For the last few years it was, hands down, the worst chain restaurant I have eaten at. Horrible service, below average pizza (when they actually made your order), and an obviously displeased staff. Pizza Hut had become a place we simply were not willing to eat. Thus evening we decided to try this place one more time just to check out the new menu that has been advertised recently. The food was good, but more importantly the staff was great. We were quickly taken to our seats, our order was taken and a hot pizza was on the table quickly. Would be what someone expected if they stopped at any Pizza Hut in America. However it was such a marked improvement here that it deserves to be recognized. I would give it 5 stars, but it is Pizza Hut. Not exactly the best pie Chicago New York has to offer.
