The delivery was faster than anticipated which was nice and the person delivering it very personable. I am lactose intolerant so ordered it without cheese. The ad said a large pizza was $10 on special but after selecting my 3 toppings wound up costing $29 plus tip? The pizza sauce was way too thick and with seasoning tasted horrible to me, I ordered normal. The seasoned sauce clashed with both the tomato sauce which tasted like canned, and overpowered the pineapple bita instead of complementing. The Canadian Bacon was minced into tiny bits annd my pizza has less than an handful, the olives were anbout the only ingredient that came as expected. The spinach became tough and stringy after baking. The crust was very tough, how they screwed up a standard crust is beyond me. Even my dog had difficulty chewing it, My 1star was for the prep and delivery! about all I can say is it was better than the local Dominos was! just buy a frozen pizza for $7.99 and heat it up! save $20. read more

WHERE ARE THE TOPPINGS? I literally thought they sent me a cheese pizza. It was supposed to be a Super Hawaiian/add chicken. What I got was a cheese pizza with a few tiny bits of...something. I could see a little pineapple, a few shreds of Canadian bacon and a couple small pieces of chicken. For $37.55 (excluding the tip!) I would expect to get something resembling what I ordered. The BBQ wings were just ok. The owner of this store (Helena MT) should be ashamed of the product they produce. Definitely NOT ordering from here again. EVER. read more

What can you really say. The customer service is subpar at best. After watching some of the food preparation routines. The lack of hand washing I have observed is the biggest problem. The workers only care about the next break session when they don't feel they still represent the owners of the stores. I get everyone says they are short staffed, but maybe just maybe don't hire the first heartbeat that walks through the door or applies on line gets a job. You also get subpar customer service associates. Location has really gone down from just a couple years ago. I digress this jut seems like a rant box anymore read more

Do not waste your time or money. Originally wanted to go out for pizza but papa johns is usually a good place to order from. Not this time. This will be the last time I order from papa johns. Ultimate pepperoni was most definitely not ultimate. Bbq pizza looked like someone took a dump on it. Extremely disappointed. read more

Papa John's hired a driver, that showed up 8/11 at my house to deliver pizza, and became verbally assistive towards members of my family. Wouldn't leave when asked to leave. Had to be removed from the property. Papa John's only sent him home and said he got "wrote up" but I call bull. I know they're looking to sweep it under the rug and I'll be damned if I let that happen. If I could give 0 I would. Our first time dealing with this store the guy we spoke to was rude, insulting and hung up on me 3 times. When I finally got to talk to someone else he was actually nice and said he was a manager and the other man was not. He apologized and said he would handle it. He gave me a store credit and apologized once more. After that I felt a little better knowing most places have bad apples and you shouldn't judge the entire place due to one. The next time I decided to go back to this store was months later. They are by my parents so I decided to use my credit as I do like the Papa John's franchise. My mom ordered the pizza at 4:30pm we got to her house at 5:30pm. She told us she was confused as the guy said 20-30 min and it should be there by now. We have them 20 more min before we called. My mom spoke to a female manager who seemed really confused about the order saying she couldn't not find it. When my mom told her what it was she replied that is an online special and she would not have been able to order that over the phone. My mom explained she got the store and spoke to a male manager (I'm guessing the same rude guy I got the credit for) because she was using a credit. She was upset being we had kids waiting to eat dinner. I got on the phone after they were trying to figure out what to do and asked if she could just place an order for thin crust pepperoni pizza. She said yes and apologized. She offered a 15% discount and I told her thank you. She then asked about payment and I told her it was the credit on my account. She said ok and it would be about 30 min. Around 6:30pm we still did not have a pizza. We called again and finally got through and someone said it was out for delivery and apologized saying they are short drivers. It is now 7:34pm with no pizza and we had to feed the kids otherwise. We tried calling and we're on hold for 35 min. If this is what Papa Johns pizza is as a franchise I do not recommend anyone use them. Rude service, lies, continuous waiting and in the end no pizza ever came. DO NOT GOT TO THIS STORE. AND AVOID THIS PIZZA PLACE! read more

Not as good as other cities thats for sure. No decent specials for carryout. 25 percent off order is not much compared to their usual offers for carryout. I thought he was keeping me from knowing about better deals.. So I walk out saying let's go to domino's. He yells out I hope you like putting cardboard down your throat! Pizza was such a disappointment tonight. I ordered 3 large and they all looked smaller though and more like medium size. They were made with the large dough though probably( because the crust was huge), but they just weren't rolled out enough. Also hardly any toppings, cheese or sauce. Several people in my family don't like papa Johns, so I was embarrassed for trying to get them to give it another try. The problem here is management. The general manger don't care and the staff has even stated so. Once soon a time they where great and locations else where are amazing but this one is horrible staff is a joke eating swearing and goofing off. Lies about time for delivery 30 mins turns into two hours was told we would be comped and card refunded but it never was. Next time the pizza was burnt and smashed as if chucked around and cold. Such a shame we used to be regulars but over the past few months it's gone down the hole don't waste your time we no longer are corporate states there in the process of redoing staff but the was months ago. read more

Today was the first time I've ever ordered papa johns. I'm very displeased at the service I received. I have worked in the restaurant business before, so I know what it is like to be busy. On the other hand, I never let someone walk into my establishment without a "hello" or "we'll be with you in a minute". When I walked in, I waited for ten minutes at the counter without a word or even anyone acknowledging I was standing there. When the gentleman came to take my order, he acted annoyed and did NOT make eye contact one time. I love the pizza you provided me but the service was absolutely TERRIBLE.
