We ordered pizza for delivery, paid w a credit card and planned to tip w cash as it helps delivery people w taxes. Time came and went and we had to call and ask where the food was. Our order was cancelled wo any notification or reason. Apparently they didn't have drivers so they outsourced to door dash and when there wasn't a tip on the slip, no one picked it up to deliver. If we hadn't called, we'd have never known. Had to call the next day and get the credit card charge removed. What a joke. They offered free pizza but seriously, if you couldn't get us what you said you would when we wanted to pay full price, why in the world would we trust you to deliver free food qo spit and boogers? Very disappointed. Never tried it and now, never will. Terrible management could've given us a heads up so we'd have time to order elsewhere, but nope. Went hungry that night. The service was terrible. I ordered two pizzas at 5:55pm. Called to find out where my order was and they couldn't find it. After being placed on hold for several minutes, they couldn't tell me when it would arrive because it was picked up by Grub-hub at 7:00. It finally arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes after I ordered (7:15!). It was an hour and 1/2 late, cold AND the wrong order! We were very disappointed. However, they did give us a refund. read more

I was immensely impressed with the quality of the Pie, if you've read any of my Pizza reviews you I am a Pizza Snob from Growing up in am Italian neighborhood in East Boston. But wait theres more! Have you ever called to order food from some place and feel like your talking to someone who is " challenged" or doesn't really care? Don't confuse Marcos pizza with Marcos coal-fire pizza on Larimer in Denver. these are two different approaches. I do not think the pizza here is the greatest but one day I was in a pizza-craving state. I don't do white bread or white crusts. So I ordered one of their crust-free pizzas. They were so great to me. I was in a hurry and so while they were cooking it, I did a couple of errands. When I got back, the lady brought my order out to the car. How great is that? This ketogenic meal -- a diet of which I am not on -- tasted good and it sated my cravings and calmed my savage beast. I give this pizza joint a five for effort. read more

I wish I didn't have to give a star at all! I worked for Marco's for 3 weeks and they fired me because I was sick (you can't fire someone because they are sick!) After working at Marco's for 3 weeks I hadn't received a paycheck (I should have had 2). I sent texts and emails (over 10!)) to the area manager-Charlie Kaus, and human recourse director-Abril Delong, after I was fired, asking about the checks and they completely ignored me. I also sent the owner all of the emails-Steve Moberly. I would think the owner would write back and help me out. Nope, I have never heard back from him-just shows how much this company cares. Finally, on 8/3, after sending another email, I heard from Abril and she said she had sent the checks the same day I was fired on 7/29. I still have yet to receive them and it is 8/6 (Colorado law states that an employer must pay employees who are fired immediately). Soon after I sent another email to Abril, I got a text about meeting her for the checks, which I did but the checks were short a $1000. I was a salaried employee but they decided to pay me hourly since the hours Charlie assigned me didn't total 45. Are you kidding me?? I didn't assign my hours, Charlie did! Why isn't she fired? The 3 weeks I worked at Marco's were very intense, frustrating, and uncomfortable and now I have to deal with the extra $1000 they didn't pay me! I was constantly talked down to, I had trays thrown at me along with many "F" words ( this was because I was hired as a general manager and the employee-Sam, was upset about it because he wanted the position) Charlie did not have my back at all after it happened and her response to it was mind blowing! "Everyone needs to vent" is what she said when I asked if she thought it was okay to treat people this way. I was treated with total disrespect all around! They don't care about their employees at all! The 3 stores I worked at were very filthy! When the store wasn't busy the employees stood around and talked loudly, eating, and looking at their phones, as I cleaned the disgusting place. Of course that was wrong as I was put down and told I should have been doing nothing but making pizzas. I guess that explains why the stores are so disgusting-the employees haven't been trained and don't know they should be cleaning, organizing, etc. when it wasn't busy. I have owned several businesses, and worked at several businesses as the General manager, and I have never experienced as much chaos as I did while working at Marco's for 3 very long weeks! I had many employees tell me the same thing. I never had a schedule-I had to text Charlie every evening to get it, and occasionally I wouldn't find out until the morning of the day I worked. After witnessing what I did I suggest you eat at another pizza establishment unless you don't care about what is in the pizza's, or how disgusting the store is. read more

I live very close to this small spot near O'reillys across the street from Pacific Ocean. Our son ordered a small pizza for takeout. The service was good and the pizza was surprisingly decent for the price. We typically do black jack square pizza for our go to cheap pizza. We will give this place another shot because the style is different. We felt the picture of there pizza in advertisements was vastly different looking then the pizza cooked for us. Marco's is my go to for fast cheap delivery. Their quality is much better than some of the bigger chains, the staff has always been very helpful and professional, and they're always very fast. I like the convenience of online ordering, they have a decent rewards program, and their prices are very reasonable. I really like getting their cheesy bread with extra cheese, as I think the standard amount is not enough. I also regularly order one of their specialty pizzas and substitute out toppings, as it's a little cheaper than a create your own. If you're looking for a fast meal delivered to your door, or one that's easy to pick up on your way, look no further. read more

I never ordered from Marcos before but decided to check them out since they had a special promotion going on their website. I went to the store and it was busy with delivery drivers zooming in and out of the store and parking lot. I ordered my pizza and it was ready in about 10 mins. When I returned home to eat my pizza it was hot and delicious and the service was fast and friendly. After selecting an entire order online before the store closed, at the last step I was informed they were closed for ordering. If you close at 11, why stop taking orders at 1030? And why does the computer system allow you to go so far when the restaurant won't be open? So I called. And mentioned my weekly orders, and complained about the online ordering system. The person who answered the phone told me I was wrong several times and then did not accommodate my order or offer any sort of apology. I ordered a pizza with green olives and pepperoni. I received my pizza with green olives and green peppers, which I cannot eat. Doordash was the deivery service. Marcos would not give me a refund, because it was ordered through Doordash. They said the driver should have checked to ensure it was right and did not take responsibility for the mistake, which was theirs. They offered to make a new pizza, but I would have to pick it up. They also refused to pay for Doordash to deliver a new pizza. Bad customer service when they messed up the order. read more

Probably the best delivery pizza we've found in the area. I'm tempted to give them a five. Toppings on all their pizzas are fresh, high-quality, and piled on. All their pizzas have been truly delicious, but our favorites are the old-style pepperoni (two kinds of pepperoni!), and the white pizza (bacon, feta cheese, fresh roma tomato, and onions). Crusts come with complimentary cheese, garlic, and sometimes other options. The crust is fresh-made on-site (and delicious), the sauce is excellent, and delivery times are fast. 120th and Main Store Tried Marco's for the first time and was a bit nervous about how long it would take to be delivered (after reading yelp reviews). No worries there, maybe 25 minutes... The pizza was good, not great, just good. It was hot. The pepperoni was over cooked...all curled up, looked like pepperoni cups, full of oil. The sausage pizza had HUGE hunks of sausage that were very tasty. The crust was soft, fresh with not a bit of crunch. Overall, worth the money. We recently moved into the area and tried Marcos last week. We tried two pizzas, a regular crust cheese, and a thing crust pepperoni and mushroom. My wife and I prefer the thin crust, which was really good. The kids prefer thicker crust, but we all agreed that it was a little too doughy. The price was a little too high for two large pizzas, around $30. We could have had the same order at Black Jack for about $20. read more

I bought the garden pizza with the white sauce and I am here to tell you it's really good pizza. You can take out or eat in and they have bottled beer. Let me start by saying I really like Marcos pizza. I think they're one of the better chains out there. The reason for the review has to do with how this store handles issues. Last Friday my daughter specifically asked for Marcos so I attempted to order online but their website was down. No problem I thought, I had the e-mail listing their deals and was sure they would still honor them when we called. Unfortunately I was wrong. They refused to honor their specials knowing their was no way to order them. I get it, the computer is down. But what drives me nuts about this, and if you've been to this store you'll know what I'm talking about, right next to the counter where you pick up your pizzas, right where the employee I was talking to on the phone was standing, is a poster sized sign talking about customer service and how everything needs to be done to make the customers experience great because perception is everything. The customer should hear your smile through the phone and if they can't hear it, smile louder. I've read this sign multiple times and had been impressed by it, but unfortunately found it was just corporate lip service that means nothing. I did reach out to store management after that night and before this review, and basically was told "sorry the website was down." Nothing about they could've handled it differently which disappointed me even more. On a positive note, we ended up ordering from Black Jack Pizza across the street that night and the young man at the counter there was super nice to my young daughter, even let her ring his bell a few times. Only reason this location is getting two stars is because the pizza is what I was expecting and super delicious, however I will never return to this location because of very poor customer service. As I walk in, the girl in the front is leaning over the counter on her phone as I am standing there waiting to be acknowledged while the guy next to her has sunglasses on and starring me down. When she finally looks up, she almost sarcastically apologizes and jokes about being the worst employee, uh yeah I see that. Then before I leave I ask if they have honey by chance for to go, as all other locations do. We have ordered from the Broomfield Marco's Pizza exclusively for years. First because we love their food, second because their customer service has always been great. Today, Father's Day, my husband wanted a pizza. When I ordered, the girl taking my order was obviously in my file because she quoted the last four digits of my credit card. I was told it would be 35 minutes for delivery. I called an hour later to check the status and was told by a young man the driver was 4 to 5 blocks away. I waited another 15 minutes, called back. This young man couldn't even get my name correct and said they had no record of my order, so the second person I spoke to was obviously lying. I held for the manager, David, after going through my name & phone number, I was told we'd get a whopping $20 credit on our next order. Our order total was around $42.00. After telling David I wanted our dinner, he finally took my order again, said there would be no charge & it would be 45 minutes. We'll see what happens next. Hopefully we'll receive our correct order, not cold, not messed with. So, Happy Father's Day, this will the last time we order from the Broomfield Marco's Pizza. They obviously don't take customer service seriously. Sense my last review Marcos has really shot upward on their customer service. Even to the point of offering specials which match my order.
