i have been buying pizza there for twice a month for more than 13 years. Over the past three years it has steadily declined. The costumer service has gone done hill rapidly. Over the last six months there have been three price hikes. Friday afternoon I called their business and was imediately placed on hold for ten minutes. I got tired of waiting, and drove to their location. After I ordered, I sat in the lobby, only to hear the constant complaining of the female about everyone's attitude toward her (lack) of costumer service. Now I understand why... They are very rude !! and lack any costomer service skills. There were only two people working on what is normally the busiest day of the week for pizza sales. I ordered an extra large works pizza, like I have done for the last 13 plus years. When I got it home, there was a large pizza in an extra large box. They have lost me as a loyal Papa John's costomer. I suggest you buy your Papa John's pizza at the Homassasa location... Richard.... read more

I was in the inverness fl store this mornig 11.30 am there was about12 children making pizza i seen them throwing the Dough on the floor so i asked the owner if i could have fresh dough He seen i was watching He yeld at me and told me to go Sit Down He used the dough that was on the floor to make pizzas.i will never go there again and i'm telling every one i know not to go there HE WAS SO RUDE read more

The food was terrible my wings came with ranch I didn't get the ranch and the Oreo bites do not look like the picture and I didn't get my icing cup the pizza was trash and I called to complain and the manager really put me on hold and was rude and said we can give u credit to get a ranch cup with your next order" like what ? Great tasting pizza combinations, but it's not NY so don't order it expecting a slice from the Big Apple. It's a tasty take away pizza at a very affordable price. By far the worst pizza I ever had. Ordered two large pizzas with extra cheese,pepperoni and onion. One was free as I won a free pizza from an organization in the are the 2nd cost me $15.00. When we got home we found a pizza with a few slices of pepperoni none of which I tasted after eating two slices and a few onions just enough to taste. The cheese was of poor quality and was like eating toffee not cheese. That followed by indigestion the rest of the night. They will never see me there again. read more

During times like these when local businesses need the support of the community, it is not appropriate for your staff, specifically Mary, to chase away customers. Mary came across with a sense of entitlement as she did not care or allow me to speak with her superior regarding her nasty attitude toward the customer, and failed to provide pizza deals to choose from. I placed my order at your large competitor instead whose quality and pricing is far much better. I encourage others reading reviews to pay careful attention to authentic reviews such as this one. The pizza and service at Papa John's Inverness is not worth your money. There is far much better pizza, service and pricing at other locations! Update: Apparently Mary's superior, Michael, is a relative (perhaps her dad or grandfather) whose attitude and lack of business etiquette is worse than Mary's. Michael called me five hours after I contacted corporate with no regret for how terrible of service we experienced; he instead threatened me for having complained about his employee/relative at Papa John's Inverness, FL. If this is how they treat their customers verbally, I can only imagine what gross things they are likely doing with the food being ordered. I will reiterate-- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Different price than advertised online, no big deal. Pizza was burnt, almost to an inedible point, meh... whatever accidents happen....still edible. Pizza was cut like a Picasso painting, totally lost faith in humanity at this point. The crust was so sharp that it cut my lips. At $13 per 12" pepperoni pizza I expected a decent looking product, not a surprise injury that makes me feel like I have canker sores in the middle of summer. They charge a different price for the pizza than what is listed on the menu board. I talked to them about it and they told me the price changes often. They would NOT sell me the pizza for the price shown on the in-store menu. Do not eat here. read more
