This place is disgusting. They don't wear gloves they're in between touching the dough and ingredients. and touching their phones without washing their hands. I come in here all the time to pick up delivery orders l, and I usually end up waiting 30 minutes with no acknowledgment that I'm even there. one time the manager walked in while I was waiting and all of a sudden they started saying "welcome in!" To the people that were coming in to pick up orders. half the staff is usually standing around talking about personal stuff while one person works on making pizzas. The place is gross. The service is bad and I definitely don't recommend ordering from here. read more

This place needs to get their act together starting with having someone--anyone- at the front counter paying attention to customers. We ordered online. Got notification the order was done. Walked in to get it and no one would come to the front to even ask why we were there. Stood in there 10-15 minutes being totally ignored as more customers kept coming in. Also being ignored. I counted at least 4 people working in there- all ignoring those waiting. Maybe a refresher in what customer service is?? We will think twice before ordering from here again. read more

Ordered my food, took almost two hours to get it and one of the pizzas was wrong. Called them to fix it and she said well I can refund you a pizza or the whole order but you will have to order again for a new one. and the wait time on that would be 30/45 minutes. I am not waiting almost another hour for an order that was wrong, late, AND I'd have to pay for AGAIN. Waste of time go literally Anywhere else instead, threw everything out and went elsewhere instead. read more

The food is good. The service is lacking. We get home and open the box and we either get slices made for super models or the giants from Roald Dahls The BFG. The crust is the same way. Its either too thin or too thick, it is rarely consistent. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. We ordered online. Watched the tracker. Went in to pick up our pizzas, and they said it would be QUITE a bit longer than it should be for 2 pizzas to be made. They said they couldn't adjust the tracker anymore, so it's basically broken. When we tried to speak to the manager, she didn't have a clue what was going on. The person running the register was way more helpful. What a joke!!! I absolutely love papa Johns pizza, but I have had the worst luck in Washington about getting good quality pizza and condiments. It all changed when I came to this location! Living in the area for over four years, this WAS our go to pizza place until now. You can see the quality slowly go away. One pizza we had, just had less sauce and toppings. It's a simple thing really but the cheese was so limited and our one topping selection was so scarce to be honest it didn't even taste good this time. The second pizza was thin crust and it was WAY over cooked. It was like eating pizza toppings off a cracker and the crust was burned. It's like they are no longer trying or they don't care. After tonight's order it's the last. Three strikes and you're out on baseball. So it's more than enough for this situation. I know what you are thinking, it's not high quality brick oven pizza place right? Well why that may be true, my kids like(d) it and now they don't eat it. Very upset . Ordered my pizza , appetizers and 2 liter of soda for the MNF game . Driver was tipped , card was charged for delivery too and they forgot my soda . I asked the driver and he said "no soda " and spoke real fast in Spanish and walked away . I called to address the situation and explained that I should not have to drive to go get my 5 dollar 2 liter of soda . The manager agreed and said they have no way to deliver it to me because they use door dash. He couldn't refund me either . This is terrible customer service and papa John's needs to do better . I placed an order for an extra large pizza and some bread sticks. When I received my order I got 2 mind you, pizzas that were not even what I ordered. Now, I was not about to go through the process of getting it corrected. It's just not worth it for many reasons. I called, said I would never order there again. The young lady o the phone was,shall I say energetic. I politely siad she has lost a customer and hung up. This can't be a difficult job. I'm a programmer and that's difficult. Seriously??? Worse customer service ever. I've been going there for a while now and literally every other time they somehow fuck up my order; a simple order of garlic breadsticks with 5-6 of their marinara. They fuck it up with literally NO other order in like before or after us. Tonight, was especially horrible. I decided to place a delivery order to my boyfriends house whom I was with an hanging with him. Unknown to me, there was a $5 delivery charge, which I then called back ASAP to ask if I could instead pick up instead of deliver since they didn't tell me the total on the phone, and found out via my bank account about the delivery charge. The nice manager waived the delivery fee and said it's no problem. I thanked her kindly and checked my bank account again to see if they refunded me. THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME. I immediately call back and ask why instead of refunding me they double charged me. They had no answers and instead I was met with "sorry, I don't know" and no real answer. The manager (I'm assuming) told me that it should refund to my account overnight. I hate giving my card info over the phone, but now? After being double charged and crap? Yeah, never happening again. So, I waited for my delivery. It arrived, I thank the driver, looked at the receipt, made sure it was right, and went back inside. THEY COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY SIMPLE ORDER OF GARLIC BREADSTICKS. THEY CHARGED ME FOR 6 THINGS OF MARINARA, and ONLY GAVE ME ONE. THE GARLIC BREADSTICKS WERENT EVEN COOKED ALL THE WAY. That, is freaking ridiculous. I apparently ordered the wrong crust on accident and when I received the thin crust pizza that I DIDNT want all the toppings were all on one side of the pizza. I then called the store to see what they could do for me considering I paid 40$ for my food the guy who answered the phone stated that they couldn't do anything except send out another order. Ooh Lala! I feel like a celebrity when I visit this fine dining establishment. The boys may look scruffy with their 'long hair, don't care' looks, but it's all business in here! Everything but the red carpet is rolled out. The young men opened the door for me both on the way in and out. Instead of sliding the pizza across the counter, they walked around and handed it to me. I've got these guys set to speed dial on my cell, for a quick dinner pick-up. The pizza is always made quickly, so it's ready within 15 minutes of placing the order. Done right. Priced right. So when I walked into the facility a lady was in black was walking out and asked me to wait just a moment. No problem but there were 3 other members in the facility 2 men, 1 with a long beard and 1 not as long as the other- no food nets no masks on, then a young lady with long hair no hair net, no mask. The two men just kept talking and looking at me and only once they saw the lady in black walk back in did they ask if I had been helped already i shook my head no and he goes "o" and just laughed the lady in black said she'd take it. I mean she was already back in. Honestly i was really surprised, no gloves, no hair nets no masks... Honestly it made my stomach turn a little bit... to watch the gent with the shorter beard touch his apron and stuff around the location then grab dough and toss it... seriously we ended up not even eating any of the food. I used to work in food and this was never allowed. Men had to keep beards in net, if you touched a surface you wash your hands before touching food and wore gloves. I came in on 4th of July weekend because my friend and I wanted to eat teriyaki and both local places were closed. As I was in a hurry to make it up I-5 to Arlington- I asked how long it would take to get a pizza. They had it made and ready to go in about 12 minutes or less. Considering everything is closed this weekend, I am SUPER grateful to these guys for being open and making us a good pizza!! Excellent customer service! read more

My husband believes in giving businesses second chances. Sometimes you have a bad experience; the next experience could be awesome. Unfortunately, our "second chance" with Papa John's was horrible. The cheese had a "plastic" taste to it; the crust lacked flavor, and the sauce was flavorless as well. On my husband's side, Ham and Pineapple, the ham was scarce. As I stated in my previous review, I would skip this place. Papa Murphy's is a much better option. Or even Domino's (which kills me to say). Papa John's should follow Domino's new marketing method of gaining REAL customer reviews with pictures. It might be eye opening for them to realize their pizzas just don't make the cut. read more

This store hands down does not have it together. They lack any sense of customer service whatsoever. First of all, the girl that took my call was offset by the fact that someone might actually be calling there and bothering her - no to mention the fact that once we got the order, it was completely wrong. So when I called the store and spoke with Derreck the manager on duty about having my order corrected he was absolutely rude and helpless - refusing to fix my order in ANY sort of expedited fashion I had to get my money completely refunded due to the lack of assistance from his end - It was almost as if I interrupted them all together and GOD FORBID they actually have to HELP someone? The saddest part of the whole thing was when I submitted an inquiry to corporate - I received a voice mail from the district manager and he was going to "talk to that store". I would much rather have preferred to have some additional resolution such as the manager of the actual store also contacting me and apologizing for the extremely rude behavior that their Manager on Duty exemplified. This is definitely a company that I will NO Longer do business with and will be sure to spread the word on the details of exactly what happened but this store should NOT be in business as they definitely tarnish the image of the brand that I know this company TRIES to put forth. read more

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this store. My pizza is always fresh and hot with plenty of toppings and cheese and it is always delivered to me in a timely manner. By timely manner I mean usually I have my food within 20 minutes. The one time they took a long time, I was compensated with a coupon in the mail for a free pizza. I didn't even leave a complaint or have to ask for it. I was very impressed with how quickly they took the initiative to apologize. I typically order online, but the couple of times I've been in the store, I've been greeted with awesome customer service. Overall, this is hands down my favorite pizza place in the area. This is awful. I would give one and half stars, only because we got a full refund on this. We got two half and half pizzas, which isn't the most fun to make, but can be done with care. We order Mediterranean veggie. That pizza has banana peppers. Both pizzas, each one had a half of this pizza, had NO banana peppers. The difference in color on the pizza was astounding. It was not half and half due to the cut job, the amount of toppings varied widely, the crust thickness is so different, and the tomatoes were far past their prime.
