy it ($33-) because to late to get it anywhere else. My son and I mentioned what happened and no one wanted it. What a waste of money and time . This no gloves , it's ok attitude is disgusting especially with all the bacteria and flu out there. It's not ok . I called the corporate office five days ago and no one had the courtesy to return the call. There are people with autoimmune disease as does my husband and we have to be extremely careful. Just ordered two large pizzas, one cheese and one with suasage onions and peppers. Special online state two large pizzas with up to three toppings for 10.99 each. i was told the price and it didnt add up, I questioned the price and was told that they are charging for the toppings and that deal is a "base price" for the pizza and the toppings are additional. Why not just say to cheese pizzas for 10.99 each. Been going there a long time, person on the phone didnt offer to stand by their advertised special. False advertising in 2016 is pretty lame.
