This is my go to location for pizza. This time I ordered, that pizza tracker was stuck at the prepared stage for 30 minutes. The app should be updated letting you know that they are extremely busier than normal. It just looked like a malfunction so I had to wait in the store for an extra 20 minutes. I ordered a pizza, and one of the toppings was missing from half of it. These kinds of mistakes can happen, especially on busy nights, so it wasn't a big deal. I called the restaurant, and they were incredibly friendly and fixed the issue immediately. I've honestly never had a restaurant handle a small mistake so quickly and graciously. No place is perfect, and mistakes are bound to happen from time to time. What really stands out is how they respond, and they made the entire process effortless. The pizza is fine-ish, but the customer service is terrible. The hassle of dealing with the jerk manager isn't worth it, we'll just find somewhere else for weekly pizza and movie night. I experienced an issue with my orders. Several times Ive submitted as carside delivery but they've come through to them as inside pickup. Not a big deal, of course, but I asked them to show me if I was doing something wrong for the future. The manager told me to contact customer service since the issue was "obviously on my end" (despite me showing him a screenshot of me submitting as carside delivery) and he walked away mid conversation. The issue was so minor and I wasn't being rude or anything, but his rudeness tells me that this isn't the kind of place I want to be responsible for my food. Never again! read more

This place is a total mess. The last three times I've ordered my food has sat in "quality check" for 30+ minutes, and was definitely cooling off by the time it finally arrived. According to Google they are open until midnight, so I placed an order at about 10:30pm. My order was cancelled but I got no notice, I only found out through the tracker when I logged in. And when I called to ask them what their actual hours are, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up TWICE. Get it together Domino's. I'm not ordering from this location again. I'll perhaps do pick up at the one a little further away if they treat people better. read more

Yesterday April 7th, i called this dominos over a hour before they closed. I waited over 20 minuetes on the phone with no answer so i went at 12:25 and the worker had closed the store, and ignored everything. Horrible service. This isn't a review of the quality of Domino's pizza. You either like Domino's or you don't. Maybe you like Pizza Hut better. This IS a review of this particular Domino's store. I've been here a few times since it's now the closest pizza chain to where I live, and I often go for pickup over delivery. Since this store is really new, it's very clean and actually has kind of a cool layout. There are a few tables for sitting down to eat or just to chill at while you wait for your pizza, plus a chalkboard wall for the kids to draw on. The staff is super friendly. Again, because of online carry out I have somewhat limited interaction, but each time I've come in to pickup they have it ready for me and always greet me when I walk in. If you are a fan of Domino's 'za, or you're just looking for a cheap pie with friendly service, look no further. read more

So this place is really good. I am leaving a bad review but I've had so many other good experiences too that I still wanted to leave 5 stars. I thought I made an order online and when I got to the store for the pickup it wasn't there. So I ordered at the counter and the kid said $20.00 and some change. I was like no man it's 2 mediums for 5.99 how is it's over 20 dollars? He's like it's 20.00. I was like never mind. So I go to my car order it online again and it's $14.01. So I come back in to sit down and I wanted to show him the $7 difference he was trying to charge me. He was like it's my first week. I was like ok well you should ask some questions. And as I was saying it he turned his back to me and started looking off into space / at the oven. To bad this team hired a kid who is gonna make them look bad. read more

This location is unable to handle their demand. They said they were understaffed and couldn't deliver for two hours so I said I would pick up. I arrived after 30 minutes, which was when they said it would be ready. And it still had 30 minutes to go until the pizza was actually ready. I won't be back. read more

Ordered a pizza at 6pm. After an hour and a half, my wife called to check on the status of our order, Jacob the manager told us they were just starting on our two three topping pizzas. Our order was delivered 30 minutes later however it was a cheese pizza and cheese bread. Another call to Jacob, was told our order would be delivered shortly. Twenty minutes later, still no order and another call to Jacob. I made this call and was told they were busy and no apology or explanation. He also told me he has been the manager of this store for 10 years and he doesn't appreciate me asking questions because I haven't worked for Domino's. He is correct, I have never been in management of a pizza establishment. He did refund our money after being hung up on and no apology. We have been a loyal customer for years of this establishment, however after this service/treatment we will no longer spend our money here. read more
