We enjoy the burgers, fries and chicken wings, and decent prices on the combo options. You just have to be careful about what you choose because some things aren't up charge and your server may or may not tell you about that before your check comes. If you want to save some money, use their app and join their club and check for deals and don't forget to tell your server that you belong to the club and use points to save money on your check. The servers are always nice and the place is clean and the food comes pretty quickly. If you want an appetizer before your main meal, you probably want to order that first and wait until you get it then order your main dishes. They are that quick. This last time we had the original buffalo wing sauce and we're surprised that it was pretty spicy. We also had the honey sauce, which was really good too. We didn't realize that ordering bone- in was an up charge. (Why??) It does say so on their menu and since we ordered two out of the pick four appetizers in the combo, we were charged $1.50×2. I'm sure we'll be back because we enjoy the food, watching TV while we're eating, and the service has always been great. We will just need to study the menu better so we're not surprised by prices. Our experience here was extremely disappointing due to the terrible service. We were seated around 6:50 p.m. and waited over an hour just to get our first drinks. Another 40 minutes passed before our server finally took our order, and even then, our food took far too long to arrive. It also took an additional 15 minutes just to receive basic items like straws and utensils. Our server was inattentive and unprofessional. Instead of checking on her tables, she spent most of her time chatting and flirting with a group of men seated behind us. She even told them she'd give them a free item for letting her stand at their table and pretend to take an order. We didn't receive any apologies or complimentary items for the excessive delay, despite the restaurant being half empty. Buffalo is set up like a sports bar with big screens showing sports all over the walls and a full bar with seating. They feature wings but there are other things to choose from. I find this one item out at a time policy annoying. Once we all had our food I started in on the wings. They were pretty good in general. Some were a bit dry but that's usually expected. My Bride had a smash burger with Hatch chilies on it with a Margarita she raved about. My kid and her guy had wings and fries but they both said the fries were a miss this time. I would consider to-go orders for sure but might not dine in due to how the food comes out. There's so many that they can change the channel of your choice, just ask the waiter. The menu does not list a wing count for the orders like in the past. it's simply small or medium or large so they can really put any number of wings on a plate as they choose. Amazingly they give a calorie count to describe how many wings you are getting versus an actual true number ? Gee... I wonder how often the order size exceeds someone's expectations? Hahaha - NEVER !! This policy is clearly all about deception and cheating the customer. For $25 you get the largest order which is completely lame because you're only given about 15 or 16 wings. That is near $1.50 EACH wing ! Ridiculous. You can have a nice steak - baked potato and salad at many restaurants for the same price. The ones I was served were scrawny small dry and overcooked. Totally Lame. The wait staff just walks around like zombies they don't interact with the customers the chick that I had was so unfriendly and lazy it seem like she was on some kind of downer drugs.
