I would give a zero star if I could. I did receive a part of my order. There was no chicken in my Alfredo. The workers had a attitude and there was a line of people having the same problem. It's very sad being the only one for a large distant but it keeps getting worse and worse. read more

We live 10 minutes away and it took them 2 hours to get here and they left only 16 minutes ago the rest was just making the pizza

The pizzas here are alright. Sometimes the toppings are really fresh and the pizza is well made. Other times, the pizza is just too oily or undercooked. I even threw up and got sick the last two times I ordered. The delivery is another big deal. Some times they are very prompt but the last few times, they took over 2 hours to deliver. When I called them to ask for the status, they said that delivery guy was on the way. Called an hour later again, and they said there was no order even placed. Finally talked to the manager and they said the order was place but the delivery guy couldn't find my place. Granted this only happened once, it was still frustrating. The food isn't too pricy though. They also have this cool feature where when you call them to order the first time, the computer stores the phone number and card information . So when you try to order the second time around, it's very convinient and you don't have to go to get your card out. Overall, they need to work on consistency of the food and better customer service. read more

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I ordered cinnamon sticks and they put BBQ SAUCE ON THEM. When I called and asked for a refund, they offered to send new ones the next day. Since I was leaving the next day, I politely asked for a refund instead. The manager didn't know how to offer a refund or give credit via gift card "without additional payment." Why would I give additional payment for their mistaken? The best I could get was store credit to that specific location, which is pointless since I do not live in pikeville. The manager was rude, and he and his employees were incompetent. This location is an embarrassment to Domino's locations nationwide. Please don't waste your money. There are better pizza places in Pikeville. read more
