The pizza, it's okay. It's a chain pizza shop so you know what you're getting. We ordered online, a fairly simple feat. Email confirmation stated 30-40 minutes. Over an hour later, still no pizza. On a Sunday night. Really? If it weren't for the "free pizza" coupon we received in the mail we wouldn't have ordered. This will probably be the last time we do so. The Night Manager was Unresponsive to a problem with my order. The Pizza Oven here at this store doesn't cook your Pizza correctly. I just recevied my what I call a small but papa johns calls a medium 3 topping pizza for $23.53 and it shows up at my door step cold and I ask for a menu and didn't get it eather. When you call their telephone number, you end up talking to someone in the Philippines. When you go to pay you end up with some system that doesn't understand anything you're saying. I ordered a couple of large pizzas and asked for some cups and plates and napkins. I didn't get any of those so here I am feeding a bunch of construction guys with a 2 L bottle of Pepsi and nothing to pour it in, and no napkins for them to wipe their hands after eating the pizza. If I could give negative stars, I would... If you see this, please don't eat here. Employees were rude to my son and I. We waited an hour for 1 pizza and it was cold when we received it and we were waiting right outside. While we were waiting we decided to take a walk and we saw the dumpsters on the side. Let me just say they should be ashamed. There was trash spewed all over the place and honestly it made me not want to eat but my son was hungry and we already been waiting for a while. Pizza was burned & not cut well at all. Last time I will order from them! This location is either hit or miss! Usually a miss!!

It was good as always but the pizza wasn't cut very well and it was delivered earlier then we asked so it was a little colder.

I ordered 2 extra large pizzas with two toppings and bacon cheesy bread one pizza wasnt cut and had a big hole in the middle no garlic sauce and I specifically asked for it the cheesy bread didn't have any bacon and the pizza was as thin as a piece of PAPER !!! Took almost 2 hours when deliver time was supposed to be 40-50 mins. Food arrived cold and STALE and I mean stale. We sent it back and called to say we wanted a refund. The manager Brianna was less than apologetic stating "when u ordered, it said 70 mins". Umm no it didn't and even if it did, 70 mins is not 2 hours. This is not our first terrible experience we have had with them. It's a shame the manager knows absolutely nothing about customer service. We won't be patronizing them again, and definitely wouldn't recommend. If I could give zero stars I would! read more

Papa Johns is just amazing. I'm impressed time and time again by their efficency and courteousness. Had a big party recently and went to pick up 8 pizzas. They had them ready earlier than expected and threw in some free plates and napkins. I also like how they use natural ingredients and their pizza is the only kind that doesn't give me a bad case of heartburn and indigestion. A little pricier than other pizza places around but it's worth paying more for better quality. read more

I love Papa Johns but due to severe financial hardships in my life, I had not been able to afford a pizza for almost 6 years. It was exciting for me to drive up to the shop and order my pizza to be picked up after a doctors appointment. When I got home and tried a newer recipe Hawaiian pizza with barbecue sauce, it was NOT to my liking at all. When I called the store and spoke to the manager Devon, he gave me a credit and told me to come in and get another pie. I told him that I would bring my remaining pizza to prove to him that this was purely a bad choice of pizza on my part. He told me this was not necessary. Hands down, Papa Johns not only has great food, they also stand behind their product 100%. I am so proud of this store and Devon. Ordered an XL cheese pizza that was not fresh at all. The cheese and pizza dough tastes spoiled, rotten...just was disgusting. Thought that I was exaggerating a bit but 30 min. later I began throwing up..never again will I eat pizza from this location.
