They were all good but I might try a different one next time just to try and find my favorite. All the curry dishes were huge and served with an equally large dish of rice- 2 people can absolutely share 1 dish. Medium was the perfect amount of spice for us. This place has dosas and they are delicious and massive! They also have dal makhani which was amazing. The mutton briyani was so flavorful and a perfect amount of spice. Plus, all the additional curries we had were equally delicious. We also tried, from the staff's suggestion, the carrot pudding for dessert and it was such a warm and delicious way to end the meal. The ambiance is 1/1 and you will not find anything else like it anywhere. There is just simply too much culture and history here. The drinks are all fairly priced and the service was extremely quick (they were well staffed to manage the amount of people present the night I went). Aside from the bar aspect, Dark Horse also has a kitchen that you can order food from! Everything I have tried over the years has been great, but this personally is my favorite place to order Rocky Mountain oysters! If you haven't tried them, 100% give them a shot! It was karaoke night when I went, but during the football season Dark Horse will host CU Boulder Football watch parties. Such a fun local spot, please support them and enjoy your night here!
