They've had their ups and downs with employees like all businesses do being in a college town, but the staff that work there at this time always take care of my kids wanna come there every week and get their pizza they're very nice friendly and if they made a mistake, they fix it right then with no complaint, I'm very happy with the food as long as my kids are happy. My experiences have all been good. Orders are always correct, fresh, and on time. I use the app to make my orders and to find specials or deals. The parking lot can be tricky since it's a small lot on the corner. It's also a pretty small store since it's mostly delivery and pick ups. read more

Horrible!!!! I will not be ordering from them again. Papa John's is suppose to be the place but nope, or this one! I ordered these poppers because my kids really wanted them and when they arrived this is what they looked like. The dough was not fully cooked and they look nothing like the advertised ones. What the heck are these!!!! I called to let them know these poppers looked like they were made by a toddler, heck my toddler could have done way better. They said they would replace them and get this, they came out the same I didn't taste them but my kids did and immediately spit them out and said it tasted like cardboard. These guys used to use real Canadian bacon "rounds" but they've decided to go with the weird cubed strips of Canadian bacon. It totally ruined the whole topping. The lady on the phone was very nice, the delivery guy delivered the pizza on time and the pizza was hot. I ordered the meats pizza with extra cheese. The pizza was good but I gave it a 2 rating because the meat toppings were VERY sparse and only had a few pieces of each of the different meats on it. I felt like I was eating a cheese pizza. Papa John's used to be my go-to pizza place when I didn't feel like cooking. Their garlic butter, tomato sauce, and toppings where always SO delicious that it was worth paying a little extra. Last night, I ordered a large pizza from the PJs on Alice street, and when I went to pick it up I took a deep breath, expecting that gourmet papa john's aroma, and instead I got a nose full of cheap, gross pizza smell. The toppings were nothing like the quality I have come to expect from PJs, the chicken had no taste, and its texture was reminiscent of a soggy popsicle stick. The pizza was a huge disappointment, and I am not ever going to order from here again. I am awarding them a single star because the garlic sauce was as good as ever, but I recommend buying just the sauce and getting a proper pizza from another pizza place (or the grocery store). read more

I ordered my pizza at 9:15 on my cell phone. I called at 10:15 and told them I never got my pizza. This young manager named Jessica called me a liar and said that I ordered my pizza at 9:35. I said that was impossible since I had the time on my phone. She was so rude and did not care at all. Finally my pizza came at 10:20. I called back and told her that before she calls her customers liars, she should check the receipt. It said my order was complete red at 9:20. She yelled at me and hung up! So rude. I do understand that it is common custom to tip in America, and in this case I understand I placed an order and asked for extra cheese on my pizza and I'm sure there was an issue with my card and the manager took care if my order free of charge and I really do appreciate that. My food was hot and 100% accurate. But what I don't appreciate is how the manager or my delivery driver. Reached because I was unable to tip him. I'm in college and my roommates and I scrape up what we have to get pizza and we get treated like that. I'd rather you talk about me in the car but that really made me uncomfortable and I really regret ordering. Sometimes people genuinely appreciate your efforts and you will be rewarded in other ways but the reaction I received tonight was pretty sad.
