We ordered 3 different pizzas... one with garlic cream sauce and green peppers, one with pepperoni, sausage & red peppers and another specialty pizza with the hot honey & arugula with pepperoni and Calabrian chili's. Man, that was some good Za!! Claire was our server and she was terrific, too! Clearing dirty plates, refreshing silverware and beverages. Terrific attitude! All in all, Bettendorf has an amazing pizza restaurant that the locals should be grateful for in their own neighborhood! And, Smash serves beer, wine, and cocktails, too. I wish I lived closer. It was spacey and plenty of room to hold a busy Friday crowd without it being too packed. The day we went was winding down from a lunch crowd, so it was pleasantly busy but quiet. Margherita is usually my favorite but the sausage is better here. The margherita was just tomatoes and a hint of balsamic glaze. Real margherita is just a red sauce with real mozzarella cheese on top. Not sure why we're are putting balsamic on it. Overall the Sicilian sausage was a 6.8/10
