We ordered quickly and went with the Cajun Sampler--Red Beans and Rice, Gumbo, Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya, and Crawfish Sauce over Rice. We also added hushpuppies and boudin. Every single thing was spot‑on delicious. Each sampler dish had the perfect balance of rice to main ingredients, and the flavors were rich, authentic, and comforting. The boudin was the real deal, and the hushpuppies were just as good. Brandon was our server, and he couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating, especially considering how close it was to closing time. For being this far from Louisiana, Papa Dubi's is absolutely doing it right. We'll definitely be back.
