Total mom and pop place that screams authentic to the a T! Great lunch specials- I had the $6.99 slice and salad.good prices and portions. The owner was on site greeting everyone and telling them about the legacy of the restaurant. I ordered a slice of sausage- it was good but there wasn't quite enough cheese because the sausage kept sliding off on the table-lol. My first time coming here and the description is correct - it is hidden in a little strip mall type building. Walking in though, you are hit with the aroma of deliciousness. I love the family owned atmosphere as I hear the cashier ask her mom if she got the next table. As the daughter of a small business owner, I love to support small local businesses. I came on a Friday night around 6:45 PM after placing a pick up order via telephone and the place was packed, but a good kind of packed- not an overwhelmed kind of packed. I can see parking being a problem on busy nights because it looks like the strip mall stays pretty busy, but I did find a spot a little ways down. And there are a couple of spots reserved for Nick's customers only. Now to the food, I called in my order and it was ready promptly (about 15 mins) when I got there. It was hot and fresh and the pizza was delicious. The crust is more of a hand tossed NY style crust, which I really enjoy. Thanks Nicks! I will be back to try more! read more

So happy to have found a wonderful family ran pizza joint! The vibe is real deal, classic family owned pizza joint. I felt like I was somewhere in NY. lol The sauce is so good! I had the eggplant Parmesan I ate the whole thing and saved my left on over sauce for bread dipping later, because the sauce is soooo good! They make it there and you can taste it. I am so picky when it comes to a good pasta sauce. Now I know exactly where to get some good pasta with some tasty sauce! Enjoyed every last drop. Loved dipping my bread in the sauce. I haven't tried the pizza but I know it will be great with the quality sauce'! My kids went to the little pizza chef class and had an amazing experience! Kudos to the owners for setting that up. Lemme start with the blah customer service. Just super dry and not one smile. I ordered a large pizza and they give me one packet of peppers and cheese. The Philly was dry meat on super thick bread with no flavor. I had to doctor it up by adding seasoning. No onions and the cheese was unforgiving. Won't be back. read more

A dated place with dated food. Pros: - Friendly staff. - Clean-ish. Cons: - Got a Sicilian deep dish. Pizza was undercooked, so dough was barely cooked apart from the edges. Pepperoni was warmed - not hot - and had a mass market taste. - Crust was meh. Like a soda bread, so it didn't complement the pizza sauce. - Sauce was meh. Cheese was meh. - Salad was below meh: iceberg lettuce, a small tomato slice that had been refrigerated too long, and a pepperoncini. At the bottom of the bowl I found a leaf that had rotted to almost brown mush. Yuk. - Other items I saw folks eating were equally unappealing. In summary, nice folks. This place totally screwed up our order and when we called them, we asked that they just credit our card back for the expense and not bring anything else. I specifically told the lady that I didn't want to tip the driver because I had left $10.00 in change on our door front table which the driver took. Low and behold two days later I'm looking at my bank and they charged me twice and took extra $2.00 out of my account even when I didn't authorize it.
