Worse experience ever. I waited for 2 hours. Called twice and they told me it would delivery as soon as they can. After 2 hours just received a message saying that they sent me two messages and called me twice and returned to the store. The store is 30' from my home and the message saying that they was returning was 2 minutes after I called. And I called the driver he was already in the store. These people has no integrity. The pizza did not taste anything remotely close to Papa John's pizza. It was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The biggest bang for the buck around. Using the 4JULY coupon I ordered some large pizzas each for 7.04. That deal is amazing. FOOD 2 large pepperoni pizzas 1 large sausage pizza 1 order of cheese bread SERVICE The estimated delivery time was 25 to 35 minutes and it got here in around a half hour. The driver was polite. Their cheese bread is fantastic. I only wish they gave us more sauce cups as only 1 comes with each order of cheese bread. On 7/28 I placed a $40 pizza order. When the food was delivered the cheese on the Shaq pizza was white (under cooked) and we were missing breadsticks. The driver went back to the store to get the missing order. While he was gone, we started eating and noticed the breadsticks we did get were dry and hard and a brick. I tried to call the store 3 times and the phone just rang. The driver came back with more dry hard breadsticks. I sent a message to corporate to let them know about this experience, the manager never contacted me. I finally called the store and spoke with Nick. He said he would replace the order. I was extremely thankful. On 8/4, I placed my replacement order with additional items. I called the store to let them know so they could take the replacement items off and I could pay for the additional items. The woman who answered the phone did not know how to apply the credit for the order, she put the phone down and asked someone how to do it. I then hear a man in the background say "that stupid ass bitch placed her order online" then all of a sudden the phone goes to the Papa Johns recording. When the woman came back on the line she said she needs to cancel my order and put it in as 2 separate orders. I was fine with this but extremely mad about the comments made about me. I talked to someone that same night, asked to speak to a manager, and I was told that Nick was off for the week and the two assistant managers were out of the store. The woman said she was just a shift lead and had no way to reach anyone. I called corporate and was told I would get a call back. The replacement order was horrible and I took pictures so they knew I was not lying. I spoke to another woman at the store on 8/13, told her what happened, she said she would have the manager call me. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL! My son is a college student and eats A LOT of pizza but this experience has rubbed me the wrong way. I have worked in the restaurant business and customer service most of my life and I would never treat anyone this way. Horrible management, customer service, and food! If you are about to order just don't. Ordered almost $50 of food including a decent tip and the order was delivered elsewhere. If I had to wager a guess, the order was made but probably misplaced as a carryout. Probably thrown away when nobody claimed it. We just ordered 3 pizzas from there and had to wait almost 2 hours for it! They didn't process the receipt until an hour after the order was called in to make it look good on their end. They also had a bad attitude when we called after an hour and a half wanting to know where our food was. It just got done and they hadn't left let. She blamed it on the computer being backed up. Papa John's is my favorite chain pizza restaurant. I love the sauce flavor and the crust. The garlic butter sauce that comes with the pizza is really great too. I ordered a large order of 42 pizzas and they were all delivered hot and on time. The delivery driver was very nice as well and carried all the pizzas to the lobby table for us. read more
