They don't even deliver to my house since they moved locations awhile back. I went in person about month ago. (June 2026 around 6:99-6:30 pm) The 5 or 6 employees that were working were absolutely busting their butts. The person I assumed was the manager (AL) was loudly barking orders at everyone. One young employee, who I believe may have had special needs, was stocking the cooler with bottled drinks. He accidentally mixed a few Mountain Dews in with the Pepsis, and you would have thought he'd committed a terrible offense. The manager pulled every bottle back out and made him do it all over again while speaking to him in a way that was completely unnecessary. The young man looked so defeated. It honestly broke my heart. I believe managers should have authority and hold employees accountable, but there's a way to do it with respect and dignity. When you order a garlic super stuffed crust pizza and receive a regular one... need I say more? This kind of unforgivable letdown has happened too many times now for me to stay silent. Here's how the conversation went when I called to get my order fixed: Ring ring Manager: "Hello." Me: "I'm not trying to be difficult, but the pizza I ordered through the app was supposed to be stuffed crust. Is there something you can do?" Manager: "Yeah nooooo, you clicked the wrong button. There's nothing I can do." Me: "Sure, buddy. Thanks for your help." I would've been fine if they just told me they ran out of stuffed crust--but no, I guess he thought it was better to insult my intelligence instead. As a lover of boneless wings, I have frequently ordered them from Papa John's in Granbury, Texas. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. On at least two occasions, I received my order of 30 unsauced boneless wings and was disheartened to find that a significant portion of them were no larger than a nickel or a quarter. I contacted the Papa John's from where the order originated and spoke with the manager. He acknowledged that this was a recurring issue, attributing it to the source of the chicken, and informed me that he had raised this concern with the corporate office. I asked for a refund, and they said they could have the box of wings back. The manager said that the only thing he could do was give me a free ten-piece the next time I ordered from them. I asked why he didn't just put two in for every small one; he said he would start doing that. I am doubtful. On Papa John's website, there is a particular number of grams per order of wings. 30 Unsauced boneless wings should be 840 grams. There is a specific nutrition profile for the amount of chicken. When you buy 30 wings, it is not just about the count but also the grams. So it feels like false advertising when I pay for 840 grams of chicken but only get closer to 400-600. -- FYI: 840g = 1.852lbs read more

Without a doubt, this is the cleanest pizza restaurant that I have ever encountered. I've gone to this Papa John's several times for carry out pizza and I am just amazed at how well the staff takes care of their workspace. Even their aprons are clean. I've spoke to the manager about this and he told me that his staff takes great pride in the cleanliness of their restaurant. It's the little things in life that lead to big things. If they take that much pride in keeping the store clean, imagine how much pride they take in preparing your pizza. And yes, their pizzas are DELICIOUS! read more

We had delivery of pizza to Kroger. The drive is 4 minutes. The driver called us from the wrong address out in Tolar. She said this was the directions that she was given. She said that papa Johns said it was our fault. The address as you can see is correct on the box. No more papa Johns read more

I ordered a pizza and my order never came. I called to ask where is my pizza and they realized it was delivered to the wrong house. I even tried to wave the driver down. I asked for a discount or some compensation and the manager very RUDELY "Said NO!" DO YOU WANT YOUR BLEED PIZZA! I said yes. Wow. My wife order a pizza for delivery and they say it will be 32-42 minutes. Pizza shows up at 1 hour 15 minutes cold. Call them to complain and the manager says well we are busy. If you dont like it too bad order from someone else. Won't refund money. I didn't call to get a pizza that I have to cook. So because my wife has to do Papa John's job for them and complains she gets banned from that shithole. read more
