I wish I could give this location zero stars. We ordered takeout tonight. The dough on both of the pizzas were raw and inedible. We ordered their greasy pepperoni cups, and now my beloved mother has not stopped belching, and is now on the toilet with explosive diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. I also feel sick to my stomach. The sausage they use is BREAKFAST SAUSAGE. So gross and can't even use real sausage on your pizza. I will never return. This place should close down. read more

After reading a few reviews I have to agree. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with olives tonight and it had, maybe 12 pepperonis. It was more like an olive pizza. The only reason I gave it 2 instead of one is because the pizza was delivered in a reasonable time and the bbq chicken was fine. read more

I would give it a minus rating if I could. I have been buying from this location for nearly 20 years. It used to be good. Now it is terrible. Change that to horrible. The manager customer skills is also a minus rating. The big problem is the quality of the pizza. No matter what you order, you can't even find the toppings you paid extra for. It is usually delivered luke warm at best. Then it is another 30+ minutes to reheat. I have finally decided to give up on this Papa John location for good Everything is bad about this location. We ordered a well done large pizza with multiple toppings that was to be picked up at 7:30. We arrived 10 minutes early to pick it up and it was sitting there for us warm not hot. It was not well done snd the toppings we ordered were hardly noticeable. We paid almost $40.00 for a soggy barely warm and undercooked pizza. I called the manager when I got home and he had nothing to say. Not even an apology. I will never order from Papa John's again. read more

We have continuously tried to order pizza from them, hoping that the next time it will be better only thing that is consistent about the pizza at this restaurant is that is consistently lousy and then if you call and make complaint they say they'll give you a new pizza but when you go to pick it up they look at you as if you are trying to rob them or shame you I will never ever buy another pizza from them again when I say this, I'm not exaggerating every pizza we've gotten from them was gross and we've tried over and over again hoping that it would get better. The latest one was this everything stuffed crust pizza we got tonight that we spent 23 $24 on and it wasn't even cooked all the way anyways I hope other people have better experience, and I hope they get their act together because I really do like Papa John's Pizza. read more

**********BEWARE FOOD POISONING********** This is the worst place in the world. My boyfriend and I ordered pizza here on July 7-20-18 and my boyfriend and I got food poisoning. We have been dealing with it still we are not 100% and it has been 2 weeks this day and we are not 100% went to the doctor they told me I got the stomach flu due to me having food poisoning. Disappointed. Previously I gave a 5 star review. It's a typical Papa Johns, right? Unfortunately, we recently ordered a few pizzas, and one had a black curly hair in it. When we called to tell the manager, the staff acted inconvenienced. I explained we have some young kids anxious to eat the plain cheese pizza, so we need a replacement ASAP. It took a long time to get the replacement. We offered to return the pizza with the hair in it, and the delivery person said she didn't want it. No discount. No apologies. No coupon for future orders. Nothing. I'm still giving 3 stars because the pizza was fine and typical Papa Johns pizza, but I subtracted 2 stars because the attitude and service when something went wrong wasn't the high customer service I expect from this chain. read more

This was absolutely the worst pizza that I have ever seen. When I got it home, the middle was as though it just came out of the refrigerator. I got a supreme. I counted 5 pepperonis, the ham was julienned so small you could hardly taste ham. It should be called a veggie pizza. There were 4 people in the store.
