When I called the store I was told they gave it to him when he was there that he actually asked for it and the manager handed it to him himself. When I told them it never made it home and my older son did not even know I ordered it. I was told I was mistaken he was given it and he must have lost it on the way home. I explained to the manager he could not have asked for it he had no idea the items I ordered. All the manager would say is well I don't know what to tell you we gave it to him. He actually wanted to argue with me instead of fix the issue. Worst service ever!! I would not recommend ordering from this location, I know I will not be ordering from them again
