While interacting with one of your bartenders, I was met with repeated dismissive behavior. She continuously stated, "I'm only a bartender, I can't read minds," instead of offering assistance or resolving the issue. We even tried to have Management come and resolve the issue but the bar made got very rude loud rude and obnoxious and had us escorted out. More concerning, however, was that during this interaction, she directed a racial slur toward me by calling me a "Black bitch." This behavior is not only unprofessional--it is discriminatory, offensive, and completely unacceptable in any setting. No customer should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and investigated immediately. Incidents like this reflect poorly on your establishment and create a hostile and unsafe environment for patrons. Additionally, if this matter is not addressed appropriately, I am prepared to make my fellow Black community aware of the type of employees being placed in your establishment, as no one should have to endure this kind of treatment. I expect a prompt response regarding how this issue will be handled.
