Fabulous! We actually had an "adult" birthday party of 14 that they were able to accommodate last Sunday for us. Food & service was great- JoJo, Brad and Greg were all fantastic. I was distracted, so didn't take may pics. Appe's, Maurice salads, pizza and breakfast pizza(my fav!) + desserts too! Great Detroit style pizza- we're originally from MI- iykyk. Faygo and Vernors pop/sodas too. They have GF options also. Love this place! Fun to introduce to our friends!

The pizza was delicious! Fun menu! With lots of specialty pizza options! Service was great and the food came out fast! Definitely can't wait to go back and try something else!

The Motown Supreme Pizza ( no mushrooms)

Placed an online order on a Friday evening and headed towards the restaurant, since my drive was about the wait time. Arrived to a busy restaurant with even seating outside full! The interior was nice and clean, I walked in to the counter and the staff member was great! Super helpful and friendly, I wish I would have asked her name for a shoutout- because she was great! Drove home and dived in. I ordered the supreme without mushrooms. The pizza was ok, based on other reviews I thought the crust was going to be buttery, but it wasn't. The pizza sauce is really good, nice and tangy! The toppings were plentiful. I wasn't a dan of the pepperoni because the rind was stringy and I gad to remove it from each bite of pizza that included pepperoni. Not sure I will return but I think everyone should give it a try to determine if it fits their preference.

Just an updated review here. Lunch special tip, get the 2nd slice for only $2 more (I take it for dinner leftovers) And-- special shout out to our waitress Candy who literally made our day by being just so sweet, friendly, funny and genuine.

This place is a gem. The service alone yields this place a 5/5. Our server Amber exuded kindness. She was friendly, caring and truly wanted to ensure we had the best experience. Here's what we got: Apps: - potato skin chicken strips: this with the French onion dip? Top tier. We had like 3 separate servings of the sauce itself. Loved the onion bits in this. Entrees: - Biria pizza: the chipotle cream was top tier. The biria was fine, but I think the pizza is good enough without needing to dip in it. - Texas sweet heat: we subbed the pepperoni for ground beef. This was my wife's absolute favorite. Dessert: - s'mores cannoli: this was our favorite. Absolutely delicious. - Reece's Cannoli: the peanut butter in this was a tad overpowering. We preferred the s'mores. All-in-all, fantastic place. Loved the service and atmosphere around the restaurant.

Tikka Masala w. Chicken on Detroit Style Crust

MCP is some of the best pizza we've had in the area. It's a small establishment that's always buzzing during typical dinner hours so you may have to wait a little while if you opt to dine in (note: we've been only on the weekends each time). During nicer weather, they also have a couple of picnic tables outside. The staff here are always warm, efficient, and timely to check on you. As for the food, we have enjoyed everything we've tried. Most recently, we had the The B6 as well as the Tikka Masala w. Chicken (which I believe is one of the specials in May). Both were delicious and brought out piping hot. Although it's a thicker crust, we like that it's not too dense or greasy. If you're a hungry man or teen, I don't think it's difficult to put away half of a large pie on your own. When the place is packed, you will need to be a little patient to get your food because that also probably means it's prime time for take out orders, too. Just be patient and order an app or two & a cold drink and just whet your appetite for the goodness that's to follow!

The Detroiter. Great sauce and cup pepperoni. Delicious!

Great Detroit style pizza. Crispy crust and toasted toppings. We had the Detroiter . Cup style pepperoni cut into 8 squares. Perfect for 4 people. That and a couple of Detroit brews and our meal was perfect.

MissJojo was so good, very sweet and attentive to our needs. 1st time here. Great suggestions on food. The restaurant was clean, quiet and the game was on. The pizza, soup and salad were all delicious. Lunch specials on the weekend a few breakfast pizza offers. I would recommend this spot to others who like Detroit style pizza. The wings were so YUMMY and fried to perfection JUST LIKE I ASKED!! Not overpriced and affordable enough for a family. As we sat there I watched so many people coming for call in orders. Inside area was big enough for a small group or gathering.

Dropped by Motor City Pizza late Sunday to pick up some pies to go! We've tried their frozen pizzas from Costco and H-E-B and only recently realized that they have a brick and mortar location close to where my husband plays basketball every week, so we've been meaning to stop by and experience the in-person vibes. For some reason the online preorder for takeout form stopped accepting orders around 7:15 PM but the lady who picked up the phone when I called was super nice and took my order very quickly. We arrived around 7:55 and both pizzas we got had just come out of the oven! Paying was quick and easy and we were out the door in a few minutes. Pizzas stayed warm through the 25 minute drive to a friend's place and we got to enjoy them within the half hour. We got the supreme and their current seasonal flavor, the Thanksgiving pizza. The supreme was excellent and the crust was amazing; the very center was a bit soggy on the bottom but I have to assume the transport time didn't help and if we'd eaten the pizza immediately we wouldn't have the same issue. The Thanksgiving pie was truly phenomenal!! Our favorite by far, all the flavors worked so well together and we can't wait to stop by and try some of the other creative options at this place. It's pretty out of the way for us but definitely worth it for the best Detroit style pizza in the area that we've tried so far.

Fun Saturday night at Motor City ! Place was hopping which was great to see. We started with garden salads each were large enuff to share so beware! Then off to the pizzas! 2 large pies, the longacre (had one last week - awesome) and the special offering: chicken, artichoke , balsamic vinegar (think sweet and savory at the same time) Great pizza and a local crowd i"m hooked on the flavors and will be a regular

The best pizza I've ever had, and the server was amazingly friendly!! The lunch special was only $7.99 for a drink, a side salad, and a slice of deep dish Chicago-style pizza.

Sweet Texas heat added ricotta! Delicious

Ask the Community - Motor City Pizza

    What is in boss sauce?

It's our house marinara. Ground Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Garlic, Oregeno, Italian Seasonings, Salt, Pepper and a little Sugar.

Do you have a bar area with tv's?

Yes. The entire place isn't that big and multiple TVs. About 6 seats at the bar. Not a bad seat in the house

Culinary Mastery in Flower Mound: A Transcendental Pizza Experience…read more It is a rare occurrence to encounter a dining establishment that treats the humble canvas of dough, sauce, and cheese with the reverence of a fine art gallery. Yet, tucked away in a pristine, modern shopping enclave in Flower Mound, **Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza** is doing exactly that. As a connoisseur who has traversed the country in pursuit of the perfect pie, I can say with unequivocal authority: this is not merely a meal; it is a masterclass in culinary composition. The Atmosphere of Excellence From the moment you cross the threshold, the experience is curated with precision. The environment feels fresh, intentional, and inviting. However, the true heartbeat of the restaurant is the service. In an era where genuine hospitality is increasingly elusive, our server, Claudia, operated at a level of executive-tier care. Her ability to balance professional attentiveness with a warm, family-oriented touch, even proactively engaging our four-year-old with a dough ball, was a masterstroke of guest relations. The floor management followed suit, providing not just oversight, but narrative depth, sharing the remarkable history of the founder's O1 Visa, a rare, prestigious designation reserved for individuals of "extraordinary ability." It is fitting, then, that the kitchen produces work of such caliber. The Gastronomic Journey The prologue to our meal, a Caprese salad paired with house-grade bread, oil, and balsamic, set a high bar for quality. The tomatoes and mozzarella were remarkably vibrant, possessing that elusive, sun-ripened depth that screams farm-to-table integrity. Then, the protagonists arrived: The Elisa: A triumph of balance. The interplay of ricotta and mozzarella provides a lush, creamy foundation, while the white truffle oil elevates the profile without overwhelming the palate. The addition of honey and black pepper creates a complex, symphonic finish that keeps the taste buds yearning for the next bite. It is, quite simply, an exercise in culinary restraint and harmony. The Star Beckham: A visual and structural feat, the star-shaped crust, filled to the brim with ricotta and bacon, is an architectural marvel. Removing the red onions allowed the savory depth of the bacon and the brightness of the basil and ranch to coalesce into a flavor profile that feels both innovative and deeply satisfying. The Traditional Pepperoni: Even the most basic offering was executed with technical perfection. When a four-year-old, the most honest of all food critics, declares it the best pizza they have ever consumed, you know the foundation of the dough and sauce is impeccable. We were further impressed by the beverage program, specifically the Mastri Birrai Umbri Blonde Ale. Its crisp, clean finish was the perfect accompaniment to the richness of the cheeses, proving that the beverage curation is just as thoughtful as the menu design. The Final Verdict We left Flower Mound with empty boxes and full hearts, the memory of the meal serving as the primary topic of conversation for the entire duration of our road trip back to El Paso. A "great" pizza can be found in many corners of Texas, but an *extraordinary* pizza is a distinct privilege. Mister O1 does not simply feed you; they transport you. My only professional grievance is the significant distance between El Paso and Flower Mound. If you find yourself anywhere near the North Texas area, treat this as a mandatory pilgrimage. It is, without reservation, a must-visit destination for anyone who treats pizza as a serious culinary art form.

He never made us wait for anything and was very polite. 2 Stars Food: We ordered (essentially) 4 pizzas and a Caprese salad. The Caprese was fantastic. The high quality EVOO that was served with it was very fruity and delectable. We had the classic pepperoni pizza, a 1/2- 1/2 Federico and Meat Lovers 2.0, and a Maria. All three were very good. I like a little more sauce on mine with a bit more "tang" to it, but it was still good. Crust on all were that perfect crispy that would hold up to just holding it from the end crust. 1.5 Stars Overall: Good pizza, and next time we will try the "Extraordinary" pizzas which have ricotta stuffed in them. 4.5 Stars

It was a great chance to explore other menu options. The Italian sandwich is good. It was loaded with meat, black olives, onions, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato and a tasty creamy Italian sauce. I chose coleslaw as my side and it was pretty decent. The sandwich was fulfilling. I was definitely satisfied and would order this again. The wings were disappointing. I chose the mango habanero flavor. The wings were cooked well and the presentation looked amazing. The sauce was great, but it tasted like the chicken wasn't cooked with any seasoning. It was like bland chicken with sauce poured over it. A little salt and pepper goes a long way. The blue cheese dressing was yummy though. My waiter was AWESOME! He was friendly, helpful and polite. He provided great service and I enjoyed his pleasant presence. I came after the lunch rush. It was a bit untidy inside and as I was sitting there they were slowly cleaning up the dining area. I will cut them a little slack. Overall a good visit and I left feeling full and mostly happy. The Italian sandwich is a YES! The wings are a NO for me. It was a great experience to try something new.

She asked reservation - we do not have any reservations. Again, I stated that I have a reservation with a confirmation and reminders. She said you do? I stated yes, let's not go there and please fix it. I showed her the confirmation. They pushed tables together and we were seated. As we seated, she stated she would get us some rolls. We saw a smaller party, seated after us, receive rolls. We were eating, I asked for some rolls. She stated they are cooking some, they did not have any reservations, and did not plan for many people (like Mother's Day). I reminded that WE had a reservation. We finally received the rolls, closer to the end of our meals. During our eating, I asked her for more napkins - she responded - MORE NAPKINS - I put extras on the tables? I stated we used them (adults, children and a toddler) - we needed napkins. No cool. My son and daughter in love - waited long for their pizza (we all had our meals). She finally brought a pizza to the table and advised that the wrong pizza was cooked. (She did say they could eat that pizza (at no charge), since they have been waiting so long. Before the correct pizza arrived, she did ask if they wanted to box it up (we were all packaged up). So they did take it to go. I asked for two cups of sweet tea to go - she said you want two cups to go, I laughed and confirmed, "Yes, I am thirsty" the tea was very good! She then asked if one was for myself and my son (we both ordered tea (refills are included). We were going to get dessert, we decided, after this meal were not going to order any. After all, we didn't want to need more napkins. #1 - No apology for not having us on the reservation. #2 - She mentioned again we did not have any reservations and not prepared (when I asked for rolls). #3 - Why do we need more napkins - she had put extras on the table. #4 - Ask why I need two teas and who were they for? #5 - My daughter-in-law paid cash. She returned her change without removing the charge (which we had to ask what this fee was; she stated it was an automatic cc fee). My DIL said, "Oh, I have cash." Yet, she still charged the fee; she had to return the fee to my daughter in law. I will state that I budgeted a higher tip because we were a large party. I covered my 3 sons (the dads) and myself. However, I gave her 20% (with much regret). I just could not bring myself to reduce it. So disappointed. Food was good but that type of service!! 06.27.2026 - Finally, after sending *unanswered email, calling for owner(was told the owner would be in Friday and Sat. p.m.). She apologized - hoped we come back. Cassandra

It wasn't a pan pizza, but I guess it's what they're calling pan. It was a standard depth pizza crust bottom (nothing pan about it) with a thicker raised high edge on the outer edge of the pizza. It looked like a stuffed crust pizza, but it wasn't stuffed. It had a generous amount of toppings.
