I placed a mobile order. When I went to get it, it was cold . it was asked to be made again and they adamantly refused. They were rude, disrespectful and ignorant in my opinion. Clearly there is lack of leadership and education among the group of people that were working at 4 o'clock on Saturday, September 6. When I called to get my money back, she adamantly refused and told me I had to do it online. I then asked who I was speaking to . She expressed to me that she did not have to give me her name because they owned their own name. This was a woman with a beard. Another perfect example of complete and utter ignorance in my opinion. I'm not quite certain how with the kind of staff that I dealt with that anything in the store runs properly. Clearly the Wendy's corporation is either unaware or could care less who is representing their store. Ouch. I wish I'd read the reviews of this place before casually stopping by on my birthday for a little afternoon treat. These may be some of the driest nuggets I've ever gotten from a place in my life. I mean...been-sitting-under-the-light-for-a-HOT-minute dry. Sadly, for the first time in my life I decided to get a ten-piece rather than my standard 4-piece. The Fates decided to punish me for my greed with a container of dry little turd-like crusts through which I had to pick to find the least offensive. Thankfully, I wasn't alone in my punishment, because the Fates saw fit to punish my partner for indulging me in my birthday with a non-sanctioned snack by having him receive THE WORLD'S GREASIEST BURGER. The wrapper was almost soaked in grease, and he had to wipe the wrapped burger down before unwrapping it to ensure his hands were coated in grease. The actual burger wasn't bad, but it had to be rubbed with multiple napkins to get the excess oil off. It wasn't necessarily a "fresh"-tasting burger, but it was nice that the lettuce was mostly dark green rather than the thick stems that places normally put on a sandwich. In the end, we're left with a greasy bag of 1/2-eaten food and me feeling like I should have gone to the Sonic just up the street. read more

I got a jbc biggie bag on 7/25 at about 11, I've had more than I can count but this was by far the best one I have ever had. I was so surprised by how amazing it was and would like to give a big shoutout to whoever made it, I will forever be thinking about that sandwich and even the nuggets. read more

Went to this location & tried to use $4 off mobile coupon & was told by the mgr (Michael) I could not use it because he could not enter it into the register. Sounds like a Wendy's problem Michael, not a customer problem. You told me I could only get $2 off when coupon was for $4. You owe me 2 bucks Michael. I have had several bad experiences at this location, including inedible food (hard as a rock nuggets) and window workers feeing dogs with gloves on and returning back to work without changing them! This was a few years back so I thought I'd give them another try... and still disappointed! It took over 20 minutes to order and an additional 5 to get the food! The worker at the window had visible dirt underneath their fingernails, no receipt was given and the fries were cold and had a weird taste! I ate about 4 fries before I decided I could not eat anymore! The nuggets were not edible and also realized there were no utensils or napkins in the bag! My crispy chicken blt was a cold chicken patty with shredded cheese and a bunch of mayo. Not what I ordered at all but still hungry I decided to bite into it. Spent 20min in the drive through behind 1 car. Once at the window EVERY employee was on their phone and I sat for another 5min at the window before being acknowledged then waited even longer just to get the WRONG food. Very poor service, called about missing items from order, they were so rude, unprofessional and hung up on me.

Went there about 20 min after 10 and it took over thirty minutes to get to the box and their was only 5 cars before the box, one at the window and one directly behind it. Once I put in my order it took over thirty minutes to get it. Stairs as long as I have figured I might have a chance but was I ever wrong. Then the food wasn't what's it should have been the frosty was melty bad and the baconator fries had hardly any cheese or bacon. And the nuggets where not all that warm. Don't go there at night. Have no one working to handle anything and this is in a Tuesday. Worse experience at a Wendy's ever. I get better service and Mc Donald's. So before going here look at the line and then choose another place of their is any kind of line at night. They suck. read more

This Wendys has very hard working employees , always busy but they try to make the best food possible for each and every customer. Order baconators quite often and they are always hot and delicious. Get their app. and every 2 weeks or so you can buy one full price and get 2nd for $1. Chili is delicious. read more

Went to this restaurant to place an order from the app. The app would not work, no-one in the restaurant could get it to work. I offered to let the manager hold my phone so she could try it and she said " No, we aren't allowed to touch the phone". I then ask for the district manager phone number. Was told by the store manager " I can't give you that but I can call him and let you talk to him". When she called the DM, he said " He didn't have time to talk now". You people need to realize that it's the customers that are keeping you from closing your doors. TAKE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!! THEY ARE PAYING YOUR FREAKIN' SALARY ! They claim to be open til 1am..FALSE I've personally just made my 4th attempt to go there after work at 930 pm and it was closed. Mind you this is a Saturday night!! Who closes that early on a Saturday night. As luck would have I had to stop there the next night and I sat in the drive thru lane for 15 minutes before the took my order then she told me I couldnt order fries or nuggets because they were closing shortly and cleaning fryers. She gave me a list of the food that was left that I could order. She was also very nasty about it! Its right next to my work so often I wind up there and every time I go they're out of frosties, or coke, or sprite, or barbecue sauce. Last time the were out of cheese. WTH?? This place is a joke and most of the staff at work make jokes about this place. The truth is they ought to just close the doors on it. If you're lucky enough to get the food you order its usually made wrong or nasty!!! That's if they even give you what you order. I have countless times of getting the entirely wrong food as well.
