I was then told by a young man that my pizza would also take another 20 minutes, which would take it well past 7. Me: But you close at 7. Young man: No. We close at 8. Me: You have a sign there that says you close at 7. He has no idea it was there. He took it down and threw it away. I texted my husband to let him know. Hubs: Never ordering from there again? But they should have known that the pizza was ready, that someone was waiting for it and that they made someone wait for no reason. All other pizzas were called out by name. And some were called multiple times when there was no answer. Just not mine. It's just my luck that these things happen to me. My advice to you is this: call them. If they don't answer their phone (it was ringing and ringing), get your pizza fix elsewhere. If they answer, ask them how long it's really going to take. Then decide if you want to place your order. Maybe you might have better luck. Me? I was too tired to enjoy my pizza.
