The food has always been a high point, but the service I, and others, experienced was inexcusably slow. After waiting 16 minutes at the counter to place my order, my wife and I and three other customers decided that there was no sign of counter service forthcoming. We were totally ignored and disrespected by the manager and kitchen staff. All their attention was directed to the drive-through customers. The manager looked at us several times, but never spoke to us nor made any attempt to have someone take our orders. Inexcusably rude and unprofessional. Thankfully there are many restaurants in town that value their customers. We won't be back. The manager should be fired.
