Absolutely the worst pizza I've gotten in years. Ordered online, put well done, extra toppings, and got the opposite of both. Pizza is barely done at all, barely any cheese, and certainly not extra pepperoni. After the extra toppings it was about $18. I could have gotten multiple little Caesars for that much and would have been much better than that. 0/10 do not recomend. Go to dominos or literally anywhere else as it couldn't be worse. read more

I just placed a delivery order through the Papa John's website. 45 minutes later they call me and tell me the person picking up the food picked up the wrong box. Ummm.. I placed an order through your app so it's your delivery service. I don't understand. They explained it's through door dash. Ok cool I don't have the door dash guys number to message him. So I tell the lady she needs to figure it out. I paid for delivery cause I am not able to pick it up myself. She hangs up on me. Then another guy calls me and says (and I'm not kidding) "listen let me break something down for you.." wait what? How is that anyway to talk to a customer who's order you just messed up? Worker just attempted to fight my husband! He also used racial slurs continously. Left me in the lobby when I asked for his information. I have never experienced anything like this. He said something about being tired of "racial slurs" requesting delivery. Then, he threw our pizza away without a refund or replacement!!!!! Pizza was delivered by uber and was cold. Ordered the works it was filled with extra pepperoni and no mushrooms.

We ordered pizza last nights from Papa Johns since they delivered and we didn't feel like making a trip out. We got a large pepperoni and jalapeño and a small 6 cheese Tuscan. They skimped on the peppercini but it was good enough and worth not going anywhere. read more

This papa John's is my favorite in the state! Every time I have ordered here the food has been the best! The manager is very friendly and I love how I get a notice on my phone when it's coming out of the oven. I always get the Papadia and it is always stuffed full of meat and cheese and piping hot! We are closer to other stores but it's worth the drive to Richmond Hill. Even when they are short of staff they have been quick and nice. read more

I am so glad we didn't look at other reviews and went to THIS Papa Johns! Joseph took care of us and I can not even begin to give him as much credit as is due. He provided us with stellar customer service, was super friendly and made sure our order was perfect! And boy was it! We got Wings, Pizza and breadsticks. Everything was fantastic. The stuffed crust pizza was one of the best we have ever had (and stuffed crust is our normal go to favorite). Plus we loved it with their cheese sauce too (not that it needed anything extra). It was baked perfectly, lots of topping and everything tasted super fresh! Absolutely outstanding experience at this Location and with that staff! Definitely worth an order! read more

Two or so weeks ago, this location (Richmond Hill GA) completely messed up 1 of our 3 pizzas. I called in and the manager credited my account for the price of the wrong pizza, and we gave it to a neighbor. No problem at all. We understand that mistakes happen. And all was good. Fast forward... When I called today to use said credit, I was on the phone/hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up and called back, to be told that they couldn't figure out how to actually give me my credit unless I came up to the store to do pick up. Well, that's fine, but would have been nice to know 23 minutes ago!! Super frustrating to be on the phone for that long and still end up without pizza. Don't have time at this point to make the 30+ minute round trip drive. I guess we are having Domino's or Marco's. read more

This place is so nasty and unhygienic...I was waiting for my 2 large pies outside and 2 men walked in with NO MASK AND A DOG!! The employee working behind the counter, who also did not have on a mask, was petting the dog and probably had all intentions of dealing with food afterwards. They can't even take orders without placing you on hold for 10-15 minutes. Stay Away. Be warned that they do not care for your time, and do not have enough people to even take orders. Surprisingly on Game 7 of the finals, this location was not crowded! I only had a few minutes to spare so after ordering online, I was able to come in and pick up my order. The reason I wanted to leave a review for this chain is the customer service at this location. The cashier brought out my hot order and opened up every box to make sure I was getting ready to walk out with my accurate order. I had never experienced that before at Domino's, Pizza Hut or other Papa John's locations. I normally check the pizza box myself, and others tend to give me that look that seems to say, I know I gave you the right box. When it is pizza night, I want my pizza to be right. And it was! I wish I could give negative stars. I've never seen such bad customer service from not just an employee but also a manager. One of my pizzas barely had any toppings, another had a soggy wet crust. They sent me the wrong flavor of wings. When I called the employee said she was the only one there and had two wing orders and just made them the same flavor out of convenience for her. She argued with me about the toppings and I clearly had a piece that had 0 of the toppings on it. She then transferred me to a manager who was so rude I was in shock. They refused a refund. I told her I had seen the reviews AFTER I ordered and she told me "well you still ordered anyway" as if she didn't understand that I had just said I didn't see the reviews first. She told me their personal store policy was to not refund. Now I see why they do not give them. They would make no money if they had to. I am so incredibly disgusted by how they handled this. Staff didn't give my husband our entire order upon pickup. When I called to see what could be done, Store Manager Adam refused to deliver or refund the remainder of our order. He offered to give us a free pizza but I won't be ordering from here again so that won't do us any good. Adam steadfastly refused to remedy the situation and he is apparently the highest authority of this location. We won't return. read more

Ok so first of all I understand that I ordered pizza on Halloween night around 5:45 and knew it would take a little while to get to me.. However, what I didn't expect was for my order to get mixed with someone else's when it was delivered. I saw the mistake and gave it back to the delivery guy. I called the store to inform them of the issue just to double tap that the delivery guy notified the store. I was told it was on the way and should be 10 to 15 min. Absolutley fed up with this place. Time and time again I've paid for and specifically asked them to remember my sauces, but apparently it's too much to expect. Shame on the management here for allowing this to happen repeatedly. It took 1 hour and 43 minutes to get our pizza. According to the receipt it left the store at 1 hour and 3 minutes before it was delivered, ICE COLD. I have no idea what this kid was doing for an hour but obviously it wasn't delivering our pizza. Too bad too because the pizza was good after we warmed it up but I will likely never ever order from these children again.This place needs some serious adult supervision. On July 9, 2016 my Dad and middle daughter (who is 11) placed an order for delivery. At that time, they were the only 2 home. The food was delivered before expected, which is great...however my complaint is with the driver and now the corporate office in handling this situation. My daughter (11) signed for the pizza because my Dad had a stroke and can't write. The driver told my daughter that she had to give her a tip to pay for gas, then proceeded to tell her that she needed a $10 tip!! My daughter gave her $5. I went to the store in Richmond Hill, GA the following morning to complain. When I spoke with the store manager, Merrell, he didn't seem too concerned with what had happened. I have called corporate TWICE and have had no response. So to the driver who is begging for tips from children, the whole world can see it now.
