It was dirty, and the bar tender had horrible cleanliness habits. He didn't wash his hands and he coughed into them then made drinks. I saw him blow the foam off a soda. If this place wasn't close to our house we would NEVER come here. The staff, while SUPER nice, has NO clue what games are on or anything about sports. In addition, they've changed their hours so they no longer show UFC PPV events...and BWW advertises UFC events as a "sponsor". Every single time we go in we have to request games. Love this! My favorite place to get boneless wings and chips n' salsa would be here every time! Food comes very quick and hot. Sometimes a few mixups can happen because of how quick they get things done here, but it's rare. The staff are very kind and friendly and always take care of refills as soon as they get the chance. I'm a huge fan of their food. On Tuesday, 11 April, about 10pm, I went in to get food. The restaurant was FREEZING! To make a long story short, I asked the manager if she could turn the A/C up just a couple of degrees. She said no. The manger explained to me that the servers get hot. This location has gone downhill. I had what was possibly the worst service I've ever had today. Our group of 7 came in for our lunch break at about noon. We ordered, and then waited almost an hour for our food. The restaurant was not crowded at all, so that isn't an excuse for the ridiculous wait time. When the food did finally come out, the boneless wings were cold. Not warm, not getting cool. Cold. We brought this to the attention of our server, who apologized after leaving and then coming back to our table. A manager should have stopped by the table, or drinks should have been comped after an hour wait for cold food, but no. Nothing. I used to love B-Dubs, but now I'm done. The beer as you can see in the photo had a lot of foam, guessing that it's on a new tap because the other two were almost served to perfection. I had the Garlic Parmesan and the Caribbean Jerk. I paid over 17 dollars for a salad thru doordash and when I got it it didn't even fill the Togo bowl halfway! And it was soggy!

The food is good, but they are seriously understaffed for such a busy area. The result of this was that I was missing my fries. Ordered food through Doordash. I got the Buffalo ranch chicken wrap with potato wedges which the meal was so small at least compared to the Winchester BWW. The wrap was so salty and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. It had hardly any mild sauce on it. We came to the location because we received a giftcard as a birthday gift! Our waiter was fabulous, but the food was mediocre at best. When we went to pay they said they couldn't run the gift card because their system was down and asked for another form of payment. I told then no, we didn't because we were only there to use the giftcard. The takeout people are obviously not trained, get an attitude when you don't tip on a takeout order, and can't read.
