The vegetarian option came with one serving of both green and black olives, along with some other staples. Not the diversity of options I wanted. I also asked to sub spinach for the jalapenos. The photos shows they took out the jalapenos, but I don't see any evidence of spinach. Be forewarned: the cauliflower crust is a $6 upcharge, which is excessive. I knew that before ordering but that was my only option with my gluten allergy.

As much as I try to avoid chains, dad expressed curiosity about the Granbury Pizza Hut, so we decided to give it a try. What we found was a pretty good pizza. We went with the thin and crispy crust, which was quite good, and the "Spicy Sicilian" toppings (sausage, jalapenos, onions). Topping quantities were generous (for Thuy the jalapenos were a tad too generous, but that was fine by me as I got hers). The sausage had that nice fennel taste I like in Italian sausage. This large pizza was $10 and struck us as a very good deal. Thuy also made a trip to the somewhat limited salad bar for $2. We also tried an order of wings (8 for $6) and they we good. We liked the fact you can get them traditional, i.e. without breading. All in all, pretty good. Dad has already expressed interest in the lunch buffet.

I live ten minutes away, so arrived right when the order was supposed to be ready. I entered the store - it was empty/no other customers and 0 diners present. I only saw 2 employees at 7:30 PM. The front desk person told me that my order would take another 35-40 minutes... I said "WHY?" And she said something about their app didn't take into account the orders their store was already working on. I told her "then your store/company shouldn't feature an app that's so misleading to its customers." I asked her how in the world they thought they'd earn any repeat business with unacceptable policies like this. I asked her if I would get any kind of compensation for having to wait an extra/unplanned 40 minutes for my order. She said she'd have to talk with the manager and walked to the back of the store. She came back a minute later and said "we can give you a drink or a dessert." I told her "don't bother - that's beyond pathetic!" Four other customers came into the store after I arrived to pick up their orders and were also told it would be another "20 or so minutes...". I can't believe the store manager didn't have the interest or professionalism to have the decency to walk to the front counter where I was, to apologize or explain what was going on. I finally got my order after the extra 42 minute wait and told the counter employee I'd never be coming back to their store (or any Pizza Hut.) She just looked at me like she didn't care. I regretted doing an automatic 18% tip when I'd paid my bill on the app tonight. To add more to the offense, the 2 pizzas were lackluster and were over baked. I strongly advise Granbury pizza lovers to get their pizza from ANY other store manager except Pizza Hut!
